Nutshell has a variety of tools that allow us to manage clients and thus contacting clients is a simple sales and marketing service. It also helps with our billing and sales organization and takes away a lot of headaches. Its updates have corrected some errors that it has had. and the best thing is its technical support.
I do not have problems with the system, it seems to me that it can improve its tools since adding features will always help. The rest I do not have much to say about what negativity is concerned, occasionally that the platform has frozen but nothing that be important.
He helped us to manage and organize clients, to have effective feedback and thus focus directly on them to improve our product. In addition to their sales tools they have improved and new clients are notorious in the statistics of our website, so I am happy with the tools that the CRM systems offer us can help the company a lot and in our case to improve it.
Nutshell has made a lot of recent improvements that have increased my usability greatly. The new reporting engine is a huge step in the right direction!
Changes to the product seem to come at odd times throughout the workday, which can be pretty disconcerting. Also, the way that Companies, People, and Leads interact is more rigid than I would like.

Nutshell is easy to use, has a great reporting suite and has an invaluable export facility. Record communication against individual records, linking directly with outlook email and other social media platforms. Record and track leads for pipelines and forecasts. Download the Mobile app which is perfect for use out in the filed. Set tasks/activities which pop up as reminders to help organise your day. Great map view which allows you to filter customers/prospects via area. This helps us see gaps in customer base and allows us to target these areas. It also helps us organise our site visits to our customers as we can clearly see who is situated where in the country. Easy to add new users onto the system with a fair pricing structure. Very easy import/export facility of data. Very good for mass email shots etc. Set your own dashboard with quotes for teams over the month, quarter year etc. Draw comparisons on calls, leads and sales from the previous year. An overall good product which our teams rely on, on a daily basis to help organise/record and track our actions and overall objectives.
There are some improvements i would like to certain reports, but appreciate these aren't necessarily standard. Setting quotas could be a little more intuitive. The dashboard could be developed a little further in the future.
The ability to track leads and gain information as to why certain leads fell through etc is invaluable. Great for forecasting and creating pipelines. Excellent for communication. If i am away and my colleague takes a call from one of my customers, they can log into that customer and look at whats on going without me having to be present. Having all of our information centralised makes life so much easier.

The simplicity of the tool. We can easily navigate the 2 different pipelines we have and pull reporting at any time. The support team is also very accessible and responds quickly.
Some of the appearances could use some development. The way reports export and being able to change colors for different pipelines would be useful.
Managing 2 pipelines among 4 team members is the biggest solution. I really like that you can tag other users to set task reminders for them or keep them in the loop.
Its customizable pipelines enables me to create sales processes on my own terms and metrics. They also added that it has a user-friendly interface. Others mentioned that its customer support team was responsive and helpful.
The app does not have any major issue but some minor problems . There are a few bugs in the app, such as compatibility issues and malfunctioning search tools.The search function on the mobile app is a little wonky but It has improved in the time I have been using it .
Nutshell provides comprehensive sales performance reports to determine the factors that contribute to the business’ growth. It has helped me keep track of may sales and payments in a very easy manner and has made me efficient .
Nutshell gives so many ways to categorize anything (companies, people, lists, options) that you can really create a site that is customized to you and what you need.
The only thing missing in Nutshell, to me, is tabs along the top. i'd like to be able to have several tabs open, so that i could go back to something, say a report I ran, while also keeping other items open that i'm working on.
We're able to keep track of leads in extreme detail by using tags, custom fields, reports, views, the dashboard, etc. Pretty much anything we need to know about our clients and sales, we can find it, because we've set everything up using so many customizations.

I like how easy it is to use Nutshell. And how easy it is to find the answers to things I don't know via their tutorials. Their customer service is also top notch.
We haven't delved too deep into functionality yet, I guess I'd be interested in how well the reports do but we are tracking such a small client base right now that I don't know if we are utilizing it in a way to find the holes.

It was easy to import data, the kanban board for opportunities and map search functionality are excellent.
It was too easy to "mess up" the data mapping when uploading data. Nothing forces you to be consistent in mapping fields, which lead us to duplicate/missing info sometimes.
It was a great way to visualize account locations and sizes. Gave us a place to keep all communications with a facility even when we were talking to multiple departments at once.

We like that it is very easy to use. It is simple to close deals and is very user friendly.
We do not like that the user interface is pretty archaic looking. Other than that, we are pretty happy with the software. We are brand-new to using it, so it may take us some time to learn. Some education on the product features would be helpful.
We are really hoping that we can have some more organization when we are working with clients. We tend to be pretty disorganized. This is helping us to make sure that our sales people are being effective and are doing what they said they are doing while they are in the field. We use the reporting metrics to help us understand what our sales people are doing. Although we are new to Nutshell, we are hoping that these features will help us help our sales people close more deals and forget about less leads.

Keeping contacts and info in one place
Everything is one place - can upload attachments, write notes on account, add tags, and lots of customization. I also like that everything syncs from our gmail accounts so nothing is lost in personal email threads/conversations.
Not everything will show in a birds eye view, only the first 3 documents attached.. first 3 tags listed etc. Not good for contract management or tracking of updated annual pricing. All manual, so if you have a lot of employees using the software, you must ensure proper training is conducted so there is constancy in the platform.
Nutshell is our main CRM where we store all client data and information - all employees have access to the platform and can update accordingly in real time. All conversations and communication between clients and employees are documented in Nutshell on client account and synced from all employee email accounts.
Nutshell is easy to use. To get up and running with the basic features take very little time. My team was able to start implementing the Tasks and activities right away. The search tool is very powerful for finding people and companies. Typically when we are on the phone with a customer we try to pull up there nutshell card.
The UI can be a bit confusing when you are entering details for companies and individuals. Sometimes you are not sure where the information should go. Also, I wish there were an easy way to use multiple email addresses for one user. We have several catch-all email addresses however there is not an easy way to incorporate them so that the emails can be cataloged. The 'duplicate' feature seems a little half baked. We can so many false positives and very few actual duplicates.
Nutshell has helped us stay on top of people that we need to follow up with and tasks that need to be completed. This can easily be overlooked and sales can be lost. By adding customers' information right away and scheduling follow-ups and tasks, we have been able to keep up with customers and convert more of them to sales.
Nutshell is point-and-click. It doesn't take much training to get a new person up and running on the system. The ability to schedule pickups and assign to a specific person is quite helpful, especially since the alert is sent to their email address. It's also a good system for creating leads for whatever business you're trying to run.
The only thing we don't really like (and this is a bit of a nitpicky issue) is when you're creating a contact, you need to pay attention and click on the "create" link. Otherwise, you've just lost whatever you've entered.
We are a wholesale food distributor. So, having the ability for our drivers to get real-time updates has been crucial. We also found a way to create product sampling, and whether a customer is interested in the product. This is beneficial as it's an easy way to track interest.
Compared to salesforce.com the ease of use. Somehow our sales reps actually use it compared to previous solutions we used.
A bit more focus on big, complex deals versus a lot of smaller deals.

Nutshell has been an essential tool for our small business. Its ease of use and lack of overcomplicated features has been most helpful to our team members that have never worked with a CRM in the past. I personally love the level of customization available throughout the system -- helping us create a new level of organization within our remote team's workflow. I've also been fully impressed with the responsiveness and level of personalized service from the Tech Support Team.
Clearly Nutshell is a growing business and is constantly improving the system and performance. Sometimes the changes to the layout and format can be confusing. I do love the improvements made the email capabilities. But there is still room for improvement. i.e. I'd love to be able to cc my colleagues on some emails. I'd also like easier and more affordable integrations. For example, take a lead and turning it into an invoice/proposal. for example: The cost of PandaDoc is beyond our budget as a small business.
Clear sales data and visual quotas. Overall, it's helped our small team to organize our clients and keep tabs on our communication. The new email feature has allowed us to create templates that make certain mundane task easier.
Enjoy the customizable workflows that we can create to track the sale of different products in our pipeline.
Would like a little more flexibility with reports - and date parameters to be carried over with altering other columns in a report.
