Nothing can be dislike about nutshell as it is operate by many companies. It provides many more sale in less time that is what any company need it is more usable software.
It help the team productivity, determine the cause of the problem and also identify and select thé alternatives for solutions. Sales performance increased and deal with lost.
Easy to use to manage your customer database. Allows you to keep notes on every contact with your customers. Allows you to connect Mailchimp, and other apps, to track which customers receive your marketing email. Whenever I want to know what has happened to a customer's account, I go to Nutshell, search for the customer, and then have all the data readily available.
The email marketing is not as good as Mailchimp for the price charged. The email builder is subpar in comparison. They need to completely revamp the email marketing system or eliminate it.
Allows me to have an online database of our company's customers that is easily accessible to all employees. The price is low and affordable for the business.
Free is not free. Nutshell is a fair price with an intuitive interface. Time is money! Even I could figure it out and the help desk was GREAT

I like how it's customizable and I like how it displays information to keep me organized. I'm a creative and a little all over the place, but Nutshell keeps my whole pipeline/sales system together for me--whether I need to check for an overview, or spend time reviewing and working on all my leads.
Honestly, I don't have any major complaints. I think in a lot of ways its pretty comparable to most other CRMs. I just landed on Nutshell years ago as I was looking for a CRM to meet my needs, and here I am using it like 5 years later.

As a Consultant in Executive Search and Selection I have been able to customise Nutshell for my unique and bespoke work.
If anything it is maybe very much geared to product sales versus bespoke service led offerings.
Allows me to manage a pipeline for a) executive search and selection briefs, and b) candidates. As a CRM it is vital for contacting and tracking candidates in their careers.
The best thing about NS is the ability to keep all records, meetings, follow-ups in one place as we generate and pursue new leads.
The only thing we dislike about Nutshell is the current mobile app. It's a little underdeveloped and wonky to use.
Nutshell recently addressed an issue that has helped tremendously. We have multiple leads from the same company and prior to the change, and email for one specific lead would poplulate all leads with that specific company. Now, we can stipulate which lead a specific email is associated with.
Nutshell has the capability to streamline all of your organization's processes in a very intuitive, straightforward manner.

Company limits and some issues with merging records. There are some minor bugs we come across but in general we can get those issues resolved with the great and attentive staff at Nutshell!

Nutshell's user-friendly interface and it's built-in CRM features make it a top choice. Setting reminders, overall flexibility ( so you can use it like you need to) tracking critical data, and the dedicated support provided are far better than industry-averages. It is by far the best CRM I have ever used.
It would be nice if the technology kept pace with SPAM filter protocols. As is, it still does an exceptional product.
We have the ability with Nutshell to get a 10,000 foot view of all we are tracking and and that is critical.
The post-sales support from Nutshell is the primary reason I chose the platform. Suffice it to say I have not been disappointed. After using the service for a few months we've been able to come back and fine-tune our processes all with the help of a product expert and most importantly AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
My biggest challenge using the service is getting acclimated to their terminology. For example, their use of Leads can refer to several different pipelines and/or processes. I'd prefer to be able to rename these internally, but it's not a deal breaker for sure.
I was looking for a platform that could manage multiple pipelines while giving my team transparency about their own successes. Nutshell has delivered on both fronts. Once an item has been keyed into the system it can be adapted for multiple contact points and leads making duplicate entries a thing of the past.
I love the overview it gives me and that i can easily find my customers and follow up on everything i do. the task function is my best friend and makes my work so much easier
I still haven´t found something that i dont like about Nutshell, it really is a great tool for my everyday work. I could say that it has some issues since I´m not using it in English but thats really not a big deal.
It´s keeping track on all my customers so that I can easily access emails, notes on phone calls, documents related to bookings, task and follow ups. It takes less time to connect with customers thanks to the possibility to write notes and information in the customer profile. it also makes it easy for other on my team to connect with the customers since they see all the information above.
We use nutshell to track our leads and quote projects; the integration with PandaDoc is an excellent tool if you like all the templates used through panda. Their marketing tool allows you to send marketing emails without exiting your CRM; this makes it convenient and reduces the cost of paying for a third-party marketing app.
I wish they had a better interface on their app, the app works, but it can be a little confusing, and you cannot get all the functionality you get on your computer. Also, it would be better if they had an app optimized for IPads; currently, ipads and phones share the same app.
Nutshell is helping us follow up on our leads by creating different user tasks. It also allows our marketing person to filter contacts fast to send out email marketing.
How it keeps record of everything and I can keep track of all of my customers and their companies. I can have attachments added to a lead and the system is very organized

Nutshell is very intuitive. It is easy to train employees. Nutshell staff helped integrate our Unbounce information, so it automatically updates when our web forms are completed. Using the templates makes replying simple.
The reports are generally very helpful, but I have a hard time getting the filters set to produce the data I am looking for.

I think Nutshell has a good opportunity to improve the way analytics are shown for marketing tools. There is basic analytics to emails sent, but exporting this information is lacking, so further analysis can be made.
