By default, the program would start up when my computer started up, and I hate having programs autostart. But one quick setting change, and that was no longer an issue.

First time I've used ACT was almost 10 years ago. It has improved tremendously overtime. Super easy to install, setup and use.
Yearly charges are really not good. I wish they had a different price model.

Our company has been using ACT CRM since 2005 and we have not shifted to any other CRM. The ease with which we can add customer updates and schedule tasks, meetings and calls is amazing. As the time passed ACT has improved a lot and many new and important features have been added. In our company we still use the offline version of ACT! CRM. All the users access it through the local network which help with the data security as well.
Since 2020, ACT moved all it's tools to cloud based service and even the CRM isn't available offline. For a company which takes data security very seriously, this is a concern. We don't want our data to be stored in a different country and due to this reason we are still using the older version of offline CRM. One would think that a cloud based tool would cost less, but in ACT's case it has increased significantly. Obviously it gives a portability access but not at the cost of data security.
ACT is our primary work tool which is used daily. we use it to schedule our daily tasks, calls, meetings and set sales opportunities. It surely speeds up our customer interaction and keeps on track. It also sends automated emails to customers on various occasions or when we organise some events. It has made our CRM task extremely easy.
The act! For us it is different because we have been able to check directly with the company in order to be able to expand our sales and be able to travel the networks and the internet with a wide level, for us the visibility functionality is very attractive because we have been able to specify with more users , This system can be coupled with the marketing system for the function of expanding our image.
The system is very complete and detailed, so we have not had a negative point regarding the use, the action of each tool is very detailed and fulfills the attraction of new customers and for us it has been very fundamental and until now we cannot find any errors, but future Act! is possible to continue optimizing to provide quality service as before.
The company has been different since sales problems or simply increasing sales are 2 circumstances why a CRM service can be useful and I like what Act! It offers us the ample traffic and the way in which we can connect with more clients has been very pleasant so I am happy with this function and in addition to being very punctual at work and when it comes to new client traffic, good tool and good coupling with other marketing systems.
ACT! It is a different system from the other CRM we have compared this software with others and it seems that it provides greater solutions at the time of making a sale the CRM is strategic for new customers makes its tool very powerful, it immediately couples any marketing system to provide a greater scope with what I think is a price is very consistent with the tools offered.
