As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Trello! It has everything I'd need.
Content organization, storing ideas and market research, tracking daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks. More productive, less overwhelmed, and increased business performance.
Trello helps me organize my daily tasks, which my team members can also pick. I have divided my teams tasks into three headers- to do, undergoing, completed.I can decide the priority of the tasks in the to-do list through the means of sticky notes; this ensure no critical tasks are missed.
It is difficult to integrate third-party plugins with Trello, while this is not an issue faced with other Atlassian products.

The available templates make it easy to get started and Trello is easy to customize. Their "freemium" version is still adequate for many users - whether for organizing your business or personal life.
Automations looked terrific, but I was not interested in moving to the paid version at this time to best utilize the software. Improvements in some of the visual modifications could be beneficial.
Using Trello helped us realize organizational benefits galore! With a mind that swims with task lists, it's easy to get lost in a mess of ideas. Trello helped me organize my thoughts to move into a functional plan without the frustration and confusion.
Trello helps me when it comes to my task management.
I don't dislike this app I strongly recommend it.
I can sort my task well and know how to prioritize them first.
The best: - easy to connect to Zapier and similar services - easy to customize (colors, labels, comments, to-do lists, simple automations, etc.) - can be shared with colleagues, friends, collaborators super easy - has apps for mobile devices
the worst: - kinda "meh" on the automations. simple ones are good but if you try to complicate things up a bit you may encounter difficulties - while being very versatile in a general sense, it is a little bit less than other softwares.
We're using Trello for managing the company vans, managing the timing of contracts and the orders we send to our suppliers. Personally I also use it to keep record of processes and tasks i have to do/to remember.
Very efficient tool to create & manage the task for the project. Real-time updation can help everyone in the organisation to track the process of the project. Also we can customize the boards & other things as per our need. Also it provides the integration with other plugins - which makes it super rich.
Understanding of automation bots is sometimes tricky. Sometimes search feature is not working properly.
Board customization to easily identify the projects. Quickly check with the task process & update the related information, which helps productively manage tasks & projects. Drag & drop tasks and integration of the plugins is the best thing which makes the Trello super-rich in terms of features.
I like that Trello keeps me organized and helps me stay on task during the workday. From project management to cross-team collaboration, the platform permits me to ensure that I am making the best use of my time at work. I enjoy the ready-made templates, boards, cards, and lists that I can copy, paste, and integrate to fit my own work stream with no hassle.
Our team currently utilizes the "free" accessible version of Trello. I don't particularly appreciate that some premium features are locked, such as customization, and file size uploads are behind a paywall. Also, not all of these functions are available on the mobile version of Trello.
My Trello board is like a virtual to-do list that I can share with other teammates online. This software improves productivity in my department because it makes working remotely fun. From meetings and events to project management and cross-collaboration, Trello allows us to set up our goals rapidly and customize our workflows for almost anything.
The best thing about the tool is the link it has with Google Drive, which allows me to open files directly from Trello without completely authenticating the account everytime.
I don't like that inside the cards, there is no option to edit the text, like underline, bold, etc.
I hadn't been able to organize my daily activities and follow-up, so Trello helped me get organized. The benefit I obtained was better ordering my tasks, prioritizing my activities, and filing those I had already resolved.
It's easy to create project to-do cards and drag them around.
I wish that there was a way to create cards with a pre-defined set of preferences.
We use Trello to track project improvements, project testing and project bugs. Trello allows us to manage the process from project creation to completion.
YOU CAN MAKE CARDS FOR EACH CUSTOMER QUOTE

Getting customer quote info up quickly to help with a smooth call
I like the overall look of the program. The first time I used, I got to speed to it right away. I like how you can easily move the cards from one list to another.
Only one thing - not being able to create a checklist under another checklist.
Prioritization problem. The number one benefit is you can see a whole picture of what your tasks are for the day or week. And from there, you can prioritize accordingly.
Trello is straightforward to use in terms of small and personal projects. In my use cases, I used it as a standalone tool to create SCRUM boards for my personal projects.
Overall Trello is a great tool for individuals and smaller teams. But if you are a larger team, there are some limitations as far as task management options as well as integrations with other tools.
I am solving problems on a small scale with Trello. It has been used for me in my personal projects and hackathons. In those smaller settings, Trello has proven to increase our performance.
