What I like most about the Zoho Project platform is that it gives you all the tools you need for the marketing area and manage projects all for a fairly comfortable price. This is very attractive for companies that are just starting because it adapts to the budget and It gives very noticeable results so it often becomes the perfect tool for any of your businesses
What I do not like about this platform is that it is not very intuitive and many times the user when using it loses so much information and since there is no guide that teaches you to use the platform correctly it becomes somewhat tedious to use it for users who do not have experience in similar tools, this will undoubtedly be improved or rather corrected would make the tool much better than it already is
The problem that I solve with this software is easy to identify, since with it I can give order to my projects to delegate tasks and supervise them in a correct way allowing me to work with both employees and clients and achieve even better results than I already have, this without doubt represents a great value for my business because it makes the work much more fluid thanks to this platform and all the tools it offers. There are many benefits that I get from this service with the ease of interacting with employees and clients and delegating and creating tasks, as well as being able to customize how to see the projects so that they are visually more pleasant for the user, see statistics and more Undoubtedly, the biggest benefit I get in general is a useful tool for my day-to-day work environment that allows me to work in a more fluid and optimized way

It is very organized. There is good structure and I like having a screen for my own personal tasks as well as one with all the projects for my agency. Zoho is always updating and releasing new features that make it simpler and more efficient. Time tracking is great.
While the interface looks good, I'm not sure it could have been designed more efficiently. There's tons of clicking in and out and up and down a hierarchy or projects and tasks and milestones that you can get lost in if you are new. If you don't use all the features, there's no way to hide anything.
This solves our project management needs for our agency. We can see what needs to be done when, track our time, and keep all documents in a place accessible by all the project participants.
We have deployment our PMO office on 2016, so we have required a tool where organization as well as IT department has to understand to complete project life cycle. if we talking about complete life cycle its means we have to consider this from BA to Deployment. So we have start to R and D and search for a tool which much useful and quite easy to understand so we finalized Zoho Project to start with. This is is very much useful to understand to complete end to end life cycle of project management. Further, it has 2 type of resource allocation 1, is percentage wise 2 , is hours wise. So as resource manage it quite easy to engage resource in a write manner. This tool give us the 90 % visibility of project status and every resource engagement till start to end. The software solution is designed to streamline the process of project management from the initial phase to closing, using its fully automated and highly customization features.Further, this is cloud base solution which easy to deploy and cost efficient.
Admin Panel is much complex and only single hierarchy which not be very useful in every organization or project. Real-time tracking of your team’s productivity is sometime difficult , thus, giving you not reliable information on how much time is being spent on a specific task. Further, its reporting tool is very limited and complex. Every time you have to write a query when you want to analysis anything.
Zoho has help us to identify the cost , budget and risk management which we lacking previously. we previously maintain this on Ms Excel which quite difficult to maintain its audit trail and version controlling. Further, Project visibility is quite big advantage to us

It seems efficient to concentrate the most useful project management options in a single software, the workspace and interface are well achieved, which makes it easier to intuitively recognize where the tools are and what they are for, you can work collectively and it is very I can quickly follow up on each project in that way I am always up to date with my performance and of my colleagues who participate in the project, the graphs, data and gantt diagram work correctly.
The document management does not seem the most efficient since it does not have an automatic selection process of favorites or even visualization of the last open, downloaded and shared so it is always necessary to go to the search filters to find the file that you look for, the templates of hours worked must improve to be more graphic and visual in that way it will be better understood when they are exported, some tools were more complex than expected and for that reason I have not been able to use them efficiently, there should be an internal tutorial how to link Zoho Projects with the other available platforms.
Being a collaborative tool capable of integrating all the needs of planning and project organization is of high importance in the working group of design and planning of architecture and engineering projects, its implementation allows me to organize my tasks in installments and also to do direct monitoring of my performance during the work days.

The software is friendly and easy to start, yet there are multiple levels allowing for continued user growth. The pricing is sensible for teams without varied levels of participation.
The google docs function is there but doesn't work quite right, at least as far as I can determine.

UI is not the smoothest. Often lags and has multiple dialogs on top of each other, making it hard to know where you are at times.

The UI is very good and have included customising functionality which is very useful. They have provided multiple chart option which is used to represent the data in pictorial form which is making user to understand easily.
Can improvise login functionality and can focus on integration with SAP system.
Can get the project report easily and sort out which resources is behind the deadline.
There are many customization tools and options for setting up the platform for your needs.
The platform is not user-intuitive, it constantly has bugs, and there are constant updates to the platform, which make it confusing once you've figured an aspect out - they change it.
We use Zoho Projects with our experts and clients to help streamline work and give us an overview of where clients are in their work. Benefits are that we can see how far in a project they are - but this requires both expert and client to utilize the platform, but since it can be tedious to use Zoho Projects, often it is not updated.
I love the easy collaboration between team members.
I think it should be a little more customizable for the user. The task list views can be modified to be a little clearer visually as well.

I like it to be a dynamic and practical tool to manage, it gives you the possibility of importing data through other applications of project management, which helps that managing and executing the project can be done in a more practical and useful way. Easy to edit descriptions, task lists are very convenient, and tracking time and percentage complete is easy.
Right when I get used to the UI, major changes are made, and they’re often not intuitive. Recently, the comment section was changed and you couldn’t see the most recent comments without expanding all.
Communication between teams is better.
I like how easy it is to use. Create a task, add it to a project and boom, you are done. There are many different ways to organize groups, projects and tasks.
It's hard to see exactly what your team is working on at one glance. The dashboard is unorganized and it needs some added features.
We are able to easily assign tasks and see where we are with projects through the task trackers. We are able to keep documents within projects and edit them within zoho, a great feature.

The tech support is probably the worst I have experienced in 30 years of owning a business. If the products work great! If not don't expect support to help you. It is terrible.
Zoho is cheap. But that is also reflected in their support
Sadly I like the tool when we started examining it; however, our minds have changed - as it's not compatible for Zoho users who use the EU Data Centre, whilst we use the COM Data Centre.
We have encouraged two clients in the UK to move across to using Zoho Mail over their other mail systems. We organised all their emails to be migrated. We recently decided to move all our project management and invoicing systems from Asana and Everyhour to Zoho Projects and Zoho Invoice. Once we set everything up, we started inviting our clients over, this went smoothly for our clients that don't use Zoho mail; however, the two other clients are not able to access it as they use EU Data Centre and we use the .Com Data Centre. The advice we have been given is that they should use their non Zoho email accounts to access Zoho Projects and Zoho Invoice, as there is no way they can access the .Com Data Centre or we migrate across to Zoho EU Data Centre. This is absolutely rubbish, we cannot expect clients to move data centres because their system cannot work across their own two Data Centres. We have paid for an enterprise solution and our clients are not interested in using their personal emails to access tools that are for their business? And Zoho suggestions for us to move across to your EU Data Centre is also not a great resolve, as what happens if we get a client that is using Zoho .Com Data Centre? This is a terrible customer journey and one that Zoho needs to sort out ASAP. As an agency, we cannot play games with our clients - especially when it is down to Zoho's lack of compatibility across their own data centres. We have now spent hours on the phone and customer service to try and get this resolved - absolutely no joy. This makes us look stupid towards our clients - hence - I wouldn't recommend Zoho Projects to any agency that values their clients.
As stated above, we cannot resolve any problems with using Zoho Projects and now have to examine moving away from Zoho entirely, we will also make this recommendation for the clients we brought onboard to Zoho. We will not recommend Zoho to any future clients, unless this can be sorted ASAP.
Not much to like about it... Im sure if it was more user friendly or had videos that I could understand that would be helpful.
EVERYTHING. Projects, is a mess depending on permissions. Trying to understand how to do tasks is a nightmare, and good luck trying to find videos that you can understand in order to teach yourself.
Not much simply because Im trying to figure out how to use Zoho in the first place.
