I've been very impressed with how much Nutshell can truly do for my team and my business. I appreciate the expansive filtering options for reporting and tracking all of my leads. Any time anyone has a question or problem, it is easy to get help from Nutshell Customer Service. I appreciate their willingness to customize our Nutshell interface to help us be most efficient in our work especially as we continue to evolve and request new changes.
The downside of offering SO MUCH on a CRM is that it requires a huge learning curve for training. For my organization it is complicated because we have a large amount of users and many cannot put in the time it truly takes to utilize Nutshell to the fullest. It is also not necessary that they NEED to fully understand all the features of Nutshell, but because it becomes overwhelming to them they end up not wanting to use it at all. Could there be a simplified version for those users that don't need full access? (I understand this is a problem my organization is trying to solve on our own).
The reports are the most beneficial. Those statistics are valuable with how we want to continue connecting with people - what works and what does not work.
Two features are helping us most in our every day business: The first one is the easy way of sharing emails. One click and it is shared. If you are willing to share all emails with everybody, then you can even save that one click and share them automatically. The second one is the sales automation, which a big time saver for email follow ups. Another feature that is pretty cool when you are on conferences is the business card scanner in the mobile app. It's working surprisingly good even for cards with an uncommon design.
Actually there is nothing big I dislike. It would be great if I could customize the lead entry form, so that I can put all the form fields we defined internally as mandatory on one screen. And sometimes emails take a few minutes until they become visible in Nutshell. But it has never been such a pain point that I investigated to find out whether this is a problem of our email server or from Nutshell.
We are using Nutshell for following up on all type of new leads, independent if they are for a specific product or contacts who would like to work on completely new business opportunities. Furthermore we are organizing marketing campaigns like cold outreach activities with Nutshell. Before we tried out different CRM tools and always ended up storing additional information outside these tools and it was hard to keep an overview. Nutshell is a big improvement for us to keep overview and helps us to grow our B2B business.
Nutshell is fantastic at easily capturing information about leads and prospects. I love knowing that all our info is always there without any material effort.
The reporting could be better. While they are aesthetically pleasing, basic pipeline and revenue reporting could be better.
We’re using it as our end to end CRM. Managing everything about our client interactions from outreach to existing accounts.
Nutshell is customizable and cost-effective, it can track leads for each of the project by customising stages Id and confidence level
It's quite confusing on setting up different currency markets, so we won't be able to use this function
Nutshell provides me the sales report I need to be able to analyse company finance performance.
- Cloud Based - Easy Navigation - Phone App - Contact Management - Account management - Geo Mapping
The opportunities section could be upgraded. However, our company does not use nutshell to manage our sales funnel. Also, it would be efficient if there was a marketing portal that could be used to send targeted emails to potential/current customer base in CRM.
We are primarily using this program to manage our contact and customer database. We are able to keep an accurate database of important contacts.
Reports almost normal. Some times need connection directly for prepare more details reports.
No possible direct connect to database. No 3CX funll integration
Sales department see that talk with client.
The simple interface is great and easy to catch on to. The ability to tag teammates to grab their attention is useful. Having the ability to customize parts of the product is great too. The search function is pretty good and I love the ability to choose between different types of interactions and outreaches. The email integration is huge. Being able to have reminders and a dashboard for those reminders is great.
Not being able to edit my task list from the dashboard - having to click like 3 times is annoying. Search function is good but not great. The way the system recognizes "duplicates" in names or companies is very odd as well - it's hardly ever a duplicate.
Making sure there are no crossing of prospecting efforts and centralizing a database for our information and prospecting. Being able to have a centralized task list and delegate accordingly from Nutshell is amazing.
Working with the Nutshell team is the best feature of Nutshell. They are great at listening to request and implementing changes.
Whole version releases could be handled better. Some have been a little more forced than optional and have drastically changed our lead sequence as well as data locating
We've used Nutshell for about 9 years for tracking sales activity and customer contact records, and for about 5 years for project tracking.
I love the integration with my email account. Communication is uploaded under the right lead automatically
I wish there were more integration options (automatically logging phone calls / text messages, etc.)
The best issues we are solving is with communication and file sharing to all our remote offices
Nutshell is quick and simple to use. It has all the features that we care about in a CRM at a fraction of the cost.
I would like more control over data views.
Nutshell has helped us cut costs while maintaining the features we cared most about from Salesforce.
Auto-save features exporting of contacts Custom fields
Duplicate contacts are frequent Can't fully sync email to multiple inboxes
Tracking new business and storing history of conversations
The CRM is easy to use, allows for customization, sorting, emailing, and tracking leads.
The email function is easy to use, but not simple with graphics and the base level. Not able to add notes to a mass amount of people at once.
Sales
Easy to use, continues to add new features and capabilities as our business needs change.
The sync to LinkedIn doesn't always seem to get things correct.
It is a great CRM that allows us to automate and reduce man-hours to projects that would normally be solved by more bodies.
My favorite thing about nutshell is its recent expansion of sales automation, My team is able to work so effciently making personal communications with the easy to use automation.
I would like to be able to do more with custom fields. Reporting exists but I'd love to be able to decide pipelines based on custom fields rather than just product, source, territoy, etc.
Nutshell has consolidated communications and account management for us. We are more organized and more aware because our communication and other activities that drive our sales can all be automated, recorded, performed in nutshell.
The Lead function makes tracking very easy. The ability to search either by company or person makes finding information very simple.
I wish it was easier to filter or search past communications.
We are able to have more transparency and better streamline our communications with users and customers.
