I like the interactive functions that allow participants to be more involved.

I don't like that the screen share takes over your entire screen. This makes it difficult to multitask.

I am able to have classes with students in an easy to use setting. I also find I have the least connection problems using zoom as opposed to other platforms.

ease of use and integrations with google calendar make it so much faster to schedule new meetings on-demand with few clicks within the organization and also for having zoom calls with clients.

Sometimes it's not intuitive that the user needs to be logged-in in order to be able to join the call that requires a password. The user interface could have a quick tip.

Scheduling call with colleagues on-demand and also having calls with clients. Especially when the number of attendees is unknown Zoom makes it convenient to have control over the list of people who can join.

What I like best about Zoom Webinars is the separate Q&A option, the polls & raise hand features, and being able to record and monetize the webinars. I also like being able to reach a larger audience.

What I dislike about Zoom Webinars is that even though you can add your branding to the webinars, it is not very customizable aside from changing the colors, banner, and logo.

With Zoom webinar, I can share information with a larger audience in real-time or on-demand. This opens up a whole new revenue stream for small businesses like mine.

Zoom allows me to schedule video meetings or interviews in a world where things frequently take place remotely. I can set up an appointment and simply share the link with whoever will be in the meeting or on the call.

There is nothing specifically that I dislike about Zoom.

When conducting interviews, I prefer speaking with someone face to face to get a better feel for their personality and who they are. Zoom allows me that opportunity, even where we have been "socially distanced" as of late. It's a much better solution than over the phone.

Excellent user-friendly interface for users and admin. No configuration is required. Email automation reduces your work. Attendee receives a sequence of mail from the day they register for your event. Screen sharing is fantastic. We can record the webinar and share it with our participants.

Nothing to dislike. I have faced issues sometimes connecting audio with the phone. Rest all is excellent.

The back end of the webinar system needs a little more work to be more efficient, but the recent changes show that the platform is moving in the right direction. This is a virtual platform that can accommodate up to 50,000 people.

The upgrade between attendee levels is not very simple. When we underestimated the number of attendees we expected and couldn't add more participants to the open space, it got us into a dilemma. Also, the registration and confirmation emails on the login page are not customizable. We have to pay extra for some functions, which is not good.

Our team execute the webinars every week and Zoom Video Webinar makes it hassle-free for us to execute it without any issue. Not only the team, but our audience also liked the interface here which makes it easy for them to join the call and interact with us in an easy manner.

Conferencing. Zoom is great in conferencing. It is a meeting software that helps us connect and conference with clients and other workers working remotely. It has quality audio and video quality feature which makes it pretty good in conferencing. Screen sharing. This tool is particularly useful in helping you share your screen with others. With it, you are able to share your screen in a call and as well as in powerpoint presentation. Recording. I love the feeling that you can be able to record live meeting using this software. This helps in making sure that you do not miss anything in meetings and also that the absent parties in a meeting are able to catch up later by listening to the recordings. This tool has a unique recording feature that one is able to change the background such as it doesn't look as if it is an office or at home. User-friendliness. Zoom has a straight forward and intuitive interface. You will be surprised that even a new user will navigate through it effortlessly. Communication. This software has improved communication in a great way through audio and video conferences. It has also chat features that allow employees to quickly send messages.

It is sometimes difficult to know how to mute without removing videos.

Zoom is currently helping us in communication through carrying out online virtual meetings, live chat meeting and sharing of screens.

Zoom Video Webinar is really effective and very good for casual webinar anywhere thanks to the large number of components where you can use both in desktop and mobile applications. The user interface is very easy to use and each of the functions it has are of great help to improve the quality of the webinarthat will take place.

We have noticed that in the meetings held using the mobile application, the audio quality presents faults which degrade the quality of the video call.

As is the case with most products in this category, you need to have a local client installed to use it.

We frequently have users who are remote and/or on the opposite ends of campus, and Zoom allows us to work together more efficiently than if we needed to wait to schedule in-person meetings.

Conference software in general is tough because everyone uses different vendors and some folks have never used Zoom so I often have to trouble shoot my meeting attendees ability to log into conferences.
