I have never used anything like Overloop before and yet I found it extremely easy to navigate my way around it. I use it to send cold email campaigns and found it to be very user friendly, and most of all it has delivered better results than I ever anticipated.
I can't think of anything that I dislike
I can send out mass emails without the recipient's technology flagging it as spam.
It's awesome how you can easily yet complexly automate a combined LinkedIn and email outreach program. I can gather them on LinkedIn, have the campaign view their profile and ask them to connect. If they don' connect in a couple of days it checks for and sends an email instead. Etc. It's pretty great.
Some Linkedin features are missing but will most likely be put in soon. They seemingly are updating it frequently as it is a new part of the product as far as I understood.
It enables a professional to quickly hyper network with any person who you need to target in a specific professional field. Not only that, but it allows you to then automate the entire thing and send targeted messaging campaigns that are triggered as you set them.
The platform offers everything you need to automate your outbound sales process at a fraction of the cost of a regular sales team. It's simple to use, yet powerful, with lots of options to configure your workflow. Customer support is super quick and effective.
There really isn't anything I would think of as a downside, considering the reasonable pricing and flexibility. Keep up the good work!
We are getting more calls from the first week of using Overloop, without having to keep track of unresponsive prospects. The platform really helps us to focus on the potential clients, and bring more of them into the loop. Moreover, we can finally have a clear overview of the number of prospects that actually open emails.

As s a Prospect.io client I love the most that every time I have a question it is well replied to with articles, examples, and even video calls. The support team, in our case Alexandra (most of the time), takes the time to really read and understand your needs or questions and to resolve them.

The most important thing for my team is that we save a lot of time with automation. The process is like magic, I can not think of myself doing this manually again. And of course, the email finder is the best tool ever!
Allows you to keep all your new business prospects in one place, email them in a highly targeted manner and trace and track their responses. Extremely easy to use interface. Enables you to import your own prospect lists or search and import from Linkedin, which is very useful indeed. Create 'automations' for sending pre written emails with time lapses in between that you can tailor as you wish. Excellent online support that respond to queries in a informative and friendly manner promptly.
Email sourcing can sometimes be frustrating. You need to use common sense and check the validity of your emails otherwise you can get a lot of bounces. I'm not always able to work on new business and sometimes I don't use all my credits. It would be good if the packages were more flexible. So if you don't use all of your credits - they could be carried over into the following month or your account credited in some way.
I use Prospect.io for new business prospecting. It keeps all my new business prospects in one place and enables me to monitor them quickly and easily. I've recently had some extremely positive responses from prospects, which I'm currently following up that I'm fairly certain will convert into sales.
New to Prospect.Io but its a very efficient platform, gives me exactly what I need, access to leads and helps me generate bulk email campaigns in an automated fashion

Nothing to dislike. Only feature addition we would suggest is that if we could have a list of prospects that emails are being sent in a particular day or particular week i.e. next email to be sent on a date. That's all.

I'm into my fifth year now as a customer (between my last couple of roles) and cannot rate this platform highly enough. Professionally, this application helped me 'arrive' as a B2B salesperson and just at a time when I was beginning to doubt whether pivoting from working as a marketer was a good idea too! Whether you work for a start-up trying to put their first 10 customers on the board or for a £30 million+ turnover business, Prospect is where you can put everything you've learned from outbound sales leaders seamlessly into practice. Above all else, I like that it's a half way house between automation and human diligence when it comes to sending sales prospecting campaigns (you aren't having to put your trust in someone else's list or a spammy bot that is prone to misfiring and making you look amateur). Their customer success team are brilliant and if you let them in, they'll guide you in how to write subject lines and copy that gets responses. I like that it integrates but sits at arms length from your CRM until such a time two way contact with a prospect has been established (nothing worse that a pipeline full of c**p!). The Chrome extension for Linkedin is an excellent tool for making sure you're constantly topping up your supply of new decision makers in your ideal customer profile. This is a big call because it won't be true in 100% of cases. But from here on in, if someone gave me the option of an 'expert-led' PPC campaign or Social campaign or using Prospect.io to diligently target the right individuals and book meetings, I would pick this 95% of the time. You know who you're hitting and you are always in control of what's said and who it goes to.
Bounce rates. This is an industry-wide obstacle and one you just have to accept as a challenge from the get go. This used to really frustrate me in Prospect but there is a simple fix. By making it a general rule that you always add 30% more prospects to a campaign that you need, you offset what is likely to be the quantity of people you get an OOO reply from, or hard bounce because the email is incorrect or soft bounces because you've emailed someone new and not landed in their primary inbox. The reality is you truly get out what you put in, so if you sit there and don't get creative with your messaging and don't invest time in structuring your campaigns and lists, all you'll end up with is great lists of prospects sitting there gathering dust and most likely decaying in terms of data quality. Like anything, you must invest focused time in figuring out what lists of prospects you need and what messaging is appropriate for them and running at least one campaign every week. If you stick to this, you'll gradually get better with your tone of voice and will absolutely generate so many more qualified prospects. And more importantly, they'll be the best quality prospects you've ever generated. Just focus on quality and not quantity and it'll be one of the best investments in sales automation you ever make.
I'm booking more discovery calls. Which then progress to more formal meetings and progressing the exact target businesses I want to sell to through my pipeline. Repeatedly and predictably throughout the year.

The tool is just very easy to use. The Google extension makes my life so much easier. Works perfectly hand in hand with Linkedin Premium. I find new leads in no time at all.

We struggled to identify specific emails for prospects that we wanted to reach out to. Prospect.io became the solution. By utilizing the Chrome Extension on domains, we've been able to locate email info, that was not otherwise found manually. We've even stacked with a couple of LinkedIn tools to REALLY ramp up the success rate of finding contacts and emails.
It makes gathering emails very easy. I then export and use in Hubspot.
