What do you like best about monday CRM?

We found that after researching a lot of different CRM systems, Monday.com is the best way to organise the day-to-day workloads of all our employees and managers. We use the schedule feature every day and the we have tasks board too.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

We did notice that occasionally the schedule board crashes and needs a quick refresh to get going again. So they could improve the stability of the schedule.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday.com is making us a more efficient business. We can easily see our daily workloads and plan for the week, scheduling work for everyone easily.

What do you like best about monday CRM?

I love how customizable it is. Once you learn how to navigate it and use each feature, the possibilities are endless. Especially if you are able to develop your own apps and integrations.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Because there are so many options it can be overwhelming but their support team is great if you ever need help.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using it for project and task management as well as a CRM. Our team is communicating much better, we have eliminated several other applications and tasks are not slipping through the cracks.

Easy to learn and use, very customizable, modern

Automations can be buggy, Custom Support (for one issue, can talk to several different support people), new update made it a little hard on the eyes

Establishing a company process that everyone can follow in real-time. Has definitely help our office with efficiency

I love being able to add different team members And their tasks on different boards. I also love the task timers.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I dislike not be able to get a tome report based on a specific period versus having to go through eat task time manually.

Can organize daily task, prioritize them, and set deadlines as well as manage the projects and deadlines of other teammates.

What do you like best about monday CRM?

This program can be as big and creative as your imagination and ideas allows... if you can dream it up, Monday.com can likely make it work. It not just a CRM, it's not just a data collector, it's not just a spreadsheet generator it can be so much more! Love my llama farm so much

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

It's easy to duplicate your efforts. Make sure you take time to review all that you've created and pare down as needed. A few more templates and preprogrammed landing pages for common needs would be helpful.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Monday.com in sooo many ways. Event planning and tracking tasks as assigned to multiple staff members has been game changing. We also use this as a membership crm and keeping track of member details has been awesome without being as burdensome as other crm programs

Biggest dislike is limitations in automations for some things and would like to see more robust file management.

What do you like best about monday CRM?

Easy to manage team members virtually across multiple projects all at the same time. Visually easy on the eyes. Automations and integrations eliminate menial tasks. Time tracking for team is helpful and can be viewed in one place.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Sales tracking function is poor for pulling stats. Difficult to gather reliable data. Data can only be pulled for specific time frames (and not always the time frames I want.) Language in 'filters' is sometimes challenging to understand. I dislike the 'notifications'. They get lost. It would be nice if there was a chat function.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing a team in multiple countries around the world at the same time is easy with Monday.com.

Monday is very easy to use and serves many different purposes. It makes spreadsheets actionable and is a good entry point to a CRM.

I would prefer if the data/cells could be manipulated more easily and quickly (like a regular spreadsheet).

What do you like best about monday CRM?

Super flexible way to manage projects, employee files and documentation, and a million other things. Constantly updating to add features and different ways to make it fit our business.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

There are some things that could be better, the mobile app is hard to use when you've got a lot of information in there, and a direct link to an app versus a website would also be grand.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a large roofing company that needing a scheduling tool, which was our first use for Monday.com. It has now turned into our CRM and soon will be used for all our employee relations.

My favorite thing about Monday is that it's the perfect project management tool for a team to collaborate on.

There are so many different automations that I feel like I barely scratch the surface of!

Monday helps solve the problem of keeping due dates in line as well as long drawn out project with multiple steps. We've also recently started using Monday as a CRM platform and integrating it with our contact forms on on our website.
