I like the user interface and easy to use to integrate almost all of applications my clients need to use. A huge variety of using, a lot of settings, triggers, working with numbers and string and much more ... this is amazing! Integromat is suitable even as for beginners and basic usage as for solutions in enterprise environment.
Sometimes I get an error with no detailed explanation (maybe it is not the integromat's problem but the application's I try to integrate...), there are a couple of parameters missing in one or two applications I want to use to integrate. But, in any case I have not found the kind of problem I have not been able to solve it, so far.
Optimizing processes, integration more systems/applications together, data exchanging. I can save my client's time (= money) because of automation running in Integromat.
Quick and easy visual setup of complex automation tasks.
Documentation sometimes lags of information.
I'm using integromat for almost anything in my business. It allows me to automate a very high percentage of my tasks and helps me to build backend integrations without any coding knowledge. I learned how to work with any kind of API and can make use of it through integromat. There are still tons of things I didn't explore yet but that are very useful like discovering new integromat functions and their usage all the time.
Its hard to describe what is actually the best. The biggest "value added" is intuitive UI which helps a lot in making automated scenarios.. so a total newbie can make himself some valuable automation without a knowledge of any code. In that I see the future and Integromat opened my eyes and made my life easier
I dont realy dislike anything. Maybe there could be more user friendly manual on custom https requests or Oauth2 but is so advanced anyway that most non-coding users will struggle with it anyways. Some manuals are even missing on some modules but thats quite ok because the system is intuitive so its not that big deal
Right now its my job to automate workflows etc for our clients. But when I was a sales man and my friend showed me integromat I have solved my post-aquisition workflow so it reduced my workflow from 40 minutes to 2 minutes which was amazing. That day I saw a huge potential that this platform can bring to ordinary ppl in their job routines
Easy to learn, very powerful, great community
Still waiting for Integromat 2.0 release
We're using tons of 3rd party apps (mostly SaaS based), Integromat really helped us make an order in them
The powerful flow builder and HTTP modules makes Integromat a great tool for business owners and contributors of any skill level.
Integromat can be intimidating to getting started, but that's understandable as they're taking a complex problem and attempting to make it simple.
Business automation, data enrichment, outbound marketing, process standardization
Ease of use, very user friendly. Worked great with any platform I tried to connect and integrate with. Super innovative product and huge ecosystem which covers most of the popular solutions in the world. Also, the team is just awesome and assists with any questions.
Nothing much.. The solution is great and we found everything we needed and more.
We automate everything I find myself doing more than once. For example, we are running many internal processes of updating data in our databases, based on data from other platforms.
The user interface is absolutely amazing and easy to use to map out all your process so representation becomes easy and as a result, so are the further actions.
I don't know if I should call it a dislike, but I would love to see an option where I can authenticate clients without letting them see the backend. Sort of a digital agency front-end.
With Integromat, we are able to automate a lot of our manual operations and offer that service to our clients. Being an MSP, makes us do many manual functions. Since we have Integromat, we managed to reduce 40% of our manual workload.
This service allows me to create automation easily and unlike similar services does not limit me to limited capabilities, if set up correctly automation can also remain within the free plan boundaries. On top of all that, I have to point out the excellent technical support that every user receives even in the free plan, they help a lot and constantly perfecting the service, just a must-have for anyone who wants an easy life. If you get stuck, their customer service is just amazing! Even in the free route. Helping and supporting until well done.
There is a certain learning curve and not all options are still well explained. Automation programming does not come down to the simplicity of competing services, so getting started is a bit difficult.
All kinds of: Saving Documents from Email to Google Drive, Tracking Creating Certain Files for Easy and Easy Documentation, Transferring Some Text from Email to Telegram Channel Filtering Unnecessary Text, etc.
There are so many built in operations for common tasks in a variety of platforms that make it easy to offload work onto the robot.
It was pretty easy to make mistakes as a newbie, and trying to tame the code for a shared server hosted by a company that seems to have an exception for everything listed on stackoverflow.
I'm importing subscribers to email marketing.
Almost to easy for beginners, have been toing and learning how to integrate it into my Gaming Adult Modeling workflow. Absolutely surprised how streamlined the learning curve is. Im mean the sheer amount of connectable services in a scenario is overwhelming! after i pass the Tutorial Phase im switching to a premium membership. Totally worth my $$$ and use it for my future projects. Configurable Icon based triggers able to be linked together and create networks of actions building and implementing solutions for your regular social networking. To be able to use detailed functions and data from each of the services without knowing anything about the code they are written in. Everything is a GUI.
Lack of 24/7 chat support via dashboard. Very Little too compact tutorial videos. missing social networks and functions requiring a support request and waiting time. understandable but bothersome
Optimizing my workflow. Earning extra time by delegating menial tasks. Social Sharing and Influencing in a total new way.
The awesome visual design makes it really easy to visualize data and workflows. The interface is much easier to work with than the typical list-based interface of major competitors. I've been really impressed with how much thought and polish has gone into this product! Integromat clearly understands the needs of data automation workflows, and it shows in the intuitiveness and powerful functionality of the product. Also, Integromat's free plan is very flexible, and allowed me to test the product with ease without having to worry about running into limits.
This is a big one, but I'm glad I didn't let it scare me away. Integromat's documentation is currently VERY poor. There are a lot of little quirks in the way Integromat works, particularly with handling arrays and objects ("collections"). It was only after a lot of trial and error and a few support requests that I figured out how all these things worked and was able to competently build the workflows I needed. I really hope they can work on improving the support docs, because this is the biggest thing holding them back at the moment IMHO!
We are using Integromat to synchronize data between our various web platforms, and to trigger automated workflows when certain events happen with our products or customers.
Even though this is not why I use Integromat, I want to point out the excellent customer support. I submit a help request mostly for the scenario I'm working on, and I get an answer within 24 hours with concrete tips on how to solve my problem. I don't get "read this page" kind of redirection or "have you tried X." They look at my scenario and, when appropriate, even put extra modules in it to demonstrate exactly how to solve it. The primary thing about Integromat is that I can see things work. I just love seeing the flow live. I also love going back to the history and seeing how exactly things did not work out. At one point I was using Integromat and Zaiper at the same time. I have since canceled Zapier. I have no reason to use it.
I wish it has a few more operations in the plans. Like 20% more would be amazing. At this point, I sometimes go over the limit and I have to fork out a few more bucks to cover for it. Alternatively, if it were 20% cheaper that could make up for it. But the overflow has only happened once or twice, so it's not a major complaint. There are a few features that are highyl requested. They are being worked on, so I'm awaiting for them. (i.e. organizing scenarios in folders, having a "CONVERGE" module being the two most important ones for me)
I use this to run a company where there is a lot of information to be managed. It automates so much of what I have to do (i.e. make sure people submit things on time, make sure data is imported from one database to another in a different format so information is synched up, make webapp building easier because I have less "server-side code" to write. Without this, I would have to do all of that myself, which I don't even want to think of doing. I would also have to ask people to do additional grunt work, which I don't want to ask them to do. There are things human beings are good at, and there are things machines are good at. I want all the things machines are good at to be done by Integromat. Let the human beings focus on complex human things. Integoramat can deal with the complicated data things.
chose to leave this review in the face of many other tools used in the past. By now integromat has become an essential tool in my business, before he anticipated I tried so many, but the vast choice and additions that are possible today is nothing short of incredible. Integromat has a great possibility of automation, initially it can be slightly complicated to use, but by dint of trying and trying again you realize that things are simpler. If I had to give a grade from 1 to 10 for as long as it saves me integromat I would definitely give 10. I hope this review can be of great help to all those people who like to simplify their work and get the most out of their time.
Absolutely nothing to report, exceptional software
I have managed to simplify the workflow of many of my clients and my company
Integromat is a great product and I think that it could overtake Zapier as the leader in this space. I like the amount of customization available to make it do exactly what you need for your business.
I think the only downside to integromat is because it seems to be more fully featured than Zapier is that there is more of a learning curve to using, but again that leads to greater control over what the data can do.
We are currently using it to track our time tracking data from Harvest. This is incredibly useful as we pipe the data into Tableau to email us reports daily, weekly, and monthly on what our team (all remote workers) is working on to ensure that everybody is working on the right stuff and not wasting time on things that don't matter as much. Instead of a weekly check-in with members of the team, we can see instantly what they are focusing on at a daily level and helps us make decisions quicker.
- powerful and flexible yet still simple to use - a growing number of integrations - great support (always helpful) - data warehouses - price is affordable
- documentation could be more thorough - iOS app could be nicer
The Integromat helped to change workflow and document + data flow in our publishing company. Cannot imagine our business without it.
I enjoy how easy it is to figure out how to use the scenarios, but also at the same time how customizable it is to run very advanced scenarios.
I wish there were just a few more connections, especially with Acumatica.
Before we utilized Integromat, most of our inventory sheets were manually sent to customers, or manually uploaded to customer FTPs. With Integromat, we were able to automate our inventory feeds going to customers.
Such a powerful tool, and integrates with so many platforms without too much additional work on my part. This helps me do my job way more efficiently, since it automates many of the mundane, time consuming tasks that occupy my time. Love the visual layout of a workflow.
Bit of a steep learning curve but once you get the hang of it, it's obvious how to use the tool. Sometimes you will get errors in a workflow that you can't explain, and it shuts down the workflow until you get a chance to fix it. This is easy enough to rectify but you need to be able to anticipate any errors as you are setting up an integration.
This saves me so much time throughout the week, I can automate so many mundane tasks that are time consuming. We are using this to automatically relay leads into our CMS, to notify key personnel of changes in the CMS, among other functions.
- Easy to use - Cheap - Visual configuration
- Difficult to do complex tasks - Error handling is hard
Task automation
What I love the most is their support, everytime I have a question, they are right there with you, answering and helping you. I'm no developer so everytime I needed something done, I would have to go to my developers. With this tool I can deploy stuff faster.
There should be a way to organize the scenarios into categories or folders.
Automation, reporting
There's lots you can do with Integromat. The list of apps it integrates with is growing every week and there are a plethora of built-in formatting and processing tools that allow you to create some quite complex automations.
The learning curve is steep and the UI can be quite complex for new users - some improvement here would be good.
Automating internal processes.
