Keeper is the preferred platform for many major enterprises given its highly secure password management features that works on major web browsers and mobile devices. It features a highly secure master password keeper that’s the key for encrypting and decrypting information. The platform also has a KeeperChat function, deep-level encryption that is the strongest in its category, FIPS 140-2 validated, and offers standard multi-factor authentication. While popular among blue chip organizations, Keeper is also available on a personal scale at more affordable rates.

All my passwords safely stored in one efficient location.
I don't access websites from inside the app. That seems like too many extra steps. I'd like Keeper to save and autofill passwords like Samsung and Google do.
No need for papers with multiple white outs and scratch outs. No need for some Excel spreadsheet. Uber-safe from hacking.
Simplicity, available on all my devices, Touch ID and the interface
Having to upgrade annually. Should have auto-renewal
Security
I have several computers I use on a regular basis. The fact that my data is synced automatically to keep my other computers current is an absolute great feature in the program.
It is so easy to nit picky, I would like this or I would like that. I does for me what I need, passwords and important information I don't have to write down and is available at a mouse click.
I am able to create complex logins that are secure and I don't have to remember them and I know they are secure.
When prompted for passwords or when registering a new account online, my Safari browser on my iPhone will automatically let me use Keeper to do a lookup directly in the browser to use an existing account password or create a new one. I find this much more reliable than continuing to store my account logins to iCloud’s keychain or other browser’s password saving utility. Browser saves and Keychain are risky and if you will become useless without your passwords, I suggest a portable app that is cross-platform, with the ability to organize them in folders, and export if needed.
I wish I could archive my records so that older passwords are suppressed when my browser does a lookup. Because of this I have to sort through each one to see which is the most current. Either that or a DATE that is recorded with the entry and displayed would be great.
It is critical that I have a different, complex, and long password FOR EVERY account I have ... everywhere. I have clients who trust me with their sensitive data, so I must be careful. I also travel, so I need to access them literally ANYWHERE. And quickly most of the time. I have gotten this routine down so well that having well over 200 unique passwords is manageable. I can also share a folder to an organization’s administrator with any new system passwords I had to create when building integrations architecture without having to email them, write them down, or retype them into another system.
Have been using the app for years. Easy to organize and always quick to retrieve critical passwords in seconds. Folders and organizational set up make it the perfect password repository.
No real downside as long as you have a fairly organized method of finding the information you need. Your folders must be specific enough to quickly access the accounts you are looking for.
I never have to worry about my password security. Bob next door can use all the post it notes he wants, I prefer the security the app for myself and my family.
I've been using this handy tool for several years now. I can keep super safe and confidential by selecting secure, individual passwords --without duplication-- because Keeper Password Manager takes the worry of forgetting away. I've recommended this app to several people and they love it just as much as I do.
What's to dislike? NOTHING. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Easy to organize. I have no complaints.
My biggest problem was being afraid to use complicated, harder to hack, passwords in case I forgot what they were. Keeper Password Manager took that stress away.
Keeper app provides a secure way to store user name and passwords. This app also has capabilities to login to the website if the URL is provided. They are custom fields you maintain additional information. I use the remarks field to track the Security Questions and answers. This app has a search capabilities to find records.
I haven’t found any faults with this app and meets all my needs.
Store all my login information in a secure app. Your data is backed up so it’s available to reload if needed.
I don’t need to remember any passwords! All is kept safe and secur
There is nothing to dislike. The app is great and easy to use.
Saving my brain to more interesting things instead of memorizing passwords.
I love that it can generate crazy passwords! I hate when ya have to change your password and you have to have this and 1 of these or a capital letter yada yada, this program takes all that into consideration and works awesome!
There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this amazing program and features
We own a repair shop with a LOT of vendors and their websites that we order from, this keeps each vendor and their password separated and is very easy to find.
Keeper can store passwords and other notes and be accessible from multiple devices.
It is always risky to have so many passwords in one spot, but KEEPER seems very diligent to keep this data safe.
I have over 200 different accounts. There is no way I could maintain an accurate paper copy of these and have access to it at my finger tips. Even more frustrating would be the process of resetting the password each time I forget one.
I like not having to remember all of my passwords.
I don't dislike anything about the app.
I have several passwords to keep up. I like having them all in one place.
It is easy to use and secure, I hardly ever pay for apps but I do have the paid version of Keeper and I keep renewing it - I would be totally lost without it.
Nothing comes to mind immediately - I am 100% happy with the functionality and security of the app
I am a web & Graphic Designer and manage clients websites so I have a lot of passwords to keep track off - awesome app!
I've had Keeper for about 4 years now, and I've been impressed with their rate of growth and capacity for change. Like the internet, they keep evolving and changing with time. I love their interface for their Mac app and on any browser I log in to. I truly feel safe having my passwords through them.
Their plugin for browsers to enter in passwords is a little annoying at times. It is a pop up and can sometimes enter in that site's password instead for 'username'. A quick fix and copy/paste action fixes it, but it would be nice if it becomes streamlined. I'm sure they're working on it.
Just organization of my passwords. You can create folders of different kinds of sites as well.
At the top of the systems for the management and protection of your passwords and data. The fact that Keeper uses Amazon AWS is synonymous of high reliability.
Improve the graphics by being able to insert icons in order to identify and classify items. In the password field, enter the double entry so that the entry of the password is subject to double check.
Centralized and cloud-based management of passwords and data. It ensures the security of your data and allows you to meet the highest levels of security you may need.
The fact that it is cross device and cross fucntional. so not only is it for web on my phone. its for apps on my phone. its become part of my day and tools to work and function personally.
would love some passwords to be cross site and cross records. where a particular login can be used across a number of links. (maybe not sure how to save the records to do this)
dont have simple or passwords that are easily hacked. dont save passwords anywhere on notepad, excel or anything the like dont need to worry someone can view my passwords even when checking to login through demos, show and tell etc. work alot with customer details, so even ensuring passwords for customer sites are more secure.
Keeper is so easy to use, I particulary like the fact that it can be used seamlessly across my laptop, iPad and iPhone. It's very easy to add new entries which can be recorded as you log in to a new site or app. The use of categories enables different passwords to be organised by folders.
There is nothing at all that I dislike about Keeper
It works well unlike my previous PM
Overall easy to use, but the real power as a developer is the command line tool and the python SDK that make everything password related a breeze to handle. Also great for administrators and collaboration between administrators and developers.
There is really nothing I have found that I dislike.
Overall better password security and awareness about good password policies in my company.
I started with the free version then upgraded to the paid version! Worth every penny! One password give you access to all your passwords, and it's accessibel from a pc also. One of my fav apps and recommend it to all my friends.
Nothing really, it's easy to use, and once you enter the passwords, they are easily accessible
Everything these days requires a log in and password, with varied number of letters and symbols. One password gives you instant access!
Sharing passwords with multiple users securely, and no longer having to use insecure spreadsheets to manage.
Using on iPad is awkward as the app times out very quickly so switching between Keeper app and other apps often means logging into the Keeper app several times just to log into one service. My iPad is an old one without a fingerprint reader so this is clunky for me. On iPad, entering the master password is annoying as, if I type it incorrectly and realise before I submit, I delete the characters to start again and it counts this as one of the three attempts before self-destruct which is dangerous. Lack of ability to share passwords one time with a non keeper user. I think this is something that LastPass offers. Mobile app on Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) keeps asking me to activate KeeperFill. I select "no" and tick "don't ask again" but it still keeps asking me. This app also often asks me for creating security questions which is annoying as I've already set these several times. Fingerprint reader is also buggy - it reads the fingerprint but doesn' progress past the fingerprint reader screen (clicking cancel logs on that screen gets me past it though so it is reading the fingerprint). On web browser, I've disabled all the options for display locks, hover locks, etc. (all the ones in the settings in the Chrome browser extension) as I find them buggy and sometimes interfere with the layout or functionality of websites.
Made password management for multiple users much easier.
GUI (Simplicity), security (encryption), backup and most importantly the ability to access from multiple devices
In the more than five years that I have used the tool. I have yet to come across one point that I dislike
No need to remember several passwords and Pin numbers which you require in today's digital world. I love the fact that there is a family version, saving costs
