Keeper is the preferred platform for many major enterprises given its highly secure password management features that works on major web browsers and mobile devices. It features a highly secure master password keeper that’s the key for encrypting and decrypting information. The platform also has a KeeperChat function, deep-level encryption that is the strongest in its category, FIPS 140-2 validated, and offers standard multi-factor authentication. While popular among blue chip organizations, Keeper is also available on a personal scale at more affordable rates.

Very easy to use. Easy to create new entries; look up a password and update records
I have nothing to dislike. I have been using Keeper for many years and am very satisfied
The major problem Keeper solves is the ability to easily look up a password
Everything I own with a serial or account number or password has been entered into Keeper Password Manager. The synchronization feature permits me to enter and retrieve data wherever and whenever I am next to an iPad, a computer, or my smart phone. I am able to update credit card numbers, passwords, telephone numbers with remarkable ease. My experience with Keeper has been superb and I would highly recommend this product.
I do not like the feature that produces self destruction after 5 incorrect password attempts
Modern life requires so many numbers and passwords. No person can recall them from memory. Keeper makes it so simple to create categories, list web sites, save passwords and numbers
Keeper Password Manager allows me to securely keep my passwords for home and work. The programs allows me to file them sorted into categories. This really helps keep me organized and I know which ones are for work, home, banking, etc. You are also able to populate the information automatically when you open the websites from the Keeper program. I also love that I can have them available on my PC and Phone. Update one and you update them both! Great feature!
I really have no dislikes. The program works as designed!
Benefits are many. Keeping sane with my multiple passwords is the most crucial benefit!
It solves all the mass of passwords we have been trying to keep in my mind, and in with so simple, user friendly way.
I'm really unsure about the possibility or feasibility of this but some applications require password still. Maybe an overwatching feature of Keeper on that time and asking us to put the password by itself would make life easier.
I securely store all my passwords and debit/credit card data.
Ease of use and security. Ability to use across multiple devices and able to sign in from remote locations
You're not always able to use it at your job site
Remembering multiple passwords
I feel lost if I don’t have access to Keeper! It carries important info for me and my whole family as well as specific sensitive documents which I can access at a moment’s notice.
Frankly I must say I dislike the USD cost of it. Being Canadian, it makes it approximately 35% more expensive. It is the only app that I would even think of paying that much for.
Instant access to required information!
I most like the way it works between different devices and programs.
Prompts a little too often to fill in for you and doesn't recognize when the password is filled in already.
I am able to use longer, more secure passwords and different passwords for each site.
I am the Data and Systems Manager for my firm. I am also a mother, a wife, and the daughter of aging parents. Through the course of a week I touch a LOT of systems, and Keeper remembers every single one of my credentials. I love the way I can structure the accounts into folders. House - Parents - Work - Kid1 - Kid2. It really makes it easy to keep things organized, and Global Search makes it easy to find every account.
I don't have a need for some of the other services they provide, and although I've said "no thanks" when they offer, the pop-ups continue. I get it, it's Marketing, but it's annoying. I wish there was an opt-out button for those.
It solves the most important problem of all - sanity preservation. I save every login/password/hint, no matter how frequently or rarely I use the account, so there's never a question of me forgetting one.
Most user friendly and easiest without being intrusive.
Keeper is great. I dislike that I have so many passwords.
Keeping passwords, account numbers, reward numbers (hotel, airline, etc.), membership numbers, rep numbers, product keys and serial numbers updated and accessible for myself and my assistants.
Beyond using Keeper for all of my personal passwords, it helps me organize all of my work passwords with folders and sub-folders. Love the password suggestions and ability to set criteria.
Would like to see the folder color background highlight the folder name. Often a color dot is easiest overlooked. Additional colors would be helpful too.
Managing sensitive passwords and able to share them with others with security in mind. Helps remove the potential for passwords saved in browsers or written down and put in a drawer.
there is no way better if I did not have don't know what I would do I have 57 in there now from every thing I do I use it ALMOST EVERY DAY sometimes 8 9 times a day and I get 90 % of my help to get this app forget wright down u cannot keep up with and if anybody fines ur done u have with u all time and backed up and bom proof I WOULD GET EVERU ONE TO HAVE I DO NOT KNOW HOW ANYONE CAN MAKE IT WITH OUT IT
I HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING AND CANT COME UP WITH 40 DDddddddddddddddddddddsdsddddddddddddddddddddddddooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnntttttttttttttttttttttttt have any
VERRY EZ to use and these places make you chang every 30 days EZ to go back and edit in keeper
Love to have all my passwords in one place
Look is not always consistent between devices
Haven't lost my passwords since I started using and sharing with my family and clients.
The application interface across different OS, the browser extension that Keeper has brought in as a feature and the autofill functionality that is provided on the mobile platforms
The inability of providing Keeper Autofill to the iPadOS which is otherwise available to the Android platform
A central place to keep all my passwords is a great relief in itself. Also, the ability to use the Keeper extensions (for browser and apps) is a real value add.
Very user friendly. Also helps to create "strong" passwords.
I have not found any problems. The program is super easy to use and manage.
In our current work and personal world, we have so many passwords to remember. Also, we need to be using "strong" passwords. It is impossible to keep track of all of these. Keeper is the perfect solution.
Keeper is simple to use, intuitive for storing logins and passwords, and integrates with just about every web site and application I leverage for my personal and business needs. After having lost all my passwords stored in Excel (stupid - with 40 years in IT, I should know better!!) when my laptop's hard drive crashed, Keeper filled the bill for a safe, secure, easily-accessible password manager.
Some non-web apps are a bit painful to integrate, but more likely I just haven't read the Keeper documentation deeply enough to add them to Keeper's repository.
Made it really simple to capture and retain logins and passwords whenever I needed to
You can access your Passwords anytime anywhere in the world that you want to as long as you have internet connections on phone or devices you can access your passwords. If you are always frustrated with remembering your password and remembering to update your password with whatever method you used, keeper Security is the no Brainer solution. This software will allow you to create a new password and username and no matter what device you have the software installed it will automatically update your passwords and every single device. So when you create a new record it is updated automatically. It is one of the best and the only password keeper software I will ever use. There's nothing else to compete with it and it's actually developed right here in United States of America.
Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah Puebla Since it was a requirement for something negative I couldn't find fault.
Always forgetting Passwords Having to make weak pathetic passwords just to remember them, being able to access the passwords when ever and wherever you want. This solves all those issues and more
Synchronization among devices, organization, ability to store document images
I haven't really thought of any downsides
Keeping multiple password and log in information for different reasons. Saving account numbers and so on. I depend on it for everything
I like that it works on my computers and phone. Also, I can easily share logins with family members.
I can't think of anything I dislike. I could say - the sad world we live in where cybersecurity is a daily concern.
I have more complex passwords now. I don't have the same five rotating passwords anymore, so bad agents won't be able to access multiple accounts of mine if they get access to one.
My favorite Keeper strength is the cohesiveness between the browser, app, desktop, and internet usability. Keeper makes sure that no matter what platform I am using, I always have access to my records. This includes new records and existing records. I am never without the access to my information.
I don't have any dislikes for Keeper at this time.
My ability to have complex passwords that I don't have to worry about remembering is the biggest problem that Keeper has solved. Other benefits are the breatchwatch security and the ability to identify where i am at risk and solve it quickly.
I like the versatility that Keeper offers me. It is very convenient with the mobile app. You can also access it easily with the web tool and if simplifies and speed up daily processes a lot the chrome extension. Whether I am on my computer or on my mobile device it makes login accesses and work very simple.
I find the price per year a bit high. I think it could be a little less expensive. I'm also wondering why I'm receiving annual email billing displayed in Euro while I live in Canada. It should be in Canadian dollars to facilitate the conversion rate.
Helps me to generate complex passwords and centralize all my precious information at a finger tap. I can always access all of my passwords or confidential information whether I am on my computer or on my mobile device.
