Pienso que lo mejor que tiene cloudtalk es la facilidad para poder rastrear o monitorear las llamadas entrantes y salientes, por ejemplo me encanta poder escuchar las llamadas a tiempo real, además que los reportes son muy buenos para hacer auditorías y generar gráficos.
No me gusta que no sea personalizable el tono de llamada, para los agentes que reciben llamadas en cierta parte es algo fatigante siempre escuchar el mismo tono, en parte es una afectación psicologica y que puede disminuir un poco el rendimiento en casos y contextos puntuales.
Nosotros somos una compañia que presta servicios de software de contabilidad y facturación, gracias a Cloudtalk podemos brindar un excelente soporte a todos nuestros usuarios además de poder integrar Cloudtalk con otras herramientas que tenemos, como sería Hubspot.
Es bastante sencillo y muy intuitivo, me gusta que sea amigable con las personas que lo usamos.
Hay ocasiones que no muestra el estado real de la persona, ejemplo: Estas en llamada pero te muesta disponible

The user friendly interface is the best thing about cloudtlak, smooth interface quick access buttons that are very useful and the sms template is great tool as well.
The one thing I dislike about cloudtalk would be that you cant search the country by number only by name.

I have issues with connectivity at times, contacts do not seem to hear me due to this. I have issues where I automatically get logged out of my account even if I have not logged onto another device.

Cloud talk is simple to use with intuative features that are easy to grasp and get started using. They have an affordable pricing scheme and it takes no time to get started. Their customer support team is superb and helpful and always gets us working again.
Not really a downside, however turning the recording off and on is a bit complicated. I wish there was a button that does that instead of typing in a sequence of code that is a bit complicated to do when in the middle of a call.
CloudTalk is the answer for reaching out to our leads. Qualifying leads becomes so much easier because with CloudTalk, we can call, leave messages and/or send SMS to the leads all in one app.
We've been testing a lot of VOIP systems and we've ended up with CloudTalk. In our opinion one of the better systems on the market with excellent support. The system is really easy to use and you're all setup in no-time. We're a fan.

It's a really good VOIP service with all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Their customer service has been really helpful in resolving issues that we come across.
We've run in to an issue where the numbers we were provided has been recycled from other businesses. It isn't something in CloudTalk's control since I assume they have a third-party provider for it.
