The customer support is very friendly and helpful and usually very straight to the point. Features like IVR and numbers management is really easy. It also supports a lot of integration.
Sometimes the solution takes a while but they do follow up on you and update on the progress. Also, I really wish they had features like Google SSO cause it's way easier for user management. I would love to see a way to download weekly or Monthly reports of calls.
I used Twilio before but I think Cloudtalk is a much simpler and easier to use. I could easily set up IVR and could give follow up for missed calls. It has a simple and elegant UI for the Dial pad.

Quick communication access with customers.
I like the Cloudtalk app mostly, it is easy to dial the numbers and the app gives me an impression my cell phone call keypad. The color is also well-chosen. It soothes the eyes and I can easily catch the important and necessary tools at one glance
It would be good to see how many calls I have done during the day on app instead of always checking on the dashboard
I have been using Cloudtalk since last January and I really like it. It has many lovely looking buttons to click and enjoy while talking with the customers. We can use the tags and thus we can have a nice statistic on the important topics of our day to day workflow.
The integration to Hubspot works seamlessly and enables us to keep all of our conversations in a single record.
Nothing, its easy to use, data is easy to track and its cost effeective!
I needed a calling platform for multiple countries and multiple users that could integrate with Hubspot, Cloudtalk was one of the top 3 we trailed and had a lower monthly user cost associated with it. We are using multiple numbers, users & hubspot integration today.

I am a Customer Support and i use it for communicating with clients from all around the world.
The automatic call recording function and the transfer call to another agent function.
The downside is there is no option for a conference call.
No need to download a thrid party app for call recording.
I love the interface and mobile apps, it wwas also extremely quick to set up!
Sometimes getting in touch with customer support is difficult, i don't have the package that includes priority phone support. But the service department always get back to you and solve your problems.

The simplicity of executing what is proposed with Cloudtalk is the strength of the tool. It easily meets the requirements for my day-to-day life, as well as offering additional resources that follow the same trait of simplicity and agility. In addition to having a very supportive support team, which only reinforces the efficiency of the platform.
I just believe that, as a proposal for improvement, two points would be interesting: Localized support (by country) and the possibility of creating a caller ID. The latter, at first can be an obstacle.
Easily solved my need to contact people from all over the country, in an outbound manner, with quality during the call and simplicity to make the call.
You can take notes during and after every call and those notes are reported on Hubspot aswell, which helps us to keep track of our activity depending on the client; You can see the name of who's calling, which is a function that our previous program didn't have.
Sometimes it logs out automatically and you don't realize until you need to call someone, but in the meantime you maybe have lost lots of calls; it doesn't start automatically when you turn your pc on, could you please implement this feature?
Our company can have better control of all calls. In addition you can send text messages which has been a key to keep more in contact with our community

The click-to-call feature is convenient, also I often go through the scripted calls to get an idea of what we can improve in our service.
The mobile version needs a bit more work, a couple of times I got no ring but later noticed I had missed calls. They say they are working on it.
I'm a manager and used CloudTalk to manage my team. With it, we halved the number of missed calls and saved time on repetitive tasks.
It is not just a phone number with SMS capabilities, but a good call center for small businesses. What I like the most is the support - even though the help articles and UX is easy, I get to the point and speedy answers to my inquiries.
The phone App (iOS) gets frequent updates and had a glitch in one update. The team fixed it in one day but they may need better testing prior to App updates.
I have the benefit of a virtual office number and call center number for my remote business and team. Plus, I can get numbers from different countries that I operate in, it helps me localize in those countries and close more deals as prospects call from their local country number.

I think for the momoent the biggest dowside is quality of the sound, but I haven't tried it with a professional headset.
