As someone in tech sales, the user interface of Close is so simple yet robust and keeps me on track! I've used Hubspot and Salesforce before this and could never go back. Between the integrated calling, customized lists and automatic saving, I don't miss a beat. Their customer support is second to none and my questions/requests are always heard and responded to faster than I anticipate. I've tried to integrate Close through Zapier to Quickbooks to make a customized solution for my family business as well. I'm still working on that, but the support team has been doing their best to help me along the way!
To me, as an individual contributor on the sales team, there is nothing not to like about Close. I know that if I were looking for some more in-depth reports, those are a bit more difficult to run, but for what this offers on the front end, it's barely mentionable.
Close makes it so easy for me to start my day knowing exactly what I need to do. The built-in calling is also the best I've seen and helps me so so much more in less time!
Close has been a game-changer for me. The simplicity when using it, to breaking down pipeline management with Smart Views has helped me grow my business much faster than I ever anticipated. Not only am I able to centralise my leads in one place, but Close also helps me prioritise the most valuable leads in my pipeline which allows me to close more deals. I also LOVE the way I can integrate all of my email accounts, Calendly, Zoom and automation tools (Zapier/Make) for synchronised CRM management. Part of what I do is helping other businesses systemise their operations and CRM - with Close always being the one I recommend.
There isn't much I dislike, to be honest! But if I had to choose it would be that the mobile app could be better and ideally a bigger limit on the amount of email accounts you can connect. Other than that though it's great!
Close turns a chaotic process into one with clarity. I am able to manage the most important leads in my pipeline while seeing all communications in one place. In addition, it's ease of connecting to automation tools like Zapier make it very easy to automate the entire CRM which means no manual management so I can focus on the most important thing: Closing more sales. Without this my entire lead generation process and pipeline would be 1000 times more stressful and chaotic.

Call quality is perfect, amazing support staff, how-to instructions, and there are tons of automation. The overall cost of the product is a value add. We use Close for everything in our business daily.

Instead of paying for 5 different software I only have to pay for one. I can see all calls, texts, emails, and notes on the screen. Literally on the same page.
It's agile and it is a full-suite for Sales Managers and reps to house and efficiently keep track of their customers. It's by far the easiest CRM I've ever used that is intuitive and their customer support is amazing. They're actively bringing on new integrations and making managing multiple companies a breeze as well!

How easy it is to use and effectiveness. It's also easy to integrate with other tools. I use it every day and makes my day easy. The customer support is extremely quick to solve issues. There are so many features to choose from and I never have to multitask.
Sometimes the quality of the voice is low.
It allows me to make hundreds of call each day and stay organised with each follow up and with my teammates without having to waste time speaking with them
I have examined all the competing CRMs including HubSpot and Sales Force. You get so much more with the Close.IO. For a fractional cost you get everything from phone, recordings, voicemail recording drop, predictive calling and so much more. But the best part of Close is the actual reporting. Love it.

You import your leads, create custome fields, and you are off to the races. I highly recomend to any organization that has a sales team to give close a try. Your sales team will love it..... I guarantee it. There is zero clutter, or unnecessary steps. Its click, call, text, email, notes.... all in one convenient spot.
Close can become to much, if you do not keep your data cleaned up. So make sure that you label your data.

Close is ready to go, more or less, right out of the box. I spent 5 years tweaking zoho and about 5 minutes using it. Close is not like that. I was up and running in an hour or so. I use it every single day and it's fully compliant in my industry.
I would like it if Close gave me more options for creating multiple email signatures for use with multiple emails. Right now when I switch email addresses foe sending I have to manually change the signature file ot goes out on.
It automates a lot of what I do. It keeps track of every client interaction on one page as well. That's very useful to me.

I love that close is designed in an intuitive way that makes it easy for all the different teams in our company to jump in and use the features. It's fast and responsive and has incredibly powerful search queries that you can construct.
I would love it if they would prominently display client timezone on lead pages.

Things which I like about Close CRM:- a) UI - Neat and clean. b) Simple to use. c) Custom Activites and filter d) Slack channel for quick support from users is one of the best thing of Close CRM. e) Customer support is great. f) Easy to implement - self implementation is possible but they offer a free migration support too
I would say improvements they can make on Close:- a) More internal automations such as - change of Opportunity or lead status can trigger and update custom fields. b) More internal automations as other crm like - pipedrive. c) For all automations we have to use Zapier - which in other words easy but adds the cost.

Super easy and intuitive to learn. I use it every day for work and have no issues with it at all. Very clean layout and lots of nice features to help easily customize. Support customers no matter where or when they reach out. Easily integrates with other systems like Google and Apple. Best crm I have used to date!
Anything that is to dislike is hard remember and a minor inconvenience at most. They do need an Android app for phones!
Close helps me manage all of my clients with ease and makes following up a breeze! Anytime I need to change numbers I don't have to worry about not receiving information from clients. Easily works well with my Google Calendar and syncs with the notifcations to make sure I don't miss anything.
Close is really easy to use, once I joined my curreent empoyer I had to use it & never was difficult start on it. One more thing is that Mobile app is as easy to use as the web app.
