I think it's great that Apollo has been such a help to a research analyst team. Furthermore, the database's features are superb and quite comprehensive. Apollo helps my team collect perfect data and is a terrific tool for lead creation.

What I like the most about Apollo are sequences. They are very easy to understand, organize and help a lot to send scheduled emails to leads. And the google chrome extension for Sales Navigator makes it easier to built contact lists for my lead generation work.
It recognize the second last name of contacts as them first and I have to correct them one by one

Their Chrome Extension is incredible! It's like having LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, and Hunter.io all in 1! Their new Deals feature is great for building and tracking pipeline. The dialer is great too! It literally has everything you need to get sales processes setup and enable your people to start selling.
Currently there is only 2 permission sets "Admin" and "non-Admin" It would be great if they was a dedicated "Manager" interface that brought in sales data and opperations functionality for a manager role.
Rather than having a handful of systems, Apollo.io allows us to bring our Data Sourcing and Outbound efforts into 1 system. It's great for prospecting and finding new leads as well as automating a lot of the processes like email sequences and call steps to stay ontop of the activities that lead to converting new business.
