The leave system is a bit messy. One cannot easily learn their way around it.

It is an amazing tool with one single source for all the data needed within the organization. Right from the organization charts to holidays and the company policies, all of it is available there. Plus it has a very friendly UI.
Toggling between the menu and returning back to other pages and home page is bit tricky.
It helps in setting up the goals of my team and also tracks their performance. It enables a smooth process for annual performance reviews. In addition, it also helps us to provide all the information on one single channel.

Sometimes the 2 factor login safety featuer will not send the codes immediately so when you are logged out and require to login immediately it sometimes causes issues.
Checking people in and out of their shift. It helps me know at what time I logged in and from where. I think it is a good and helpful tool. Would recommend. This is my first time using it and I really like it.

Leave tracking and the attendance regularization. The organization tree help so much to find collegues and the connection between us. The chat port is also very helpful.
Filling time in the regularization is little bit difficult, if the time added for all days are same it takes so many time to update same time in all the fields.
The attendence and the leave tracking become efficient and awesome. time saving property is a good one. I can work on my task without thinking about the attendence and leave tracking
Track leaves and apply for leaves, salary slip details and everything can be customizable without any third party application. And there is a mobile application too, which is excellent.
Channels option, which is of no use for me. I feel that it be improvised, and it may be helpful to everyone. And Zoho People News, which is not that great.
No need to integrate with any third party tool and it can integrate with the same application just like now.
Zoho has full HR suite including Attendance, leave modules, approvals, Compensation and asset management. All the previous implementation was flawed both from compliance and usage perspective.

I can see the personal details of all users working within the company. And this information can be hidden as desired. In addition, when the job starts, I can log in with one click both by phone and via the browser to check in. If any request is required from human resources, we can request accessible forms.
Although I don't have a problem in general, in some cases, even if the browser or phone has location permission, it does not log in because it does not detect the location when checked in.
I can check in for working hours. I can make a request here for any expense form or permission request. I can see the documents and organizational chart published through the company. I can access all Zoho's applications on a single screen.
The most helpful about Zoho people is that we can check teammates' attendance and quickly regularize the attendance if my teammates miss the Check-in or Check-out.
The most dislike about Zoho people is too much information on the home page, and we can't mark bulk regularize; maybe it is controlled by HR. Other than this, I don't see any dislike.
Zoho people, it is solving my team attendance tracking, Organisation birthday wishes, Organisation employees, Appraisal letter, Promotion letters etc. We can easily find out what file is available in which folder.
Simplicity. The process is clearly defined for managing the legal and employment compliance. In spite of having complex HR process in our organisation implementation was smooth. No hiccups since 14 months.
Navigation pages could be better. Little difficult to search for items. Specially the navigation from Zoho people to payroll. Flash cards are nice but redundant.
The HR and leave processing and payroll processing is leaner better and without any errors. We had issues for 3 years using other tools. Zoho brought down issues in a month.
