I really like the fact that it offers large customization options to the administrator without requiring programming skills. It also integrates with the email system like a charm, without any configuration and the emails are sent very quick. The data structure is efficient and it also gives some interesting automation options.
From the admin point of view, I have noticed some limitations for field values. For example I can not use a formula to set a data type field through workflow to display the current date when triggered. Also, the process of designing a template for a document takes time because you have a small area where you see the document you create and you can not use preview features. You just have to save and test it somewhere else every time.

Zoho people is a very good software. it makes day to day life very easy and it saves alot of time which you can utilise in other business activities. i recommend it.
I dislike about zoho is that sometimes it works very slowly however it completes the task in a efficient manner but some times it takes time to search any activity or else.
Zoho people solves day to day HR problems maily which makes alot of difference in a HR employee doing manual work and one HR employee of company working on zoho people.
Zoho one is customizable. You can customize almost everything and use it as per your requirement. Its insights help you to fetch a lot of data for analytics and actionable insights.
UI could be a little more attractive & eye cache. Different views options should be available so that a user can select a created view whenever he logins and can avoid using filters every time.
Support ticketing CRM, Sprints to interact with product team & many others. Earlier I used another product whose UI was very nice and simple to use but not much customizable and insights.
Zoho one is perfect for organisation. Where you can manage everything. Like zoho people , CRM , cliq , marketing hub,Email etc
Sometime i got hurdles when i need to connect witj support.

It's an great tool to increase the efficiency of any business. You get greater insight of the company's performance. There are various tools of Zoho which help small to large scale industries.
Only thing I disliked is customisation part in ZOHO CRM which can be looked into more as the on insert records features should be increased.
ZOHO is solving various quarter performance insight problems. CRM is benefiting in lot of ways from embedding the leads into system to tracking of order closure

It's easy to use, and all the things are relatable. The interface is user-friendly and attractive. All the operations are in one place.

I'm using Zoho people to log my leaves, and I'm also using it to check my balance leaves. We can see contact information easily for each employee in the organization.

The problem of data being at multiple locations or portals and no integration among them makes it hard to summarise or analyze. Now with Zoho people, it's all in one place, making it very easy for us to manage data, from recording attendance to raising tickets to other departments, everything at one place.
On how it is a one stop destination for all our HR-related queries with respects to leaves, comp off, hours in, Increments and many more and with the new features of texting it is replacing a very tiring job into a cake-walk
It's in and out an excellent software with close to zero glitches/bugs. There are no concerns regarding my usage up till now, I hope they keep adding features

Zoho people tool does not have rights on the user level to set auto-logout of the shift ends.

I have been using the Zoho people since last 4 months, it just a surprise from ZOHO which makes easy review of daily activities, holidays and leaves
I had face one issue while using ZOHO People Android app i.e the time is not updated in real time it takes t0o much time to get load

Leave tracking, approvals, automatic emails, Expense claims, performance reviews Overall it is a great platform to keep all employees records.
Customer support is not the best. Sometimes there are website glitches.
Keeps record of communication between you and your manager. You can enter your expenses and have them sent for approval. Instead of keeping file records, Zoho people is a great tool in incorporate in your business.

We are able to keep track of our PTO and requests as well as important company files, such as our employee handbooks.
The most beneficial part of Zoho People is the ability for employees to clock in and out. I am able to easily run a report to use for payroll.
It is a bit confusing for holidays - my employees are part time and get paid based on the hours they are scheduled to work on a holiday - and so far I haven't been able to make it work. So I have to manually add in holiday pay.
We use it only for Payroll - it is great for what we use it for.
