Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

Zoho mail is a great business email client as it allows you to host your emails with a custom domain as a business email for free for a small company. It allows you to host up to 5 emails for free which is awesome for a small company as it allows you to have a custom email without the large cost that comes with hosting a business email, as with other services.
Zoho mail does not have as many features as some other business email clients such as gsuite. It is more difficult to do other tasks that are available within gsuite and use features like text editing, data entry, etc. Also, because the user base is not as high, it is harder to use the software for collaboration.
Having a business email client that is reliable and low cost allowing users to send and receive emails easily and without hassle.
Zoho Mail is a free hosted email solution for a small team as it allows up to 5 users for free. It is relatively easy to set up and integrates with many other apps. There is also a marketplace that allows you to install add ons to be used with the software. There is also a large amount of storage in the free version, especially compared to its competitors like Google or Microsoft. There are also no display ads within the email client, unlike Google's free mail version.
It is not used as much as other email clients such as Gmail or Outlook, so there are not as many integrations as there is with these clients. If you have a larger team and cannot benefit from the free version of Zoho Mail, it may be useful to explore these other email clients. There is no way to automatically reply as in other email clients; this seems like a feature that should be a necessity for any email client.
Using it as an email client to send and receive emails.
What I like most about zoho email is the graphic and user friendly interface. I like that encryptions is both rest and end to end
I think the number of mail attachment could be increased.
Managing my accounts
It’s help and useful and easy to learn but sometimes it’s jammed for awhile
Need improve to become like messenger and I think you can
I worked as social media manager and I think he is good to use
I like the remote login function that enables the support to connect remotely and help the customer service team
The graphics could be developed a bit or could be customised as per user needs .
I personally have never used but my chat support support team has used and has informed about the remote function that allows them to help the team handle bulk feedback
I used Zoho for a long while and I was impressed. The depth of features was good and a strong contender compared to Gmail. It could basically do everything I needed it to.
Possibly not as UI friendly compared to the likes of Gmail. At the time I used it, it was slightly on the cluttered side.
I recommended Zoho to my clients and it's worked well for them. Zoho also has a lot of other useful tools as part of their package.
I enjoy the ease of inviting others to events and being able to sort my emails quickly
I hate that I cannot bring up both my Email and my calendar at the same time, to do this I have to open a new browser. It's a lot of work.
Zoho is a nice way to manage my caseload at work, it's easy to sort my clients into mailboxes.
The mail is attached the CRM and sales tools
Antiquated and lacking sample templates. Not truly a repsonsive e-mail or SMS system
Transactional emails
I really like the sequence in which the email threads appear.
I am not entirely in love with the interface.
Zoho Mail is used to connect with colleagues, prospects, business partners, and other stakeholders. It is an incredibly effective tool for keeping all of my communications in one spot.
Zoho mail is a very good mail platform, it is quite friendly and has all the functions that a user requires in his daily work. in terms of design it is quite clean (without advertising) the costs are not high in relation to other service providers and in general terms it can be recommended as a work tool. Our experience using the platform is really nice. There are elements that can be improved, such as, for example, aspects of mail personalization.
Zoho mail is very good platform, however one of the biggest obstacles for me as a regular user are the limitations of space in sending attachments because in my work I need to send a large amount of files and being limited in this aspect is quite annoying. It is important to mention that in our company we use the most economical version of the available plans and we understand perfectly that there are limitations for the available characteristics of each plan.
Zoho at this moment is our only corporate mail platform for which is our main work tool to communicate both internally and externally without doubt solves most of our problems Our experience using the platform
I like the versatility of this program. It is email, plus the ability to chat and set calendars with people in your work group. It makes it easy to set meetings at work and keep your mail organized in folders with flags and groups. There is an app that works with your phone as well which makes it easy to manage email on the go.
The system is a little cumbersome to set up but other than that it is pretty easy to use. There is no use offline
Mail organization and work communication. Contacts with chat Capbabiliy.
It's free! Not only that - no advertisements to be seen at all.
Cannot import contacts from Facebook or any other social media sites.
A form of free email addresses - instead of incurring costs.
Feature and arrangements in sorting of emails are connected with all the levels
Mainly low security level. I feel the security and document handling is low
I started a domain free mail Id. Its using for my small level divisions
Simple to use, sending emails/ calendar invite is easy.
When replying or forwarding emails, extra line is added to earlier email. For long email chain it becomes difficult to read older emails.
A formal communication channel for the company.
Easy to use, very simple to send marketing information out
Doesnt integrate with other modules that easily
Marketing
Some to use concept is the only reason to choose Zoho mail
The app sometime hangs or there's a server issue
So far nothing of that sort
stream and attachment search feature is handy and very helpful
extended time for all bug fix/technical support and No Hindi speaking support executive staff gives tough time to your IT team.
An easy and efficient tool with all required enterprise features on a single platform helps improve individual productivity.
Zoho Mail worked well as a provider for my email on my custom domain... has all of the features you would need out of a typical email provider, like Gmail or Outlook...
Overall user interface... Can be cleaner..
Managing emails
It has a very good App where you can manage your accounts.
It was a little hard to implement with Google Cloud.
I'm solving mailing with them and they work like a charm.
I’m able to integrate all our email accounts we have with Zoho
Sometimes the system doesn’t push notifications when am emails arrives Customer service never came back to me after I reported an issue
Zoho allows us to have a lot of emails with minimal pricing
