Wonderful interface and customer service!

I would love it to be a bit less expensive but it really does offer so much that I get it.

I am solving a need to be paid for my services. I see that there are many more integrations than I could have asked for! :) The customer service has been incredible. First I worked with Morgan, Emma, and Danielle. They were SO helpful and I never felt like I had to fear--they had the answers! And Pat has gone the extra mile in online/chat support. He has done things I didn't think were possible and educated me along the way! Way to go, Pat! I am truly grateful! Adam helped me today and his support got me to exactly where I needed to be. He even went the extra mile for me to double-check everything!

Uscreen is great because it balances a massive amount of functionality for an affordable price.

Sadly, some forms of customization are limited. But...they will likely improve this over time as they are always adding new features and improvements every quarter.

Uscreen is great for companies looking to create VOD or Live Streamimg platforms for web and for apps.

Great customer support and they still have a small business feel. The team seems connected and can point you to the correct person when needed. My rep, Ashley, is always super helpful.

Some times new features take a while to get rolled out, but they clearly communicate the timeline on these upgrades, so it's not too big of a deal.

We are able to connect and engage with our vip clients in another medium and also attract new clients via our paid subscriptions.

the platform is a bit basic, does not adapt to films, but rather just "videos" in their basic form, slightly tilt towards yoga/workout memberships sites. The videos can only have an "author" but not film director, or film producer, or actors.. so it looks kinds weird to have a film with an "author".

the obvious, allowing my films to be streamed online and be monetized.

We could create a VOD catalog without trouble. We are not eligible for a Stripe account in Colombia, they helped us set up Uscreen Gateway to monetize our content. We love their marketing features (we are using coupon codes, gift cards, abandoned cart emails, etc.) Seamless integration with third-parties (we are using Zapier, MailChimp, Google Tag Manager/Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Profitwell)

I wasn't able to do some customizations on my own, so I needed to hire a web developer.

Unfortunately, our salsa school has been closed for the past 12 months because of the pandemic. Thanks to Uscreen, we have been able to digitalize our classes, monetizing our VOD content and we plan to offer live events in the future. This allowed us to save the jobs in our school, and keep up the salsa spirit through these complicated times. We are extremely satisfied with the ongoing support and solutions brought to us by Uscreen team.

We feel like they listen to our requests, and update the site to better reflect what we need for our online subscription platform. We are able to customize our page to look on-brand with no loss of functionality.

The analytics are not as intuitive as some other sites, but I know they are working on that. We would love to have more fidelity with easily finding all statistical information on how our classes perform, and an easier way to get quick feedback from our customers on their demographics and how they like a class.

We switched over so we could have a more customized site--and we have been really happy with being able to do that in a cost effective manner.

Straight forward, easy to use platform that allows you to build a website, streaming platform, learning platform, marketing and CRM platform with full mobile and TV apps all with one account

Delivering content o our followers how they want it when they want it .

A fantastic user interface, great that you can geo-block and their comprehensive CDN has meant reliable content delivery to our audience.

There are a few bugs that need to be worked out like when a user is logged in you cannot see the home page anymore and the home page link is still in the navigation bar, it looks confusing. Also, the search for countries in Geo-Block isn't great but that's only a minor issue.

Audience growth, engagement and brand awareness. Having an online platform enables us to reach a much larger audience, beyond our in-theatre customers in the central cities.

We have been working with Uscreen for 2 years and we are very grateful with them because they have given us excellent customer support, constant upgrades to the platform every month, new cool features for enhancing the customers experience, and awesome OTT development. Their prices are the best in the market and we finally chose them because of their commitment to please our customers and give us as a business multiple options to serve our clients well. Swiping through the programs doesn't happens like on Netflix, nonetheless, it runs very smooth and almost perfect.

Service and support is the best I've ever experienced

Nothing really. I do wish they had a back end payment system to pay royalties but they are working on that.

That this is a platform exactly created for my goal: VOD business. I love the total package, and especially the amazing customer service. Very smart people.

I guess I miss some things that youtube has, like being able to skip to chapters in your video.

I can offer my content and be the sole owner, even when I use Uscreen as a platform.

Uscreen has been SUPER helpful and supportive in getting us ready to re-launch our site. The team is excellent at answering questions and is always fast to respond. The support staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

As others have said, it would be great if there was a little bit more customization possible. We will need to hire a developer for some of the changes we want. But, to be clear, we knew this was a likelihood from the beginning. And for everything else that Uscreen offers, it is still highly affordable.

Our clients are super happy with the new design, organization of content, search and filter functions, and seamless payment process provided by the platform. No problems as of now!

The video CMS feature. I appreciated the simplicity of uploading videos and the resources built inside the site to help me get setup. In addition, I felt integrating with my email server was a great way to turn leads into customers.

I was not a fan of the user dashboard. It was a bit confusing at times. In addition, I had trouble figuring out the marketing tools to retain my customers. I'd like to see this become more user-friendly. My subscribers also had difficulty accessing their accounts at times.

Uscreen solved the paywall that I wanted to create so that only my subscribers could receive access to exclusive content. But unfortunately, the business has not increased much for me.

Somewhat easy to upload content and manage video publication

The fact there is not much analytics, the platform friezes a lot of the time, the organisation of the content is not very customisable, the user experience is quite poor.

Slow to upload many pages, not much customisation for content organisation, difficult to really engage end users. Not really serving the end user as much as I would like it to. Also, sometimes the platfrorm friezes.

The customer service is amazing. They made launching a website and app so easy. They are constantly launching new features and improving their product.

I don't experience any downsides of using Uscreen.

They are always creating new ways for us to better serve our customers and reach new customers.

Uscreen is a fantastic tool for hosting memberships, a community, and premium video content. Their team helped me transition away from a different membership tool and made the process so seamless. I love the live streaming capabilities within Uscreen, the ability to organize my videos into collections, and how marketing features like email and lead magnets (giveaway funnels) are integrated right within the tool.

I would love to see an integration with Zoom or Google Meet or similar platform to better faciliate group meetings, not just live streams.

Member engagement has went up since launching the app. Premium video content is easy to find and well-organized.

The ability to showcase our videos in a format that is attractive and simple. Tech support has been outstanding ... response to questions have been prompt and detailed when warranted ... we couldn't be more impressed.

We would not refer to our needs as past problems ... we are delighted to find an affordable and exceptional platform to offer our Video-on-demand program.

The ease of use and the support team. The support team seams always available and ready to help. I've never faced an issue without getting a prompt solution.

If I'd be forced to mention something I dislike, it could be the limits that are put on the display of the landing page.
