Mailchimp was helpful when trying to create an electronic newsletter for clients and employees. It was very user friendly.

Since the company did not have a high amount of clients yet (as high of a number as it would in due time) the prices seemed a bit high but the product was still worth it for those who use it and make it worth the while.

Mailchimp was very user friendly and easy to understand for creating virtual content for email marketing.

Currently incompatible with Shopify stores. This is sad as they've lost so many customers over some issue.

I used it for sending out flyers. It is best for email campaigns. I can select the list of people and send out my flyers. Very easy steps to create a template and ready to go in matter of minutes if you are all prepared with your information.

The feature I love the most with mailchimp is how there’s tutorials within the site so anytime I need to do something that I’m not sure how, I can easily search the site. Also, everything is super user friendly, easy to navigate, and easy for anyone to pick up.

As of right now, there hasn’t been anything that I don’t like with mailchimp. My usage of it is frequent but simple. I don’t need anything complex but as of right now mailchimp offers everything I am in need of.

In telling the truth I think the service is amazing, I can not find anything bad or that I dislike about the program, really I can't. But I have to point out the response time of customer service. The support is the weak leg of this great marketing automation platform. Support don't help you at all if you want some new integration. This is the only complain that I got, maybe I have not had luck with them or maybe they are improving this aspect, I have not doubt they will make Mailchimp better of what actually is, reading these criticism on the web especially this page.

Initially it took a little figuring out how to actually setup a newsletter and to get contacts input. But once that is out of the way it is very easy.

How easy it is to set up campaigns to collect email/leads is by far amazing. Its simple and straight to the point ... The system to send bulk emails is to your subscribers is great to. Its so customizable and the layouts they have is pretty nice and straight forward. I do personally feel Mailchimp offered all the right needed tools to help a advertiser and marketer.

I cant stand their service detect bot system that marks your business or site as a spam. This happened to me for a blog I made about lifestyles. Trying to get in contact with support was bad and my issue never got settled. No matter how much i reached out, I got the same animated bot system mail response. It took longer then a month for me to actually get a response!

Mailchimp played a big part on helping me get subscribers. Not just subscribers but also email and leads.The data entry that mailchimp did behind the scenes to put together the names, emails and timestamps. We cant forget how well they helped keep my email/leads organized!

I like that without having to pay for a service I can get access to split testing, user analytics, and great design tools!

I really wish I could embed videos, as I do a lot of video marketing. I also wish it had some actual phone support for free users, instead of just articles which sometimes don't answer my question.

It gives me a great way to reach all my most loyal audience members!
