The user interface made it extremely easy to plan tasks for the entire semester at once
The controls on setting the start and end dates for a task can be tricky.
Delegation of tasks to team members and visually tracking progress was extremely simple. An ideal way to manage multiple members without sacrificing precious time on mundane progress updates.
Intuitive interface that preserves complexity.
There is very little that I dislike. If I had to pick something I'd say the cost per team member.
Large, interdepartmental project plans. Visibility on delivery dates sliding with additional asks from the same teams.
We manage our projects via Basecamp and I love that each project can be synced with TeamGantt to provide a gantt chart. Changes are being shown vice versa - perfect. Plus it's very easy do adjust timelines by simply dragging and connect tasks for heredity structures.
The print-out process is a bit tricky sometimes, so many options... But once you it figured out it's ok.
With TeamGantt I can share complex web-based project overviews with our clients (read-only) so they can follow any changes "live" if they want or wait for the regular email notifications after any updates.
It really like how easy it is to collaborate with others in the team.
I wish there was a desktop application that could go along with the web version. The gantt chart has to refresh after every single change, and that slows down the process when trying to make many changes.
Product roadmap, launch timeline and deliverables.
Easy to use Gantt charts that can be easily customized for your business or project. I like that I was able to adjust the charts to look the way I wanted.
I'd like to be able to see the calendar view on the mobile app. If it is capable of doing it, I have not been able to figure it out.
It helps us schedule tasks in order to meet the deadline. Seeing it graphically and being able to tie events together makes creating the charts easier. We used to make Gantt charts in Excel, and this is better in a lot of ways.
Probably its ease of use. I had not used it the first time but it was pretty self explanatory.
Really can't think of anything negative at this time.
That remains to be seen. I just started with this a couple of months ago and have yet to review it with colleagues or Customers.
Easy to maintain day-to-day tasks. You can see who in the team is currently doing what.
Hard to figure out how to make sub tasks under the group of tasks.
Project management at hospitality development. Efficient coordination.
I love that I can see how many tasks one person has and assess if that is realistic or not. And I love just shifting those timelines!
It's too expensive for our not for profit start up. So the free one is a bit too limited.
Keeps us on track with overview planning. Allows all parties to follow the plan.
Ease of use, and ability to format and print good quality A4 for discussion with the team and inclusion in management reports.
Not having Critical Chain Project Management, although this is not common and it is a big ask. Also, not having anything in the predecessors/successors except Finish/Start. Minor problems really.
Planning product development and launch
Short learning curve, shared by multiple individuals who are not project management professionals. We are Human Resources/People Performance advisors. We are using the free tryout version right now, which is ideal to convince the organization to invest in a software like this.
There is nothing really that we dislike. Nothing negative to say.
Adequate project planning and accountability assignment required to meet delivery. We are meeting the deadlines and not unecessarily rushing to get the tasks done. We are clear on who is doing what. No accountability gaps and/or overlaps.
Easy to use and good features fulfil most of my needs in project management.
For junior users could have some more information.
Sharing timelines across the business and clients.
Our company uses TeamGantt integrated with Trello, which provides an excellent solution for planning and managing our development projects. Reviewed several other Gantt chart tools and found this one easy to use and understand. It has the important features we need without going into feature bloat that can make other products hard to use.
Minor UI stuff I'd like to sometimes customize more, but really no major problems with it.
Trello was doing a good job tracking project status, but we needed TeamGantt to help map it better to timelines and real dates. Since using the tool, we've improved our ability to predict completion dates and deliver on schedule.
I love the meld of tasks, dependencies, exports and ease of use.
I would like if it could be a little more customizable.
Project Management across different departments.
Its on the cloud, you can collaborate and notify people by email
would be nice to be able to adjust the screen layout
sharing common goals, projects and pbjectives
Great for collaboration, as well as quickly and effectively prioritizing tasks, goals, and milestones.
A still evolving tool, there are some minor feature gaps which I expect will be improved as user feedback increases and new feature releases are prioritized.
Project management... keeping our priorities front-and-center so we do not let anything slip through our fingers.
