TeamGantt Pricing Overview

Team gantt is easy to use, it makes beautiful shareable Gantt charts that can link to individual work plans and can be sorted easily for planning. I like that you can assign tasks to individuals, set up specific tasks as follow ons to primary tasks, and move things around quickly.

The tool it self is a bit fiddly, in other words you have to click a lot to move things where you may want them. But the real drawback is the cost. There just isn't quite enough value for the price. You need to pay per user if you want to allow users to update their own progress on tasks.

Our projects definitely run more smoothly with team gantt. The ability to track progress on a series of interrelated tasks is really helpful for figuring out roadblocks and pushing through them.

TeamGantt offers a streamlined, easy to use, easy to update, critical path and gantt chart solution.

The ability to print in a calendar format could be improved, time consuming to have to save each month individually as a PDF. Not everyone on a project team is familiar with a gantt chart, and the ability to export in to a calendar, or at the very least print the entire project as a calendar at once would be ideal. The calendar feeds and csv feeds are great, but it's dependent on your calendar app or program - for example Google Calendars is terrible to feed in to, as Google takes forever to refresh and update from the feed.

Gantt charts and critical paths are a great visual tool not only for the project team members, but also for stakeholders, investors, and those in executive positions - it's a clear "this needs to happen, then this can happen" view of a complicated project.

I think the aesthetics of it and the fact they've taken this basic and time-tested model of a Gantt chart and refreshed it for online use. It feels very intuitive, and making changes is very easy.

Each morning I have to sign in again to the program. This would be fine and normal at work, but it's a (very) minor inconvenience for someone working from home who just uses their home laptop. A few times the changes haven't synced and when I log back in it's not updated.

I'm using it for planning out a project for college, as well as sorting out tasks I have to do in my personal life. I would say the benefits are making my use of time more efficient by seeing what tasks are dependent on what and which I can complete at the same time. I'm solving the problem of feeling like I just have so much to do and not knowing where to start, but TeamGantt helps me break down the project into blocks and lets me visualise my path to its completion.

I like how clean, simple and intuitive this solution is. It has the features I like and feels similar to the task management web application Asana which I also enjoy.

I have not found anything yet, I am still using the free version so I cannot speak to how favorable the pricing structure is.

As a prior user to "Project" as well as seeking an online program for my students (GanttProject.biz) I have absolutely no dislikes, other than potential costs to my school system.

As an educator of and mentor in student engineering projects, time management is crucial. Above all, the tool provides best look of the work flow among all the software out there. Managing individual module with assigning member to develop it. That too with highlighting essential comments. Re-scheduling too is very easy, with just setting date and rest of the modules are automatically adjusted. Tracking work progress is nice feature that can be helpful in getting the overall completion idea,or future cost and completion date of the project.

Pricing can be issue for small scale industry.

Sending live work progress and future plans to be carried out is sent to client for their progress satisfaction. With what to do in particular duration makes developer clear and hence increases efficiency.

I really like how easy it was to start using it and how many things I can do on a free version. I still recommend buying at least a Standard plan, but even the free version is enough in most cases. The flexibility of Teamgantt is stunning too - you can do basically anything with your chart.

I used to work at an outsourcing software development company and we kept a track of hours, so using teamgantt wasn't completely covering that one, but I'm pretty sure one of the pricing plans include hourly breakdown and tracking

We're building a software product and I'm basically planning my whole backlog and roadmap for it in Teamgantt. I use smth else for the task tracking but I'm feeling like I could even switch to Teamgantt completely at some point. I'm using the same chart to update our shareholders on the progress as well and communicate with the marketing team to plan their promo campaign according to our release schedule.
