Easy team communication and management of tasks
I don't dislike anything in SWIT so far
Swit makes it easy to collaborate with the remote team
I loved specifically the calendar view because I can see everything and all task, it is a great way to over view all the projects I do real quick and make sure it's all running smoothly and nicely! It is recommended for beginners and intermediate users as well!
The first page is a little slow but after that it works great and effectively I haven't had any real issues with it. So highly recommended.
This solves my problem of trying to keep track of every little task and every persons job assigned to it it's just so simple now. Very good team suite to manage your needs that can combine chat and task management very easily and professionally .
Swit's task and channel integration allows easy tracking and sharing by drag and drop and having the flexibility to create unlimited workspaces with a single account is a huge plus for big projects, as it allows smooth workflow without losing any context. In addition to the powerful, super organized tool, the customer service team is excellent at getting back to you promptly with most accurate solutions.
I would love to see more customization on minor things like alert sounds and emojis.
Having one tool to communicate and organize tasks while working remotely has been a breeze thanks to Swit's fast and straightforward tools.
I love the user interface and the features
it's very new so you run out of bugs often
it's easier to move from different aspects of the tasks management faster and the team feels the communication is smoother
Our team and I didn't need to sign up, install and LEARN two different services Slack and Asana/Trello for team communications and project/product management. I recently formed a new team, and needed to choose services for team communication and a project management. No one in our team was not good at using Slack and Asana. I hesitated to choose them because of learning curve and unnecessary burden. Meanwhile I met Swit and tried to use it. There was nothing I had to learn or to try to learn - especially for project management. It was easy and intuitive to use. I loved it!
When I used Slack, it sent too many email notifications, that I disliked. Now I want Swit to send email notifications so that I don't miss important messages or updates.
I always wanted to find a simple but powerful project management tool. I tried popular services like Asana and Trello, but they are yet too complicated to me. With Swit project board, I can simply create a new task, assign a task and track the status. Now my team can easily use it without my help.
Our team found the chat indispensable. It has some intuitive features which makes all our lives easier and communication seamless.
It took me a short while to get used to switching the views and also finding pinned chat comments but once I understand how these work they've become second nature.
We've tried a few different team/project management tools and each let us down in some ways, Swit has worked out perfectly so far. The team are communicating well and we can track our progress.
Swit is intuitive, easy to learn and combines several tools’ functions in one place. I don’t have to bounce around to different tools to see what is going on with my projects and my team. The design is very clean and familiar so it is easy to pick up if you are switching from another tool. The app is very functional too, so I can jot down new ideas in the backlog or assign tasks on the run.
Toggling between chat and tasks was not obvious at first on the website or app. In the app, the backlog is hidden unless you open it specifically - which after discovering it’s hiding place actually seems like a good feature as it keeps the focus on assigned and in progress tasks.
Simplifying project management and team communication. It allows me to bring in the right team members to the right projects and keep us organized. I feel like I can finally get a handle on all the projects on my plate.
The greatest part about the platform is the team collaboration feature that makes it the easiest way to communicate with each other. It helps to assign tasks to the team with a project progress tracking feature.
The messenger and calendar feature sometimes troubles me. It should be updated as early as possible.
I really got help from the platform it helped me to better communicate with my team and helped me to collaborate with them to progress the project fast. IT helps to reduce the meetings and follow-up things which saves a lot of time.
I love that anyone can share their own idea, and can view it in the separate idea section. There are even more functions that support team members to communicate, so I strongly recommend you use this service.
The only thing I dislike about Swit is that calendar which I can view the entire team schedule is hidden. I always struggle to find the calendar section even though I had used this platform for almost a year.
Swit is solving the communication difficulties of a multi-member team. I can always see the progress of a project, and quickly notice when my team members need me.
It is good that multiple channels can be created and communication can proceed according to the purpose of each channel. In particular, it could be used as an effective tool for collaboration by appropriately utilizing the differentiation between the idea tab and the chat tab. In addition, the fact that it has its own calendar within the switch was good in that it did not have to use multiple services.
However, compared to the typical collaboration tool Slack, the answer to why Swit should be used seems unclear. A group that uses Swit for the first time may also use Swit. However, many groups use Slack as a collaborative tool, and it seems to be advantageous to be able to use it in multiple groups using one tool. In addition, too frequent updates make it too annoying and tiring, and once in a while, the mobile switch does not work smoothly.
Once in a while, access is not available or operation is not smooth.
It's great that you can remind yourself of the tasks assigned to you with various attributes, and you can check the work of other team members together.
Panels designed for other types of work are certainly easy to use, but I have a hard time using them every time. I don't know why, but I don't think I can feel more convenient than using a general browser. The things you need to press are scattered all over the place, so there must be some parts that are difficult to concentrate on.
Being able to communicate with attachments, being able to review at the same time while looking at each other's work, being able to quickly interact with channels while using extensions
I don't need to use different messenger app to communicate with others since there is DM system.
I couldn't custom emoji directly by myself. I needed to ask our executive to add new emoji.
It helps to communicate with our group members.
Swit offers remarkable convenience when it comes to organizing work tasks. The factor that I found convenient are as follows: Clean and comfortable interface: SWIT provides a visually appealing and user-friendly interface, which makes working on the platform a pleasant and comfortable experience for the eyes.
I think it would be great if I could not only view multiple channels at once but also have the ability to see channels from different workspaces in a split view.
Segmented channels for participating in various projects: The fact that SWIT has distinct channels for different projects makes it highly useful for distinguishing and managing tasks associated with each project.
1. platform integration. Swit has lots of features for team workspace. For example, there are google calendar, google drive, Gmail, a webpage(we used for notion), and custom third-party bots. 2. chat systems like Discord. mention role, permission, channel, UI, and some things that are similar to Discord. so there aren't difficult to adjust the swit. 3. project system with chatting. the best benefit of Swit is you can make documents, chat with teammates, and set project workflow at the same time. you can do almost teamwork in one space. you don't need to open a new app anymore.
1. missing voice chat. because of this, our team should use more platforms (discord, zoom, google meets) for internet meetings. 2. no custom category. this is not much problem but I hope to make a custom category for channel classification.
when I didn't use Swit, I had to open Notion, Discord, and other Project Manage Service(like GitHub project or Trello...). using lots of applications makes me tired to open and manage apps. but after I use Swit, it solves this problem. still, I use notion and discord but at least - I don't use them for important cases. (without internet meeting)
It is good to be able to manage team collaboration, project status, etc. Also, it is good for overall milestone management by using tasks, buckets, etc. and expressing progress. This
According to the network environment, there were cases where messages could not be sent or received, which was inconvenient. When the network was a bit weak in certain areas, messages could not be sent or received properly, so we had to use other messengers. This
Project management, communication within the team, and collaboration between teams were able to be solved the most, and through this, unnecessary procedures in work were reduced, resulting in efficient work processing and improved efficiency.
