I have had a problem configuring real-time notifications about client activities since sometimes the notification sent about the activities does not usually arrive and that established information is lost, which is a nuisance because that activity has to be asked by the customer again what it was and to be able to guarantee that it was sent, in addition, its cost is a bit high and its time of use is not adequate for which they should offer better shopping packages with more accessible prices so that more users can use it with more frequency.

Well, the disliking is an odd term rather we would say the slight twitches like 1. User-friendliness of the mobile app and 2. Customer portal interface could be more detailed though they have most of the visual assessment etc
