Scoro is so helpful in project managing because it has all the tools to track the project from start (as a quote) straight through each stage until project completion.
I would prefer to change the aesthetic theme to my own choice of colour, fonts, etc. Occassionally, Scoro takes a while to sync to my Gmail account / Calendar.
Tracking all the moving pieces of a project (people, time, resources, success/failure rates of submissions), etc.
The UI is amazing. The software is really helpful in making project timeline and keeping track of time for each project.
The timer has been removed which was a really bad decision and i hope it can be brought back.
Time Management Project Timelines Involvement of self in each project making quotations
Scoro is a tremendous tool that has organized our entire project and financial management workflow. It brings everything we do into a single environment. Amazing.
The only complaints we have run into are with regard to how we have to advance a project through the various steps. Sometimes that can be a bit cumbersome so we may reach out to the Scoro team to see if there are ways to further customize our own experience/workflow within Scoro or find out if we are doing something wrong or could improve our own processes in some way. Other than that, we don't have complaints about Scoro. Such a great tool!
We solved the issue of managing the thousands of projects and tasks that we routinely deal with. We've realized benefits such as improved profit margins by better tracking of project expenses, etc. That alone has been a huge turn in a positive direction for our business.
being able to see all the projects and tasks in one place and being able to arrange them by due date, priority etc.
When you tick a task that still has time allocated next to it, scoro automatically adds the remaining time despite me not needing to use it.
streamlining the organisation of all tasks for all clients really like being able to customise the view based on deadlines and priorities.
How easy it is to track time and the effect that it has had on our freelancers/
Lack of colour in design and design overall. i think it could be prettier.
It's made my working process more streamlined.
Very easy to use tool and helps me and our team to get the job done by our deadline.
Nothing much I can say here, so far i've been very happy with scoro.
Planning our work schedule and getting the job done by our deadline.
Amazingly easy to use, great oprtions for statistics, good customer support
Sometimes too often updates appear on many different features together
Good overview on sales - past-present-future.
Great support from Scoro team. Functionality, simple to use. Create any design for document you want.
E-mail correspondence. Some search functions are complicated.
Teamwork. Customer service. Remote work.
It is easy to find different categories, either I am dealing with projects, price offers or assignments. The search bar actually works and finds quickly what I am looking for. The small logos and details are clickable and I can make adjustments in everything I have just entered.
Working in a creative advertising sector it is importont to see the preview files of the images. We have skipped adding files in general to Scoro and use Wetransfer/email instead.
If you have a team, were each member works in it's own pace, it is easy to track what projects they are currrently dealing with.
It is very simple so it is very easy to learn how to use.
There is nothing i dislike, because i use it everyday and it makes my job a lot easier.
All my database of my clients is in one place so with just one click i can find the one i need to do my priceoffers. To Do list is very good- i can plan my work several months ahead and don´t have to worry of not remembering important things. Calendar is also very good- all my meetings that i plan are there, so i don´t have to worry about not remembering them too. I can see how much have i brought money in by selling and how much i need to sell more to fill my budget.
I like that I can fill up Scoro very easily and there are enough room for my job description.
First I was little confused, where I can edit my job description, but not for long!
I use Scoro for project management, so it would be clear how much hours have I worked with what project!
It's intuitive, easy to use, and you can pretty much adapt it to any workflow. Very user friendly, detailed reporting, great support team and great value for the price. Thank you, Scoro!
Nothing. Everything went well with the implementation and no one has had any issues using it.
Elliminating spreadsheets, so everyone is always on the same page, no data gets lost, no silos, etc. When working out of the office (which we do often) you can access all the business data on the go.
Not having to use 5+ tools for my work. My team used separate software for – CRM, project management, everyday task management, dashboard, calendar, and loads of spreadsheets. Now with Scoro, we have project management, work scheduling and tracking, meetings management, customer database, reporting, dashboards, and budgeting, everything in one place.
It was a quite long and difficult process to start using Scoro and leave everything else behind. Our previous tools were added to our work one by one, and the team kind of fluently got used to them. Now it was this big project to transform all our processes. But I guess that every operational change is difficult for a larger team, and the end result has been great! Just a heads up – be prepared to make time for this transition.
- We insert our work into one place, no double-entries - Very clear overview of our plans and progress in real time - The team members are more eager to use Scoro than the previous tools (less hassle and better interface) - Everything is connected and linked: projects with contacts, specific tasks and calendar events; contact view has all history; etc. - We can pull detailed reports because all the data is in one place - The mobile app is very useful, as a manager, I can always check the most important things on the go - Dashboards are also very useful – they look nice, are easy to compile and understand, yet they give us a lot of information in one view - There are many opportunities to customise fields, set bookmarks, set activity types, create custom dashboards, set different levels of access for the team members, create PDF/invoice designs, etc.
We used to use several smaller tools, but Scoro made us get rid of them all. It solves many of our "everyday" problems and lets you organize the time and tasks for everyone. Also, it's an important tool for measuring productivity and helps managers to make data-driven decisions.
I have not found anything that bothers me yet.
Given that many of our team works off-site, we needed a central place to track projects, tasks, and time. Scoro has helped us tremendously by doing that and more! We are able to communicate within the team, schedule resources, allocate tasks, and get an instant overview of every project and client.
Very well-thought interconnected "modules" of the system: all main functions any company would need are all present. I like a lot visualization of dashboard, re-usability of filters and views, ability to click on anything you see and being redirected directly onto another part of Scoro where you can do more work in what you clicked on.
Absence of contacts synchronization with gmail - really a bottle net for me.
Overview and control of your business processes with automation of many things which frees up your time.
Nice graphics and data visuals. Good variety of presenting data sets. User-friendly environment. Customisation options.
Searching for interlinked entities (e.g. linking events with tasks) is not working great. There is no option for a multi-selection of items (e.g. tasks in Gant chart).
Project info in one place accessible for all. Data collection, analysis and reporting. Access control to specific information. Time recording. Overall, it improves management, planning and efficiency.
We are able to combine our Client Relationship Management (CRM) with our project control and invoicing/payment systems
Certain elements of Scoro are not intuitive (at least not to our organisation), and making changes is difficult
It has improved our billing processes
Very easy to navigate, clearly highlights all fields that require completion, clear, straightforward pages on each section.
Nothing. The system is very easy to use
Allows me to monitor each customer's business activity at one glance, saves time.
With a fantastic and clear user interface, Scoro makes working on the platform very easy and readable. All of the information is present and your dashboard is customisable.
I would like a bit more Microsoft integration, such as importing Microsoft Projects gantt charts.
We are using this system to manage our billing, invoicing and ordering for a commercial fitouts company. It is a great way to keep organised and ensures that all team members are up to speed.
I am able to view my day/week / month easily and easily manage tasks. Scoro is clear to use but still has many features for reporting etc. I like the way it shows the tasks in a planner and how easily I can manage them (for example moving them forward).
At the moment, there are many instructions for using Scoro and for example, adding a stock image to a project is quite complicated to be user-friendly. For non-pro users, it could be more accessible.
We hoped to get a better view of the capacity of experts in our organization, and this seems a good tool for it. Of course, it requires manual work too, because situations may change quickly, and then you should keep your Scoro up to date, or else it won't show you the actual status.
