it is very easy to understand and to use once you get the hang of it
It can be time-consuming too and takes a few moments to add tasks and projects

Scoro's customisability works for beautifully for us. We've been able to tailor a lot of the settings to really suit the way we deliver projects. It had all the features everything else that we tried, didn't.
It's very customisable, so it can be a touch overwhelming finding the specific report or detail you want...
We've now got much greater clarity on profitability of staff and jobs on a per project level. While's there's still room to improve, the clarity is helping us make clearer strategic business decisions.
I like the most of features are the quotation and project making.
I don't like when my quotation is converted in pdf file and it cuts every item from title to description. I suggest to make our quotation very presentable and if possible it has a picture of the item we are quoting.
I like when I track all of my performance per month so that I can see what month has the very least performed per year.

After the recent migration update we are facing problem with integration between MS calendar/ Teams and the timesheet auto sync issues with time zones and dual sync of applications

There is nothing to dislike! Scoro is brilliant

We chose it because it gave us one platform for everything from our sales and marketing pipeline through to project management and billing. The customisable dashboards are a great way to see how the entire business is doing in one place.
The pricing starts at 5 licences and so it is quite expensive for a small business that has less than 5 people. Thereafter the pricing goes up for every add on (in increments of at least 5 for the minimum licences) so to get additional features, it becomes very expensive. Some of these features seem to be essential (like integration with Outlook so calendars sync) so you pay for add ons that you really need to make the whole thing work as one interface.
It helps us to collaborate on projects and to ensure that everything we need to know about each of our clients and our projects is at the touch of a button. It’s elegantly and intuitively designed.
Interface, logic and easy to find. If I need some function, I probably find it myself as all is exactly where it should be

Almost all tools are simple to use, such as task management. Billing processes are extremely fast. It has a very simple and yet attractive design, the tasks and tools are very well located, so it is easy to locate what you need in a single moment. You don't need to have much experience using the software to get good performance from it. The paid version is accessible to users
There is no remote access to the application. No Gantt Chart. It is not easy to understand the compilation of the project summary. Sometimes there are too many updates, more than necessary
Meeting management and task management has served us well. We produce weekly financial reports with this software. We use it to send proposals to our clients and they are comfortable using the software as well
In the time that I have used Scoro as a business management software I can say that it has been very positive and excellent, this project management platform has many positive points among which I can mention its control center that allows you to see pending tasks, account information, key performance indicators, calendar events and more all on one screen, you can create a unified platform that suits your needs for planning and monitoring time in addition to being fast and compact information, as well as an excellent interface that provides a great user experience finally I think it has a great billing system and reminders.
Scoro has many positive things but also has some negative things which should be improved for example it takes a long time to try to synchronize the program with Outlook, the price of this software I think is too expensive would be good to provide a little cheaper rates also does not have a free version available, the sales pipeline system does not record the time in which the quote status was changed finally does not have methodologies based on Gantt charts to which we are very familiar within my organization.
My organization has been using Scoro's software as a CRM system for a considerable time, it is mainly used by the marketing, sales and accounting departments since we handle a large part of our customer relations, billing and communication through this platform due to its fast and simple operation that makes the work much more fluid, currently we are also training personnel to learn how to develop software like Scoro within our organization which I consider to be an excellent idea.

I believe that Scoro is one of the best cloud-based professional services solutions focused on advertising. Scoro must improve in some aspects for example Quickbooks doesn't work efficiently when you try to include a billing generates some errors, the cost is really cheap but you have to be careful because they can include other costs, it doesn't have tools to make Gantt charts it's a pity because we like to work with this kind of charts, it takes time and it's complicated to configure it to synchronize with Outlook to finish the workflow automation must be updated sometimes it gives wrong results.
My organization uses Scoro as its main CRM system. The focus of my organization is on campaign management, and the sales and marketing department has benefited from this program because it has made it easier for them to find and select potential customers and measure the level of success of each campaign. However, we also use it for accounting because it has some tools that are quite useful for this purpose.
I like how it makes communication much faster and easier between team members. In one click you can have all the information you need. It's financial overview is also fantastic. Scoro is also very user friendly and fast.
Maybe that they almost doubled the price from 2019 to 2020, for the rest I love it.
I make less mistakes with invoicing, basically you can know everything of our project from beginning to end on one page. It makes my work easier and faster.

Scoro is the best system I have ever used for custom furniture sales. Its easy to create pieces and add the essential items needed line by line.
The search capability is limited and it desperately needs a drop down menu function for email. When there is a large interior design firm with many project managers handling many different orders it's essential to be able to quickly email the correct person. Scoro does not have this capability.
Scoro has made custom orders more efficient and easier to manage from the quote process all the way to completion.
The quick actions bar which has the timer button that allows you to start and stop the task timing as and when you please without having to go through the hassle of timing each action and choosing from the time stamps given in the drop down.
Nothing much actually... all the things in the software make sense to me and nothing that i think i really dislike
