There is nothing I dislike about using Rippling!

Rippling is very user-friendly. I was assigned by my employer "the task" of selecting an insurance plan, which I put off at first because I usually find that sort of paperwork overwhelming or difficult to sort through and understand. However, with Rippling's step by step process and email reminders and confirmations, the process was surprisingly easy. Next time, I won't put off a Rippling task.

I did not notice anything that I disliked about the Rippling experience itself. As stated, the whole process of signing up for insurance through the platform was a breeze.

Where to keep all of my employment info in one place

Rippling provides employers/employees with the best human resource services in the most convenient way. It is so user-friendly compared to other virtual HR apps

The only downside to Rippling is the leave option feature. You can only make 3 types of leave available for the employee to use. Other than that, no downsides.

It's really easy to find things and everything has a category in space that makes sense. it's very intuitive and simple to use.

Not much to say, so far Rippling has been the one stop shop for everything I need as far as employee resources!

I don't need to dig into files to find anything related to my employment. Everything needed is in one place- it's especially helpful when you are a remote first company and definitely decreases the amount of questions to be asked during the onboarding process.

The product is super easy to use. From signing up as an end user to electing insurance to putting in PTO to viewing family tree structures, the platform is super easy to use and I really enjoy it. Definitely recommend.

TBH no real issues with Rippling, it does what I need it to do as an end user.

I like to use Rippling to see who I work with and their management structure, and of course getting paid.

Rippling was instituted by my employer a few years back and since I was first introduced to it I was impressed with its ease of use, its speed, and it's utility. They continue to release well vetted new features, and across Windows and Apple, online and on the app, I am always able to find what I need quickly. It is straightforward to assign company-wide and individual HR/management actions, and then employees can readily act upon these requirements from within their own dashboards. It has been the best HR platform I have yet encountered.

The version of their offline app available to Apple's Monterey OS lacks some of the features of their online/website version, and I look forward to seeing these more rounded out in the future.

Rippling became our comprehensive HR management platform. It centralizes the management of payroll activities, facilitates ready deployment, assignment, and completion of company-wide trainings and contracts, enables all employees to visualize and explore the company hierarchy, and finally coordinates and localizes all employees' benefits information.

How simply everything is laid out, making it easy to find what I am looking for. Also, love the way there is a checklist.

There is not much I necessarily dislike about Rippling so far.

Rippling has allowed me to see everything that I needed to get done on when I was onboarding for the first month, so it was super helpful to have everything in one place.

Rippling is innovative and easy. They get it. HR, payroll, healthcare and employee management can be challenging for a small business. Rippling has made it easy.

There isn't much to dislike about Rippling. Their PEO has helped our company offer benefits we couldn't get anywhere else and their management portal has been a breeze.

HR, payroll, contractor payments, new employee onboarding, and PEO. They have it all for us.

All my HR items are in the same place. We use it for payroll, benefits, and asking for vacation. It automatically integrates with calendars which is convenient. The interface is friendly and easy to use.

From the user perspective, I don't didn't anything.

I've found the dashboard very efficient with a row of icons , or "apps" to be quite helpful. You can jump right to the section you need with one click on the icon to get you there. " Time Off" for example is a beach ball icon, how fun!

There's nothing that I've found yet that I dislike about my experience in the Ripple service or APP. Perhaps some guidance or info for our company to better utilize the integrations that are available

It had been very efficient and easy to enroll in benefits. The integration to the provider made it a simple process. The calls to action, highlights for required / missing fields were clear.

This is my first time using Rippling. It is easy to navigate and gives you step-by-step directions on how to use it that it easy to understand! That's always important to me when I am trying new things.

So far, Rippling has been very helpful. I have no negative things to say about this application. I would most certainly recommend to friends and peers in my industry.

Rippling handles a lot of backend things. For example they handle all benefits and payroll through the app. My favorite is that my team can add trainings that are easily accessible. In addition, you can see everyone in the organization and what their role in the company is. Honestly, there is a lot more that I am not mentioning only because there is so much that it does.

We started our implementation process recently, and I have to say that out of all the systems I have used in the past, Rippling surpasses them all. I love how well it communicates and integrates the data within the system. The customer support has been great so far. When I've had a question, the customer support or implementation manager has gotten back to me within a reasonable time. The system is user-friendly and straightforward to maneuver. Love the mechanisms the system has in place to recognize data entry errors.

So far, I like everything I see! If there is anything, I haven't come across it yet.

It is super easy to navigate. Everything important (insurance, payroll, time off) is in a central location. I can easily log on and find what I need to do.

So far there is nothing that I dislike. All that I could hope for in an HR platform is there.

In past jobs, every different HR related task has required a different platform, which is often confusing and time consuming. Rippling allows all of those tasks to be combined into a central location. It is much more efficient.

I really like the dashboard and how you can see and access everything in one location. I like that you have the ability to click through each portion and view all the information. The ability to log in and input data is another really great feature you provide on rippling.

It seems to have some tech issues when using from a cellular device and I find that I have to use a computer to address certain things. It would be that much more awesome if you could use your cell phone when on the go to access and edit and input data as you can on a desk top computer.

I think Rippling solves organization issues by providing an all in one location on the dashboard to navigate and upload data all in one app / website.

The dashboard is super clean and really easy to understand everything, it drives you through every task clearly and fast.

Nothing, for me everything works great every time I use.

It is very easy to navigate, and the site's design is lovely.

I wouldn't say I like the color of the site. Orange is not a flattering color for me.

It is making it easy to keep track of my payroll and benefits.

Clear layout and direction. Flows easily.
