The Oyster team was very supportive and provided guidance when we were about to hire new team members in Europe. They were very responsive to my emails and polite with my team and our candidates. I also like that the platform interface is user-friendly.
My experience with Oyster has been pretty positive. Maybe something I would like to recommend to the Oyster team is to ensure that the notes saved in every new hire form are included as an attachment in the new hire's documentation. I mention this because I added some notes to the "comments" section, and when I was trying to find those notes in the new hire's profile, they were gone.
Oyster is helping us by hiring new team members in Europe since we don't have an established entity there yet. We have been able to expand our operations/business impact when having new talent in new territories.

I would appreciate a mobile App for OysterHR otherwise their web interface works just fine.
Oyster facilities remote employment, which has enabled me to work for an international organization and receive benefits tailored for my jurisdiction.
Having the ability to work legally was very important & Oyster's local partner Interloop was also well represented. The user interface worked well which helped with organization.
The monthly fee is a bit pricey. If the price was a little more competitive, it would be less of a drain on company funds.

Pretty great thing about Oyster is ease of finding all the documents at one place. But 1 feature which stood apart was an option to request letters needed for generic processes like applying for a credit card or for visa application. I find the tool very easy to use and simple to understand.
That the payslips are not put in a separate section or if they were I was unable to find that. The tool is amazing it's just I feel that it can be better at organising sections.
Oyster is solving the problem to hire people in different countries. Through Oyster we were able to hire throughout the globe which helped a lot. It has helped financially and technically as well.

On certain occasions, a more extensive period of time might be required to obtain assistance concerning the legislation of the Country.

The most helpful side of Oyster is that my company doesn't have an office in my home country, but Oyster makes it work like it does. Verey smooth processes, organized and on time.

Oyster makes it possible to hire people outside my country and still secure the same working conditions in terms of salary, benefits, pension, health insurance etc. Employees seem to appreciate this kind of relationship very much as the process makes things much more simpler for them and they are not freelancers or consultants, they are treated as full-time employees with full benefits.
This is my first contract engaged with Oyster and I must say that everything went so smooth during the onboarding process. The help desk is always reactiv and the Oyster team is really here to make your life easier. I got no issue so far within this first year and I can only recommand this plateform.
Well, since I got no issue with Oyster I can't really say that I did not like something. As an improvement vision, I would like to see a business company credit card to allow employees to benefit from these advantages when the job position allows it of course.
Oyster allows me to be able to work from my country of residence without having to worry about the requirements of the HR system that the company I work for is requesting. I keep the local environment and laws for the contract.

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Oyster. I just have one improvement suggestion: Streamlined Onboarding Process. Continuously review and streamline the onboarding process to reduce any potential bottlenecks and enhance the experience for new hires. A seamless onboarding process sets the right tone for an employee's journey with the company.

Navigating Oyster as an admin takes some getting used to.

While Oyster's ticketing system works well for communication with the support team, the lack of phone support can be a drawback for some users. The back and forth via the ticketing system can become lengthy when attempting to clarify information or resolve issues. A more direct and immediate mode of communication would be preferable in certain situations.

The service at Oyster is top notch. I have monthly check in meetings with my account managers (I could have them more or less frequently if I would like), where we discuss any open issues or questions I have and any new developments with Oyster. Each time I have had to reach out to support, I have had a good experience with quick replies and thorough responses that I can trust. I have used another EOR service in the past and I can say Oyster's service is 100x better and more reliable. Additionally, the platform itself is really easy to use with intuitive features.
Oyster is still rolling out some key features to make things more automated and easier to use, but in the few months that I have been with Oyster, many of the things I have wanted have either been rolled out or added to the roadmap. The platform is still very user friendly and I think it will just continue to get better as they make enhancements.
