I love it, period. I have read a couple of >5 reviews - the most cited drawback is that it is for a SME only. I don't see this as a drawback, as it unashamedly is focused on progressing sales, with focus on SME. Sales Force and Tiger etc are fine tools, but come with a lot of irrelevant clutter for micros and SMEs. This tool is excellent.
It gives me a 100% relevant to do list each day, which keeps me focused. I have had better contact with my clients and prospects and masks that I have a tendency to be scatty!
OnePageCRM has a great visual pipeline that makes it easy to see where you stand with each deal.
I wish there was a "next action" feature within deals rather than just contacts. Sometimes I've had a deal with several contacts connected.

This is the perfect software for people in sales, easily keep track of the whole process, managers can see whats happening at any point, admin can update contacts easily, everyone is on the same page and sales will follow
I havent found a downside, other than this is a SALES tool and doesn't pretend to be anything else.
I will have a remote staff doing cold calling, and they will add the 'warm' leads into the system for the sales staff to follow up on. The callers get a piece of the sales activity, and with OnePageCRM, they can track the progress of the sales cycle and be in the loop as their commissions are built into the system

The only downside is that it doesn't mesh with my existing customer / billing / support system, which is made specifically for the web hosting industry.

Would really like to see the ability to directly integrate with Ring Central, so that when I click on a phone number, it dials that number in Ring Central.
I always feared not being able to easily find the information & history for each of my prospects. OnePage CRM has provided the solution for that.
One Page is simple and customizable. It nudges you to take action and prevents things falling through the cracks.
You cannot schedule annual recurring actions and it does not integrate with my (or any?) appointment booking software.
OnePage ensures I don't forget about the million tasks I juggle, and reminds me of the mission critical deal flows in a Kanban style table which I like.

I have used many CRM systems and was recommended OnePageCRM by a trusted colleague. Following some investigation I was hooked and purchased OnePageCRM straight away. The action based process, along with the customisation and training and it is perfect for my services business. Value for money and for scaling it is the best! Also importantly, I use it on my phone and desktop, and it reliable.
The training sessions are in Dublin time. A little more communication on how to access and engage the training and system would be good

Removing duplicates or joining them still makes duplicate files. If you add one or more email address or phone for a client, you need to manually ensure that you combine all of these in one record. Need to have more integrated partners for email service

We have been using One Page for about 7 years now and it is very easy to use, integrates where we need it to and is robust enough without weighing us down with features. We don't use the sales funnel features but that isn't cumbersome or anything.
Honestly, they are ever evolving and if we have some feedback to make things easier and they are always really responsive and helpful. No complaints.
We were using an Excel spread sheet to keep our customer and contact records and now we have One Page (for 7 years). We now have over 20,000 contacts so we are able to easily categorize and sort all of these different kinds of prospects (many are just interested in general and follow along). I consider a good CRM system an absolutely vital component in a business of any size and One Page is a very good system.
