"ON24 best for the Webinar's and Online Training Session"
What do you like best about ON24?

The most important feature I like is the to help interact with other chat moderator's, the UI is too good which gives us better separation to chat and questions and options to separate the unattended questions. It gives us a digital experience that I never seen on any other platforms. We have conducted webinars for more than 10,000 participants and none complained about any issues they faced. When we were on chat support all the questions which were not answered can easly be found out from the console. The theme is pleasant and comfortable for the eyes

What do you dislike about ON24?

Sometimes the page won't respond and need to reload the browser, in that case, will be logged out and can't be joined. Such a situation I will be opening in multiple browsers. If multiple moderators were answering the same question some times the contents which I wrote vanishes

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can attend the webinar with more than 10,000 participants and working as a chat moderator feels good on this platform. I have been using this platform from when this pandemic starts where everything moved into the online world. It's easy to interact with everyone on this platform and answer their questions in an easy and real-time without any confusion in on24 UI is awesome

"A user-friendly and responsive platform for events"
What do you like best about ON24?

There are few things which I would like to mention here. a. The theme of the ON24 dashboard is comfortable for the eyes, so lengthy events won't affect our eyes a lot. I prefer websites that are not a strain for the eyes, and ON24 is one of them. b. The UI is straightforward and easy to use, and I could start working on it within few minutes. c. Although, in the past, I had faced minor bugs on the platform, like unable to edit an already sent answer, the team was able to quickly fix it and new updated On24 platform works like a charm.

What do you dislike about ON24?

Sometimes when I am answering to a question in the Q&A box, other moderators start answering the same question and whatever I had typed vanishes. I think they were not able to see that the question is already being answered.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can attend events with more than 4000-5000 participants, and working on On24 platform as a moderator is a great feeling. Ever since COVID-19 pandemic has started, we could see a surge of participants joining the online sessions, and training participants on ON24 has been quite easy. It's easy to interact with everyone on the platform, and to answer their queries in realtime is a great thing as per my experience.

What do you like best about ON24?

In present times we are constantly inundated with video chats and webcasts. We wanted to stand apart within this realm and ON24 has really helped us achieve a way to stand out from our peers. The ease of use and variety of tools available has made our webinars very dynamic!

What do you dislike about ON24?

I would love to have the ability to integrate more of our brand identity pieces into the platform, such as custom fonts.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

With ON24 we have created a way for our viewers to be more involved with a webinar, whether that be with a poll or chat feature. The analytics have been great for reporting ROI to our management team as well.

The new group chat feature in webinars is pretty cool.

What do you dislike about ON24?

Adding/Deleting registrants is cumbersome, should allow mass deletions and a way to add registrants without uploading an excel file.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uploading videos and powerpoints is faster, we were able to add into and outro videos so moderators dont have to talk as much

What do you like best about ON24?

My favorite thing about ON24 is that it gives your webinars more life. Not only is the webinar live when you view it, when you watch it on-demand you still have full functionality to answer polls, participate in Q&A and download/click on resources. Most of our on-demand viewers don't even realize it's not live in that moment.

What do you dislike about ON24?

The pricing tiers can be a little confusing.

ON24 gives us extra functionality that traditional webinar platforms don't. Limitless resource links that are perpetually live, not making our viewers download software, and so much more.

What do you like best about ON24?

I produce content for an online software program that has product updates regularly. With ON24 I am able to update my content easily. We love to also repurpose content, with ON24 I can change out my slides and console and use previously recorded material and promote to a different target audience. The Engagement tools keep my audience present and the level of reporting is lets me see what is working and how I can change thing up to increase my audience. The support is amazing!

What do you dislike about ON24?

If I had to pick something it would be the Presenter Bridge Quality.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously once our Live webinars were complete there was no way to report ondemand views. Now we can report the On Demand views with the ability to see client interactions, questions and survey results. Our clients like a mix of short serialized and longer in depth product webinars and are quickly becoming more engaged. Using SimLive has given the opportunity fine tune content and help with some of the common Live pitfalls all while clients feel they are truly watching live. I love ON24!#webinerd

What do you dislike about ON24?

the best practices where moderators need a wired web association, clear treats, restart the PC and have no different applications. Client care is poor, not for the absence of CSM's difficulty, but rather in light of the fact that there is no finish from the item group, and CSM's regularly don't approach the most recent data, leaving them set up for disappointment. Rare specialized troubles with firewalls and extraordinary crowd setups are at some point hard to defeat during a live online class that bothers clients. there is no telephone line so all inquiries must be submitted through the Q&A tab and there is no verbal correspondence.

What do you like best about ON24?

Beside a flexible interface with many presentation possibilities, the integration with SFDC is very useful. If desired, On24 allows sending the activity data and positive answers to a survey question "Would you like to speak with an expert?" directly to sales for follow up and also automatically filter out those attendees who indicated that they did not want to "speak with an expert."

What do you dislike about ON24?

Dealing with office hardware. On24 works best with an ethernet connection, external microphone, etc. (particularly if there is a desire to use video and office wifi is not perfect in the best room). It is still possible to use the platform without any additional hardware elements, but the opportunities are very enticing. However, carrying a bag with an ethernet hub, cables, external microphone and making sure that Mac adapters work with speakers' computers is not my favorite part. My recommendation is to add technical complexity slowly and involve office help desk.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are running webinars on On24, which allow us not only generate "influenced" pipeline, but also easily generate "hand raisers" and send this information to sales together with a robust view of prospects activity to prioritize response.

"ON24 is an amazing product in today's digital environment"
What do you like best about ON24?

I love how easy it is to create a professional looking webcast in a short amount of time. All of the tools that are built in to the ON24 product make it easy to jump right in and create beautiful webcast. I also like how easy it is to arrange and organize your presentation in Elite Studio when using multiple PowerPoint Decks and videos. Another great feature while hosting webcasts, is that there is no live attendee audio. They can only listed in and interact via the Q&A widget. This cuts down on the distractions and interruptions from people not putting themselves on mute during the presentation.

What do you dislike about ON24?

I wish there was an easier way to edit your video after the presentation has been recorded. It would be nice to be able to edit or re-record a certain section if there was a mistake, or an update. I also wish there was a "listen only" dial in option for attendees. We occasionally run issues with attendees not being able to properly hear everything using their computer, so having the option to have them dial-in and listen in would be beneficial.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have turned to ON24 for all of our internal training's and communications. It is such a great tool for these channels, and we find it much easier to facilitate questions through the Q&A widget than over the phone.

Very smooth experience -- replay with full functionality is amazing.

What do you dislike about ON24?

I want options for breakout rooms and face-to-face interactions with other attendees for networking. Even if it were a limited-seats, paid event.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trying to solve a better user experience for online events. The replay functionality allows us to continue to use the content for customer acquisition goals.

What do you like best about ON24?

It has awesome integration features with our CRM systems that are invaluable. We also have total control over the look, feel and experience of our events. It's easy to use and with exception of a 2 larger issues of over 100 broadcasts, it's been very reliable.

What do you dislike about ON24?

Presenter log-in options - one link to log into an event whether you're producing, presenting or running Q&A. I need that broken up so I don't have to worry about anyone logging in incorrectly. Also, the Q&A helpers should be able to call in and hear/see the live presentation, just not be incorporated as a broadcast feed. This is kind of big for me and should be fixable with future releases.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can pivot to a tailored virtual experience in a week flat when trying to recreate what was a live event. The on-demand period has also become vital. Most of all, our system integrations saves HOURS of time a week as many manual processes I've been living with for the better part of 8 years have gone away.

What do you dislike about ON24?

It's been a long onboarding process, they put me in touch with many different contacts in order to do the sales presentations, success kickoff meeting, training, salesforce integration and webcast management package.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unable to attend live events, we were using WebEx for webinars. ON24 automates everything that we were doing manually.

What do you like best about ON24?

The customer service in all my time with working with ON24 now at two different companies has been superb. I also like how ON24 continues to improve their platform and the plethora of information provided to keep customers informed and educated.

What do you dislike about ON24?

It isn't so much that I dislike but that the VE platform on the back end could be a little more user friendly as Presentation Manager is for webinars. Also, being able to have a Q&A box for on demand webinars within the VE platform.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Informatica has just moved all webinars and virtual environments to ON24. The Knowledge Center is very helpful with on boarding the many different program managers. The chat function to figure out issues with a webinar is used frequently and very helpful.

What do you like best about ON24?

The ON 24 platform is great, it is easy to use, loaded with different features and capabilities! I really enjoy using the tool, providing organizational value, learning and building new marketing skills and capabilities. My colleagues who are presenting have also been really surprised with the ease of use as well. We are just starting out - but really excited about the potential of delivering value to our clients with ON 24.

What do you dislike about ON24?

There are no downsides, initially I was concerned because you manage everything but it didn't take long before I was confident. The assistance from our account manager was terrific early on, when I needed it. I have been able to train a couple of colleagues who are also administrators.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are executing at minimum a webinar a week, previously we were doing 2-3 per quarter. so the ability to connect with clients and prospects in the COVID 19 virtual world delivering value via the webinar has been exceptional.

"Not perfect, but best option for presenting multiple pre-recorded videos"
What do you like best about ON24?

Our main reason for choosing ON24 is the ability to upload multiple pre-recorded videos and present them to my audience with time to pop in between each and answer questions, introduce the next video, etc. I also LOVE that the recording of each webinar automatically renders and becomes available on demand using the same URL previously used to register for the live event. (Other platforms require you to initiate the recording, download it to your desktop and publish it yourself, or they generate a new URL.) And, I LOVE that people who view on demand can still submit their questions through the Q&A widget and we can receive them via email and reply directly to that viewer. Stellar features!

What do you dislike about ON24?

I hate that it "requires" a hard-wired internet connection. Who actually has that anymore? It should really be stable and solid using wifi. I actually do use it with wifi and it generally works, but we have needed to limit our usage of all the features to ensure performance. For instance, we would normally share webcams, and show slides, and play pre-recorded video. But we've had problems with the webcams freezing, videos freezing or not playing, so to save bandwidth we've stopped sharing webcams. This has allowed the videos to play properly and our sessions to stay connected, but it's disappointing. We really should be able to utilize all the platform's features using a strong wifi signal, since no one has hard-wired connections on the same machine as a webcam.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to travel around the state giving in-person presentations, often to very small crowds ... a big waste of time and money, and no way to share with people who couldn't attend. With ON24 we can choose one date/time that's convenient for us, then make the recording available in-demand. Our customers can watch the recording anytime they want, and still submit their questions for a personal response. We are reaching more people and spending less time and money to do so.
