Ease of getting contact data. Sync with CRM
Nothing. Company settings mean we're unable to sync all data.
Finding unknown prospect contact data. Syncing with CRM tools. Facilitates prospecting without the need to trawl around looking to decipher company email formats.
I like the ability to import contacts from Linkedin directly integrated to Outreach. This gives the ability for me to widen the scope of my outreach and build more pipe.
Some of the downsides come from the nature of the tool. Innacurate or dated information can present itself just given the fact that folks do not keep their info up to date.
My problem is that the information on some of the profiles are innacurate or dated. A major benefit is my ability to be able to improve my outreach. This has helped alot.
I like how easily it is to submit the prospects from LSN to Outreach and SFDC, in this way I can leverage all my sequences.
As I am from Brazil and I work with LATAM companies, I feel the database for this region don`t have the same accuracy as for NA for example.

How it integrates into Sales Nav. It's super user-friendly and easily accessible. The best part about it is that you can find specific leads per verticals, occupation, etc.
I wish you would be able to see how much a company you are targeting makes in a year. Additionally, it would get to have more verified emails and phones without having to spend premium credits.
I have the ability to create lead lists and import them into Outreach (CRM) which helps us conduct tons of outbound business and brings much-needed revenue into our business!

It's super easy to use and allows me to pull targeted lists, validate the data, and push it to CRM. This tool is a game changer and saves me a ton of time allowing me to focus on selling. I've tried them all and LeadIQ is easily the best.
You can only pull one page at a time from LinkedIn Sales Navigator of data... But they just created the CSV up loader so that has fixed the problem for the most part.

LeadIQ has the most intuitive UI I have ever worked with. Lusha, Hunter.io, everything else feels way too bloated. LeadIQ is simple and direct to the point.
One thing that I see as an improvement is the data behind it. Sometimes I can get weird phone numbers and overall mismatched emails.

How quickly it updates and finds information! The capture and importing work for the most part at all times.
Sometimes all the information isnt there, or it doesnt update right away and I have to refresh.

We use this in conjunction with Zoominfo, and it's great to catch information that Zoominfo may be missing. Also far superior for workflow efficiency than any other prospecting tool I've used.
Can be slow to update contact info when people change jobs.
Find accurate lead data quickly for prospecting and outbounding. Increase SQL pipeline and productivity. Overlay data with Zoominfo to ensure data accuracy and precision.
The accuracy of the information is fantastic.
Could be a little more clear when differentiating personal and business emails.
I'm able to get connected to a prospect much faster using LeadIQ
I have been a LeadIQ customer for some time now - I love how easy the workflow is and how it integrates so seamlessly with Salesforce and also Salesloft - it by far is better than all competitors I have also used.
The only thing that I dislike about LeadIQ is the accuracy of phone numbers at times.
Workflow problems for the most part - eliminating the time that SDR's are doing backend work is a huge deal; LeadIQ allows them to put prospects into SalesLoft and reach out quickly.

It's just EASY. I find a lead on SalesNav that i like, I press 1 button, and he is in salesforce AND a sequence. All I did was press a button. That's it.
I often get a lead's wife answering the phone. LeadIQ tends to add multiple cell phone numbers for leads. Only celebrities have 2 cell phones. So ya, many numbers are incorrect but overall, I enjoy the ease of use. The silverlining is LeadIQ has the opportunity to be even better if they can address this quickly.

Simplifies everything for my prospecting.
Can be slow from time to time, but not too grave.
Went from adding 50 - 100 new prospects per month, to over 400. Adding them directly into my outreach sequence is a game-changer too.
