Clearbit is easy to use. The install is a snap and it's very intuitive.
The ads say that you can find any email address. Not true, but it's got a solid database of emails and finding "the right one" could open lots of doors for you.

Platform enablement and user adotpion needs to be imporved. The Enrichment fails 3/10 times at the Enterprise Level and 6/10 times at the SMB level for Data Enrichment.
Right now, the biggest problem being solved is real-time form enrichment to reduce form friction, allowing users to have a better form-fill experience. The real-time slack alerts is also a good way to provide Sales teams contextual and relevant account level information on how their prospecting is working to drive engagement to the website.
The best part about Clearbit is I can use various filter options to qualify relevant data for me like I can check company size, Location Revenue, etc, and add those prospects to my lead and export them. It's one of the best tools to find out key decisions makes by a company and reach out to them for our products. So I use it for getting more quality data and good leads.
I think if compare to the Linkedin sales navigator, there could be some improvements like InMail to prospects, getting real-time notifications of key decision making updates and company. The dashboard could be much better if we can customize it.

Out of all the tools available in the email finding market, Clearbit definitely is an easy to use tool. The best part is Clearbit gives you social media links of the prospects of the organization that you are searching for. It helps to easily connect with that person by sending them emails and connection requests on LinkedIn at the same time. It also shared details of the department the person is aligned to. Compared to other tools Clearbit gives more credits.
The contact details are not fresh. For example, if the person has left that organization, clearbit shows his details under that previous organization. This mostly has led to failed and bounced emails. Also sometimes the tool gets stuck.
I use clearbit to find the email addresses and social media links of the sales people I need to connect. It helps me save a lot of time and gives correct information.

Working in Sales I have been able to use Clearbit to aid in my day to day interactions with clients. The tool has allowed for me to find and use direct contact information for individuals within my space, launching more interactions across the industry.
Clearbit does not always provide the information I am seeking when it comes to emails related to individuals/companies.
Finding and directly interacting with individuals who sit in positions of authority *(I use clearbit directly in my gmail) . I can work with these individuals to grow my client list and increase my interactions with my book of business.
