Breezy's platform is very user-friendly and you are able to put categories on your candidates. You can share them with other colleagues as well.
Messaging system to and from employer to potential hire does not have automatic email notifications. You have to log in to see if the candidate has messaged back.
It saves time, and paper! You can see all the candidates in one place rather than in 50 different emails.
-nice look -simple layout and workflow -scorecard functionality -allows for collaboration
it would be nice to have additional options for customization and also the scheduling tool should be linked to outlook
we needed a tool for collaboration and organization among our hiring teams
The simplicity of using this tool is very impressive! You can almost compare it with Taleo.
none at all! I love everything about Breezy
I have not encountered any problems yet.
Pipeline customization makes breezy powerful tool. When you do a lot of hiring, direct search, etc. and have hundreds of candidates in the pipeline - it's very convenient to manage all that. I would say that Breezy for recruiting is smth like Trello for project management.
Sometimes interface can be a bit slow, on the other side, in my case - number of cards can be more then 200. For this amount of information UI is quite fast.
I'm solving regular problem of hiring. Benefits - management of huge amount of the candidates, communication within the company, scheduling of the interview, etc.
Response time from customer service is really short. It feels like I'm chatting with a peer when I have questions about the platform!
I don't like the little window that pops up while editing an item. If for some reason mistakenly you click outside that little window then all the content that you wrote is gone! ughhh it has happened to me a couple of times and made me lose time.
Super easy to track our applicants and keep a database of the skills we look or could look into in a near future.
Easy to use Support is responsive Post to many job boards Can integrate your Indeed and Zip Recruiter accounts with it Compares well just has different platform
They changed something you used to could open up your pipeline and click through the people without leaving. Now at the next to last person you have to click out
It posts to multiple job boards, and you can create various workflows for different departments. Automation of auto declining candidates saves us time
Friendly UI easy to pick up and start using right away. Public facing links very powerful for engaging talent and managing entire application to hiring process.
Screening tools are limited - can make criteria but no way to autofilter based on responses. Impressive tool has yielded us huge pool of applications (some via third party integration) so our biggest bottleneck to using has been screening ineligible candidates from large pool.
Handles entire management of resumes and applicants better than email. All staff able to login and manage their activities and kanban buckets keep all informed of the candidate pipeline.
moving candidates from one stage to the other, and collaboration with colleagues / hiring team.
Complicated CV view, zooming in and out is terrible.
Faster process.
Ability to move candidates through a defined pipeline, share team comments, scorecards, automation, store different kinds of data, easy to navigate
No auto save means I often lose large notes I'm writing while interviewing. Formatting emails is hard. No ability to revise a template for a specific candidate. No where to track compensation data and benchmarks other than in private notes which would be helpful for compensation decisions.
Allowing for team collaboration and organization on hiring efforts
great UX, easy to use and teach to others
linked in is not included in free postings.
hiring, posting, streamlining.
I like the way teams can review candidates and have discussions in the app. I like the emailing system. It's pretty useful.
I would like to use the tool to pull more useful data to track our performance.
Well, we have hired a lot of people. So thats a benefit.
The intuitive design where everything is placed in the right spot
How little flexibility they offer with templates and processes. and the worst part is the API access
It allows me to help candidates find great jobs.
Lot of detailed options / functions. Also various buckets to classify available candidates.
Down loading of attachments was not so straight forward.
trying to sort specific candidates with specified skills.
Pricing - they are priced per position and not applicant
It doesn't scale well, does not have workflow designs.
Hiring of contractors. Breezy has organized our recruitment process - it integrates with our internal systems and thus provides a great summary of our pipeline.
The pipeline methodology and the automatic reception of applications
Bottoms does not work all the time when I try to change the applicant status
Application receptions
