"Lots of opportunities to customize, at a reasonable price."
What do you like best about Breezy HR?

There were a few things that stood out for me. 1. The ability to send applicants custom questionnaires and move them in the workflow based on their answers. 2. The ability to create custom scorecards to assess them with. (Though this needs a few tweaks to fully meet our future needs.) 3. The ability to tag candidates around expertise and other categories. 4. Their pricing is incredibly transparent and you aren't charged for having more users or jobs. You pay what you pay and it doesn't change as you grow.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

It would be great to have a representative assist with setup, which isn't included at the business plan level. There's a few user experience tweaks that would make it easier to use (they're still better than the others I tested on that front, and they're incredibly responsive to feature requests.)

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Building a recruiting pipeline that is trackable. We've been able to build a far more organized recruiting system that allows us to save time in communication and lay down a consistent applicant tracking process across all the departments. The level of customization at that price point has been fantastic.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

-Frequent updates -Excellent customer support -Fairly priced -Built-in scorecard system -Built-in chat bot for web inquiries -Built-in SMS messaging -Unlimited seats -Discussion feature for communication / ability to tag Hiring Managers -Talent pipelining is easy -Built-in nurture campaigns -Built-in Slack integration

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

-No ability to use custom forms -No audit log of timestamping for approval process for requisitions -No jobs library to store information; you can create jobs and leave them in draft and clone them -No bulk editing for marketing/disclaimer updates -Not integrated to LinkedIn Recruiter so profiles have to be uploaded manually

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breezy provides a modern take on ATS systems with a simple-to-use interface that is easy to train new users on. For the price of the service, you get a ton of features that typically cost significantly more. Additionally, customer service is robust, and outages are rare.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Easy to use for an admin, lots of features at a variety of price points to allow for even small businesses and nonprofits to make use of it. I love the unlimited users feature in particular. Users have loved it as it has allowed for us to increase our volume of applicants without adding workload. The ratings features are useful for group assessments of candidates. The EEOC data available is incredibly helpful and I am so pleased it's there at a low cost. I demoed 5 systems and this is by far the best value for small to medium businesses.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I would not recommend accessing Breezy from your phone. The interface doesn't work well.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moved away from emailed applications and using Outlook email for communications. We can track candidates visually, make sure we have gotten back to every candidate - no more excel sheets and trying to find emails. The biggest benefit is saving paper and printing. Lastly, we now have a really professional-looking Careers Portal!

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Breezy is very user friendly. I've rolled out Breezy for several clients and all have been happy with the product, even those that were not very tech savvy. Additionally, many products charge per user which can get extremely pricey. I appreciate how Breezy charges per posting which enables you to have more users and get more employees involved in the hiring process!

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I wish there were a way for employees to submit there referrals. I also would like to be able to add our own departments.

The ease to use. The look and feel. The integrations with free and sponsored job boards SMS functionality Customisation functionality Multiple users Unlimited job slots

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Support is USA based so there is sometimes a delay in queries Indeed apply is not linked to the listings which can be off-putting for candidates SMS access is quite costly if you want more than 10 credits per month

BreezyHR allows us to attract, screen and shortlist candidates and arrange interviews in one place, with the ability to collaborate with teammates on candidates to move them forward through our recruitment process

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

I've had the opportunity to implement and use Breezy at two companies. It's my go-to ATS. Breezy's interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through the system is a breeze (pun intended!), and I could easily set up and customize my hiring workflows, templates, etc. Breezy is a collaborative hiring functionality, so hiring managers and interviewers can easily navigate the platform. Breezy also has a fair and sensible pricing model. You won't find yourself stuck with an ATS that charges inflated prices as your use of the platform increases. It's also important to highlight Breezy's Customer Support team. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and timely. They're so quick to answer my questions.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Nothing comes to mind. Breezy has successfully grown and been used with each company I've worked for.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform centralizes all candidate information, making tracking their progress through each stage of the hiring pipeline easy. It will become your source of truth - from task management to scheduling. Breezy does everything you need.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

I will recommend BreezyHR to anyone who needs an efficient, cost-effective way to reach applicants. The staff is responsive and helpful. I'm a fan! I have used other, much more expensive software, and BreezyHR is better.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I haven't seen a downside. It is easy to use and effective.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breezy has stock job descriptions that I can modify to suit my positions. Posting an ad is very fast and easy. I have gotten great results. I also like that I can cancel anytime if I don't have any hiring needs.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Ease of use is the greatest feature of Breezy. Also, having multiple ways to collaborate with co-workers on the hiring team helped to speed up our hiring process and assisted us in making better hires.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Breezy HR met our basic recruiting needs but there was some added customization that we were not able to complete on our current subscription level. We were able to be successful but had to come up with some work arounds to achieve our goals.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breezy HR solved our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) needs for a small company that is growing fast. Breezy HR enables a small team to easily source, review resumes, interview candidates, and provide feedback using easy to follow processes and stages.
