It's a great content and scheduling platform with many helpful weekly hints, so we feel much more productive, which creates momentum in our team. The analytics are showing steady improvement.
These are some of the things I love about SocialBee: 1) I can organise my content into folders, so I can compartmentalise my launch sequences. 2) I can create my content in batches and then schedule it across the social media channels I'm keeping a presence on. 3) the phone app allows me to post on my personal FB profile in minutes as well as uploading Reels and TikToks. 4) New features are constantly being added that help me spend less time posting on social media and more time connecting with my audience. 5) They made a lot of promises at the start and kept all of them over time (I bought a lifetime membership because of their roadmap).
The only thing I don't really use or find useful is the analytics for FB profiles. As most of my posts were shared on my public FB profile there were zero analytics available. Now I switched to professional mode I hope this will change also in SocialBee.
SocialBee saves me a tonne of time by allowing me to repurpose my now huge content bank so I can maintain a presence on social media in between launches. This enables me to spend that time where it matters the most: with my clients.
I am blown away by the quality of both the graphics and the content that my Bee, Raluca, is creating. For the first time in a decade, I'm proud of my social feeds.
Reviews are more trustworthy if there's some small complaint, but I have zero complaints, haha.

I am struggling with the mobile app. which is not as user friendly as the web-based platform.
Time is always our greatest asset, and SocialBee is saving me on posting time.
I love the fact that you can schedule by time and by repeating schedule (evergreen) as well as push to personal Instagram & FB accounts (most other solutions only push to FB pages)
Getting help can take a bit of time and there is a steep learning curve for newbies. Maybe some more training videos would be helpful - especially understanding the evergreen scheduling
posting and being present consistently on social media. Love that it has the canva integration for fast graphic/photo creation. Been able to maintain a consistent presence for months!
They have a great analytics page, they keep their integrations on point (hello Canva!) and they have some great repetitive features for evergreen content. I appreciate the selection of platforms they post to aswell
Nothing that I have directly noticed - sometimes it would be nice to have it automatically update to the date order when reviewing content in the upcoming. Outside of that, nothing yet.
Their Social Media Assistance (writers etc) have been so helpful keeping my presence going between service launches etc. They help keep my platforms looking beautiful as well as keeping my posts relevant.
I had been looking for a scheduler for my Google My Business accounts, I had hoped for an evergreen system. I got both! Social Bee keeps on delivering.

Social Bee removes the overwhelm of managing multiple accounts for multiple clients. It has great reporting and schedules to platforms others don't.
I like that I can run social media for more than just one profile all at the same place. I can easily upload posts and monitor their performance through my dashboard. I love the integrations available now it makes it easier to manage my social media accounts when I can link to crello (now vistacreate) or Canva etc. It pretty much does everything you'd need a social media management tool to do but it comes at a better price than most other tools.
The UI is my least favourite thing about socialbee I think I'd they put in some work to improving the UI then they'd be in a great position to compete with the other top social media management tools on the market.
It helps me manage more than one set of social media profiles under one roof. I can schedule posts and follow up to see their performance. It works on pretty much all the major social media platforms I'm on so it's a winner in my books.
For those who have the time to create their own content, SocialBee's platform is easy to use for scheduling your posts. For those, like me, who are drowning in your "to do" list and feeling dismayed by your lack of consistency, SocialBee's concierge services ROCK!

SocialBee Concierge Service took a huge task off my shoulders. I am showing up on 3 major social media channels and gaining traction for my business. Because of this, I feel freer to create my own content without feeling overwhelmed.
I love how the application organizes the workspaces and accounts for each organization or person. We use this tool to manage multiple accounts and it is super easy to switch between the accounts while working in one session.
I love that it integrates with Pocket, but it doesn't have an integration with Feedly, which is something that would be amazing.
I am automating the social content sharing task of organizations that need to be seen as experts in their areas. This tool allows me to setup the month and allow it to run on autopilot at the right times and moments for the maximum engagements.
We love the organization, the schedule set up and hashtag collections. The content categories and scheduling are extremely helpful for organization. It makes it easy to post different kinds of content to different platforms and customize hashtags for each one. The analytics are also quite good.
The only thing I can see as tricky is when I try to post on Instagram and the image is outside of the aspect ratio or I'm posting multiple images, it doesn't warn me that the image won't work, and doesn't tell you the post was not successful. It just doesn't post and I have to go in and figure out why.
Being more efficient with posting as well as more successful. It saves lots of time and allows us to see details analytics on a regular basis. Since using Socialbee we've been able to post more often than we did prior, and have been able to analyze what kinds of posts are most successful on which platforms.
I love the analytics and the variations that I can make with the posts. I also love the visual aspects of creating each post for the different social media sites.
Nothing really besides the occasional disconnect with certain accounts but that is really nothing and not anything to do with socialbee. This is one of the few apps that I can't really complain about.
I was having trouble getting consistency with my social media posts. I needed a way to get my content out at a regular basis and something that didn’t cost me a fortune to do so.
I like that once a posting schedule is configured, I just need to worry about adding content and it will automatically post to the designated social media profiles on the frequency I selected. It's easy to recycle content or pre-plan so I can go on vacation for weeks at a time without my social media profiles skipping a beat. The Zapier integration makes it easy add new content automatically.
Parts of the initial setup were intimidating but support was very helpful, hiring their concierge service eliminated that hassle.
I have a consistent social media presence without having to overthink it. The Concierge Service has taken this burden off my shoulders, I just have to review and approve the content that they create and the software does the rest.
They have a brilliant Canva integration that helps to create unique, visually appealing graphics to go along with your posts - which I find most helpful.

I don't have to shuffle between multiple sites and spend hours searching for visuals/graphics to go with my content. Due to their Canva integration, I can find/create beautiful graphics from a single platform! This saves a lot of time, especially for someone like me who schedules posts daily.
It's a single-window platform to social media marketing. We're currently using the base plan with 5 social accounts. Its easy to use, and the SocialBee team is very responsive. I'm really enjoying the complete experience.
