Ease of platform scheduling posts months out price
I would recommend creating an automation for comments/replies to others accounts. I would also recommend being able to add or delete followers

I do wish there was more information or videos about social media marketing, like maybe a Gary Vee lol.
Keeping social media data is one place.
The simplicity of the platform. It is really easy to get around and get in-depth analysis of the various brands that you have on the platform.
Nothing at the time. Just recently started using it.
Getting to know what content works best and at what time. Also it helps me have a centralized spot for all my analytics across the various platforms that I run. I have also solved the issue of content mapping. The platform helps me map out exactly when and how my content can be dispatched to achieve maximum benefit from it. I am also able to find similarities in my audience over the various platforms and get to track when and how they are engaging with our brand.
It was very easy to add all the social media outlets that we have for the business.
I haven't found anything to dislike about yet.
Having the ability to get all our information in one place out to the where we need it saves time from having to go site by site.
I love that you can simply choose where you want to post to by a click of a button.
That photos always need to be resized but is fairly easy to do/
Our social media lady is able to have so much more spare time to do other tasks now that zoho speeds up the process.

I think zoho is intuitive, easy to understand/navigate and in my opinion, I think even people who have limited experience with CRM's and social media etc will be able to operate, utilise and learn from this service. I think it makes something essential for small businesses accessible. The one thing that really stood out was the amount of training available on how to use the system, as well as tips/ideas on how you could potentially grow your business.
Unfortunately, I was quite shocked at the pricing. It does seem to be dearer than some of it's competitors. However I find that it's such a friendly platform that really helps you gain the valuable insights you need to take your business to the next level - whether you are trying to get more sales, become more active on social media platforms, or simply to be more organised - Zoho will get you there.
Zoho makes it easy to gain an at a glance insight into your business through use of analytics - ideal for the busy businessman(woman). It's making me understand my consumer behaviour a lot easier so I have a much stronger customer vision/model.
I like very much Zoho Social. It is very user friendly and helps keep track with posts on various platforms.

I appreciate that Zoho is easy to use, works across all my devices seamlessly and allows me not only to read and process the data from my socials but also interface and engage w fans directly from the service.
There was no mention up front of the limitation for published posts - they no longer allow them after a couple of weeks - using a free account. All companies have to monetize and of course I would be happy to pay for premium service at the right time in my career but had I known Zoho would impose limitations like that to get me to upgrade starting out I may have been less likely to use the service as the market is so competitive and plenty of services do this kind of stuff for free indefinitely.
I am fairly new to managing my social media and the thing I love most about Zoho is that it shows me the numbers and gives me a bigger picture view of what's working or not working in my content stream, plus it integrates really nicely with my workflow, keeping me updated and aware of what's going on.

I like how easy it is to manage all the accounts in one place and choose when to post and to which sites to include or leave our. This management tool helps reduce alot of time and reduces repetitive actions. I love that I dont have to sign in to each and every social site to post the same contact All we do is choose the site and type up the content and it shares to all of my selected social media accounts.
so far have no found anything that I can say I dont like about the system, Will update if something comes up that needs attention.

The integration. If you're using their CRM application, this is an absolutely seamless integration.
The cost... Yall need to align this pricing with the other products you offer. Here's something Zoho: Give us Everything - EVERYTHING YOU OFFER For one monthly fee. I mean everything! :)
The ability to link my customers CRM profiles to their social profiles, and the ability to automate my entire social media campaign.

As of right now I haven't found something that I didn't like. We normally make our own IR Programs and succeed on making timely postings
