The UI/UX is next level and easy to navigate through in both the front and back end.
I currently make use of them on my website and I have seen no faults as of now.
It helped connect me to my users easily and enabled me to respond quickly to users.
Biggest upside: possibility to communicate with customers on site.
There are no downsides that come to my mind.
The Chatbot is able to solve most frequent customer issues when I do not have time to attend to them personally.

Quick and seamless setup experience. The app functions perfectly on both Mac and iPhone. The support team was exceptionally responsive and efficiently resolved the issue I encountered.
So far, I haven't encountered any issues with the app. It would be great to see an expansion of Chatbot conversations included in the standard plan. Additionally, the online/offline toggle button is somewhat "hidden" within the profile settings; enhancing user experience by making it easily accessible at all times would be beneficial.
Facilitates effective problem resolution for our clients and enhances overall communication with them. Chatbot helps clients in making informed decisions regarding pricing plans.
I like the opportunity that I can see my visitors right in time and I can held them to make quick decision.

Qustions about delivery, payments, orders and products. Mostly all questions about delivieries methods, payments are solved by bot.
What I love most about Smartsupp is their chatbots and their shortcuts. It's so amazing. These are features others similar apps are lacking

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface facile à utiliser et les options proposée par le service client et l'accompagnement pour attirer plus la clientèle sur mon site , un guide fiable qui m'as facilité la compréhension des fonctionnalités de cet appli . Grâce à Smartsupp j'ai avoir plus de clic plus de visiteurs et ma première vente réalisée grâce à l'outil charbot proposé.
La partie vidéo d'enregistrement a été supprimé ce qui m'aidait beaucoup pour suivre l'activité de mes visiteurs sur mon site .
Avec Smartsupp je gagne en temps et je suis pas obligé d'être devant mon ordinateur tout le temps avec le chatbot répond à mes visiteurs même si je suis pas disponible grâce a la programmation fiable de cet interface
