I have no complains so far. I have tested for about week and I had no issue so far.

I am not sure, but it seems that the page loading is a bit longer than it used to be when there was no chat available on the page. The pricing could be also a bit lower than it is now.
It routes the customers to the another channel. It should support sales. But for now I am not sure if there was additional conversions on the site due to this plugin.
