"A turbo for our remote agencies"
What do you like best about Scoro?

CRM well organised. Easy to use. Is flexible, sometimes you have to adapt to the tool but, we never felt we had to adapt our workflows to Scoro, actually the opposite. Is complete: CRM, Quotes, Task Management, Project Management, Invoicing, Company asset locator, time tracking, etc.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The price it's a bit pricey in my opinion. Design and UX could be improved. More connectivity with other tools, for example, the connection with G. Calendar is not well done.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being a remote team Scoro helps us a lot in Project Collaboration, time tracking, etc.

When creating a task, you can convert it into Event so you don't need to remind yourself from time to time as this event will notify you directly on your email

What do you like best about Scoro?

My favourite aspect of the system is that it's end to end. I can create a quote and see the project through to invoicing and everything is linked to the client information.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

There are no automations. For example, I'd prefer if a task is marked complete, I could set up a workflow so it prompts a dependent action, such as an email or follow up task to be engaged. In addition, the Planner feature does not flag if a time entry has been missed. I have to manually manage the upkeep.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Team and task management has improved across the board. I'm able to plan out our post production work weeks in advance, planning review rounds and building in contingencies with Scoro.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Feature rich, quite customisable and a number of ways of solving different Business Process issues. Also, product has new features added reguarly.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

It feels a lot of development is around Project Management which is not something we use it for.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it as a CRM including Estimates, Quotes, forecasting and creation of invoices. It helped us to centralise those key tasks.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Receipt verification is done in a fantastic approach that provides you with a true perspective of the relative number of luxuries I desire. Everything is very straightforward and beautiful, and the framework is simple to learn and can be adjusted to handle whatever company we have. The general panel is quite beneficial for seeing your KPIs on a daily basis, and the ability to keep your different markers and share them with others in the team helps you to make better judgments and reinforce actions where the data do not seem good.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The display is still not ideal; I would want to see additional graphs and be able to "color" some of the signs. Today, this isn't achievable, and I can't point to anything specific; we spent a lot of time refining our cycles in order to adopt the workflow aids that worked best for our group; they need to cut or add options to conceal the ones they don't utilize.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Scoro, we had to make judgments based on outdated information; today, we can evaluate the data in real time. Scoro makes it extremely easy to discover and update data, and we have all we need to manage the company in one spot. We may also track project commitment and compare it to the plan, which provides us with useful information about the real cost of the projects.

"Powerful tool for project planning and task management."
What do you like best about Scoro?

Everything is in one location, it is extremely simple to install, and it allows you to manage all projects from beginning to end, including budgets, projects, payments, and so on. This enables for more dynamic activity management and saves time by eliminating the need to alter a job. The alert features are quite handy for remembering activities or events that you have already planned in the calendar. Invoice tracking is done in such a way that it provides me with a comprehensive view of all I need to know. We were able to simplify our finance and project management procedures as a consequence of Scoro.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Although it contains a cost management function, project prices are difficult to forecast in advance, certain expenses are for the entire project, and there are occasionally many charges for a single service since it is difficult to determine all costs. In a bid, expenditures associated with a project are included. Scoro interface with Google Calendar is not yet complete, and moving between Scoro and Google views requires a significant amount of extra work. It might be difficult to discover people since some large email providers, such as Gmail, do not sync your contact list. As a result, it is not software that can be used straight immediately. It takes time to master all of its potential and maximize them.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is now able to handle the numerous projects and activities that we complete on a daily basis. We have observed improved profit margins as a result of better tracking of project expenditures, among other things. A modular dashboard also allows us to keep track of all scheduled activities for the week and offers frequent feedback on current targets and sales agent performance. Furthermore, I can accomplish all of this through a single website or service. I opted to explore elsewhere since another service was more difficult or incomplete than the one I required. This tool makes it easy to manage a large number of personnel in several locations for multiple clients.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I like the ease of building Projects and utilizing the Task Bundles to help cut down the project creation time. I also like the ease of managing Projects, Tasks, Quotes, and Invoicing all under one roof.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

It would be helpful to be able to delete a Task in a Project without it taking you to the Task manager tab rather than back to the Project you were working on in the first place.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having a lot of miscommunication with Accounting on what had been invoiced and so this has been able to bridge that gap by giving all departments the ability to see what has been charged. The benefits have been making it easy to keep up with Projects as a team with ease despite having so many team members working remotely.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro helps us daily to follow precisely and quickly the activity of our company. It is a user friendly and powerful tool with a potential for scalability and evolution. Once you get used to the logic behind the multiple cross reporting possibilities and the setup of your dashboard there is very little you cannot track, compare or share. Scoro helps us daily to follow precisely and quickly the activity of our company.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sometimes a bit confusing/heavy to manage, on the planner view or the tasks report. A deep diving in the settings is necessary before being able to efficiently get started with the later. The planner is limited in display features comparatively to other tools specialized in juste that. That's irrelevant though when you considere the gain of time in time tracking and workload dispatch.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are managing the complete project chain, from the opportunities to the team workload follow-up and final profitability. It is a one tool does it all, which help us to gain in efficiency and simplify management and reporting.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Mainly the software is used for an administration of our work flow, it has very good tools that help the seller to make budgets and customer segmentation planning. The CRM system that we implement with this platform allows us to improve our sales and solve problems in general to improve the control of each project. It has a good interface and you learn to use it very quickly, the tools in general provide a solution when talking about sales, it seems to me a complete and pleasant software with the aim of attracting new customers and sales.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

We have not had negative experiences with Scoro, some problems yes, but they were solved thanks to the help of the support team who were very kind and are always available to the user for a better performance within the platform, however improve optimizations or updates of the services allow to give better results.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use automation for business processes, follow-ups and reminders, this system really fits our needs and way of working very well, it allows us to have a work harmony, good administration and billing in addition to improving our CRM. The data we analyze can be found quickly without having to search so much, the work reports keep us updated and provide us with accurate information.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I have been using it for last year and I am satisfied customer of Scoro. It is equipped with various quality composed features like commenting, by which we can have discussion on the particular aspect of our project. I am not all worried about sending emails for having meetings, which is a time consuming process, but I invite my team for the meeting on Scoro.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Time tracking feature is an extra point and I cannot judge ones capabilities just by the amount of time he spent on the projects. This feature should be removed and pricing could be further made better. Moreover it is going well and providing great services.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is very helpful and useful product. I have a clear idea about the billable and non billable works, so that I can manage my billings moreover I can track progress and I am capable to calculate the amount of the time spent by each team member on the particular project.

It helps businesses in combining CRM, project management, reporting and billing at a single platform. Any tasks of businesses can be easily manageable including invoices, expenses, meetings, planned tasks, files and comments. Portfolio of projects can be managed through tags and configurable statuses. It is helpful in managing tasks lists, invoices, time tracking and other reports related to work. It provides you with an overview of contact details of customers and communication history of customers. It provides you with updates about everything related to your tasks.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Some of its plans and packages are paid and may cost you high. Its trial version is only available for 14 days. You may experience some difficulties while integrating with accounting programs.

You can schedule meetings according to your priorities. It helps businesses in providing an overview of jobs, tasks assigned, task progress and deadlines of tasks. It is supported by various languages like English, Russian etc. Daily activities of the organization including work reports and financial reports are easily manageable through it. It reduces fragmentation automatically thus saving your time. You can select PDF templates for orders, quotes, invoices or you can create your own template.

What do you like best about Scoro?

the dashboard and task list make it very easy to quickly see what I need to be doing and how much time I should be allocating to it.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The inter-connectivity is both bad and good. Sometimes if things are not set up in a specific way at the outset, it can make it difficult / cumbersome to edit or add tasks or delays etc. at the other end. This can be frustrating.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for a small consultancy group and I think the directors now have a better handle on managing staff resources because it is very easy for them to understand quickly what we are each working on.
