I like best the fact that i get more opens

The thing I dislike the most is the subscription model

It has allowed me to efficiently manage the needs that I have when sending mass emails. The alternatives of templates are varied and pleasant. The interface is how one would like all the interfaces of programs that we use very simple, but with very good results. The publications are automatic in the different social networks. The provision of support to collaborate with one's experience as a user is unique.

On small occasions there have been delays regarding the sending of emails, which obviously has generated delays for the programming of my work. Although it really does not matter much, it is important that they take the pertinent corrective measures

It has been an oxygen to have this tool and be able to manage my campaigns to attract clients, when we start the work is arduous, however, having this allows us to have better strategies that will undoubtedly shape the business.

This service is the best I've tried so far, for my personal preference anyways.

The "Robly AI" sending optimization. It sends another email out to your contact list at a time that they are most likely to open it. It's incredibly intelligent.

It's an expensive product, but the AI features such as OpenGen and AI Send Time are worth it.

Some of the design can be a little bit inconsistent and you need to make sure your campaigns look good on desktop as well as cell phone email programs.

I love the unique design, and how I can send emails to specific lists of employees or customers, based on the intent of the email.

I don’t like that Robly doesn’t have a specific version of PC that I am able to download, which could make me work at a faster pace.

I am able to promote my products in a fast and easily accessible way. I also love the colors! I have realized how quickly it allows me to get work done.

I like how easy it is do input information into the system and how easy it is to maneuver the program. I also like the help they provide and the vast amount of answered questions they have. It just makes the whole process easier.

It does have a lot of features. Trying to get used to them is also a bit difficult at times.

Data management for our company. With all the information we have and all the paperwork we have to deal with, it can become a hassle. So we're saving on lots of paper.

Robly has simple to use features and design modules that are trendy. I feel that Robly elevates the style of our business through direct marketing.

Some features are upgrades, and they are, of course, the ones that are most desirable.

Everything is the same as other competitor's mass email programs, just Robly is simpler to use and more trendy.

Robly is a very user-friendly and cost-effective marketing tool. It is easy to add and delete email addresses and segment mailing lists. I also appreciate that previous campaigns are saved, allowing for easy duplication and editing.

I've been using Robly for nearly a year and haven't found anything I dislike. Whenever I've had a technical/support issue, I've received a quick response.

We use Robly as a primary marketing tool to reach a wide audience for a very low cost. We try to be mindful of not sending too many e-blasts for fear of spamming our audience, but most seem to appreciate that it is a very convenient way of staying informed through our monthly newsletters.

Robly is easy to use and has an excellent interface. The the tools are easy to use, has good reporting tools and the help/solutions are easy to find in their Knowledge Base. The AI and the OpenGen features are helpful. The support staff is exceptional by email or live chat.

The subscription model does not adjust for the number of subscribers if your list lowers. It will charge you based on your initial import.
