I love that there are a lot of content options and they're mostly drag and drop. The interface is very user-friendly and there are a ton of how-to videos. Robly is very easy to learn. Reporting is great. The open gen feature is very nice as it resends your email after the amount of days you want to those who haven't opened the original email. You also have the option to link pdfs, urls and anchor text, which is very convenient.
The formatting has been a problem. The text and image content block messes up the formatting if you're using Outlook, which the majority of businesses do. It wasn't until I chatted with someone at Robly that they told me not to use the text and image block and just do text and image separately. This fixed most of the problem. If your fonts and sizes are not designated, this can also cause issues, but, even though that's easily fixable, sometimes the font may still not show up as the same font on the test email, even though it's been assigned.
We use Robly on a weekly basis and are able to quickly send out ads in a timely manner and according to schedule. The anchor texts are perfect for our newsletters since they tend to run long. The table of contents links take the reader wherever they want to go in the newsletter. The pdf links are perfect for articles or other ads that we want to have the reader open into a browser.
The ease in which campaigns can be produced is much better. I used to use one of the other providers. I found that because it allows so much content, my campaigns were very cluttered. Too much information had thrown off my viewers. Robly's size and structure are much better for email blasts.
I am not sure this is possible, but I have content on PDF's that I would like a reader to click on and download in the form of a button. I don't want to upload the document as an image to the campaign. I haven't been able to figure it out. It would also be really cool to do Video and Audio.
With email marketing I am able to stay in the front of many people I would normally had forgotten about. People have contacted me that I haven't spoken to in a while.
Robly is much more user friendly than Constant Contact, which is why we switched. We are very happy with this service!

Very Good, easy to use, email marketing platform. The templates were very good, and ALL responsive.
Events must be handled through a separate program/app (for example, Eventbrite). Would have preferred it to be incorporated within the Robly platform.
The Robly product was extremely easy to use and very quick to learn for email marketing (what it is built for). The insight that was provided as I became a customer (best practice tips/tricks) was a great tool for updating how I developed subject lines, etc.
Design and editing tools are very intuitive and easy to use. My experience so far with the Help desk is very positive - I've received very prompt assistance.
I would like it to be easier to copy a color - especially of text - from one campaign or even one block to another. Instead, I have to guess every time, particularly if the color isn't one of the standard colors.
I haven't fully explored the capabilities of Robly yet, but I am hoping that we will increase our open and response rate and improve our ability to tailor our campaigns to our target audience.
I like how user-friendly Robly it is! One feature I do like is that is gets rid of bounce backs so I don't have to go through and delete them myself.
OpenGen is difficult to understand. I wish I was also able to change the sizes of each box by clicking and dragging,
We are solving getting information to our members a lot easier because of how simple the templates are and how it reflects our brand.
Can't beat the price and it has all the functionality of other options. I like that there is no limit to the amount of photos that can be saved and I don't get annoying e-mails all the time.
Occasionally the previews don't look like the drafts, but this also happens even more often with Constant Contact.
We are just a normal no-profit, trying to stay in touch with our students and donors.

I've been with constant contact for maybe more then 8 yrs, it would be nice to add on some of things they offer. I have to stay with them because you don't offer a few things that they do. if you could and keep the price down then I would drop them. Their closing down March 17th "Offers" which is a bummer as it was something I would use.
Just trying to get more marketing out but it's hard to get something out there that people will open.

Whenever I have a question, I get a quick and helpful response, either from a live Chat or email response. The suggestions always work for me.
There is a certain amount of formatting of the emails that I run into problems with. It takes practice to work quickly with the layouts.
For my art newsletters I get a professional look for my emails with a minimum level of skill on my part.
Now that I know the product, I like it. It gets easier to use every time I utilize. I like the open gen also.
Not much in the way of customer service. At constant contact you can get someone on the phone to log in with you and look at what you're looking at. Robly does not do this, which is frustrating at times. Referring to a video is all they do.

This is the second time my own email has been dropped off my list. It makes me wonder how many of my other contacts are getting dropped off.

Robly has a nice variety of templates that are available for use and it is for the most part very user friendly even for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience with creating mailers. In addition, the monthly price is very affordable, especially for small businesses that can use Robly for marketing purposes on a small budget. The open-gen option is also very helpful so that you can reach more of your audience in case were not able to open the email mailer on the first attempt.
Sometimes when creating a mailer, the formatting looks okay on the site but when the email is sent out, formatting is off -- not sure why but sometimes that is frustrating and seems like no way to fix it unless you start over.
Reaching a diverse market with email mailers. We also have a lot of email addresses in our pipeline and so it is nice that Robly organizes our email list in different categories so that we can pick a list and send to a specific list/market instead of having to go through the entire email list.
The transfer of data from another email system was simple and easy. The best feature is the ability to have a custom template built for you by the Robly team. The template features are great and simple to use, plus what you see in preview mode is actually what you see in the final version - that wasn't always the case with our previous system. The feature that automatically sends a second email to those who din't open the first is great. And on top of all of the feature upgrades, our open rate has also increased since the switch
My only negative is that images placed in the emails do not show up in Microsoft Outlook.

The monthly fee is very reasonable. I switched to Robly for the savings over my previous service.
I'd like to see more template options. I also need a tutorial. There is probably one available and I just haven't taken time to find it. :)
Mass email makes it effortless to get news to my customers.
We have been pleased with the ease of Robly, it took getting used to because we use to be with Constant Contact. We have a number of users and so far, most are pleased with the ease of adjusting to the new service.
we are not pleased that you can only have one Facebook page associated with the account. the verifying process has produced some frustrations, but we seem to manage.
We use this as a newsletter more than anything. We are a state organization that is divided into areas.
Building campaigns keeps getting easier and easier. Utilizing OpenGen has increased my open rate substantially. It's simple to use and very effective!
Customer Service (specifically one representative) blames me immediately for anything I ask about. I'm not saying I'm not sometimes the problem--I've had my fair share of "operator errors." But, I recently sent out a campaign that ended up in quite a few recipients' spam folder. When I asked why she thought this happened. She immediately said, "You must have written a spammy email!" After some investigation, she found out we had an issue with an SPF record that our IT team was able to correct. I want to feel that the Customer Service Representative wants to help me and is not just rolling her eyes.

I can't figure out how to make an image a link. Also the PDF files size allowed is way too small for my needs.
E-Mail marketing is a great way to enhance my sales. I run a 700 Thousand Dollar + territory and with the help of e-mail marketing last year I made it a 1.2 Million Dollar Territory.
The price is considerably better than what we were using before and it was pretty easy to learn the basics.
There are a few formatting issues that I have yet to overcome. Text colors have not been consistent, text wrap around photos, etc.
I have appreciated being able to resend to those who did not open the original email.
The transition to Robly was easy, but I most like the Open Gen function and the ability of using their powerful data integrity that keeps my list current and relevant and my open rates high. Email look professional. Easy to edit and style. I am pleased with Robly.
Some intermittent problems with the automatic posting to FB or Twitter and not an easy way to go back and push it out once it is sent. I believe it has all been resolved now.
The Open Gen has increased my opens by 1/3, reaching more than 500 opens I might have missed without the feature.
