I love how user friendly it is. I can easily navigate the dashboard.

HR operations
My new company used Rippling for benefits, time-off, etc. I was a bit skeptical at first. Teaching an old dog new tricks and all. But after getting connected and navigating through the platform I can say it is very user-friendly. Easy to understand left-margin topics. Even get notified on payday and can link directly to your Rippling account to see the breakdown.
Have not found anything that would warrant a complaint.
I'm an end-user. My benefit is all my personal information is in one location.
I love how easy it is to use Rippling. Everything is spelled out for you, there are concise and clear directions. There's no confusion or guessing where to go or how to access what you need.
Nothing that I can say that I dislike, maybe the 2FA but I understand that's for security purposes.
Rippling makes requesting time off, accessing tax forms, pay stubs, and enrolling in benefits super efficiently and easily. It benefits me so that I don't have to spend a lot of time looking for these documents.

Rippling makes everything related to reviewing and managing company benefits extremely easy. The user interface is straightforward and responsive and the action items are made clear.
It is hard to think of any way to improve Rippling, it is a great tool, and the user interface makes everything clear and easy. It might be nice if there was a way to pop up a dialog to ask a question, which would be routed directly to my HR team or admin, with context provided to them.
Rippling provides the company benefits and payroll settings in a simple user interface dashboard, and makes reviewing benefits and applying changes very easy and straightforward.
I like that it is more organized and easier to find certain tabs than the previous system we had for our company.

I love how my insurance info is one click away. Rippling makes it soo simple to request a day off check my tax forms or even update my I9 information rippling is way eaiser to use then ADP im not really a fan of ADP
Only thing I dislike about rippling is how the app is always updating everytime I log in theres always a small update other then that you guys are great i love rippling
The simple fact that I can request a day off and I dont have to tell my supervisor he gets a notifications and approves it before at my old job i had to talk to the manager and tell him i wanted a day off this makes a problem because theres no proof of us discussing my day off or him approving it.

There is no downsides, rippling is very easy to learn.
User friendly. Employee add on thier documents during hiring process we had a system that we had to upload everything so Rippling made it so much easier for us.
I love how easy it is to navigate. Finding HR-related things in the app is easy to do without much "getting used to." Rippling's automatic email reminders are very helpful as well and ensure that things do not fall through the cracks.
Overall, I do not have any concerns. So far, the process has been seemless.

Onboarding into a smaller company was incredibly easy, from payroll, insurance, and training, it was incredibly quick and simple to get everything done that I needed to as a new employee.
We use the Rippling PEO benefits selections, which actually really impressed me in terms of affordability and coverage, but the benefit selections include lots of high-margin adhoc insurance offerings that do not make sense for 95%+ of the population -- gave off a strong paycheck loan vibe.
As an employee, it is helping me manage my HR functions such as Payroll and Benefit Administration.
First off, the interface is great and easy to navigate. I love how easy it is to do a claim under the FSA tab. All you need to do is upload receipts. The process takes 2-3 days and the claim is substracted from your FSA account. As our company is growing, it's nice to be able to look up new employees. I handle expense reports and it makes it every easy for me to verify what department they are under. Under the Time Off tab, it's great to be able to see your vacation time, sick leave all in one page. When I click on the vacation tab, I also liked that they have projected vacation tab! This is great to plan future travels. Overall, what a great tool to have at our company.
None so far. I would suggest, when I look up an employee, instead of just showing his profile, maybe also show who their manager is if applicable and the rest of the department.
FSA claim reimbursements is a big plus. It is very fast and efficient. Another great thing is to see all our payroll information history. Time Off tab solves any questions regarding how much sick leave or vacation time you have.
I like that provides notifications when items certain tasks are getting complete and also informs you when items are reaching their deadline.
So far no complaints. Everything has been working well and no issues have arrised.

The healthcare part was a little confusing at first for me but figured it out.
It gives employees HR resources with ease.
Rippling is an easy way for me to manage my benefits with my company. Whether it's from my computer or smart-phone, I can quickly check paystubs, update vaca time, or download a form. I love utilizing it on my mobile device especially.
Only down side is my extra verification step I have to go thru every time to login - I wish it remembered my device so I didn't have to do that.
Rippling makes it easy for me to manage my employee preferences, put in time off, get alerts when pay day happens, and download previous or current or YTD pay stubs.
