What do you like best about Reply?

Reply.io is an excellent tool for automating outreach. It's easy to use and the customer service team is always available to answer any questions. The interface is simple and intuitive, and various features make it super easy to track, manage, and customize outreach campaigns. I love that Reply.io also allows me to personalize every message, which allows me to stand out from other outreach efforts. Highly recommend Reply.io for any outreach automation needs.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Needs to improve the Chrome Extension. A bit slow and doesn't find all the contacts needed. Nothing can't be fixed. The good think is that the team is dedicated and always ready to help.

What do you like best about Reply?

User-friendly interface, easy to set up campaigns, reliable analytics, new great features like a DB of leads, ability to warm up emails and ensure you 'll not end in the 30% bounced emails list. Great templates and easy CRM integration

What do you dislike about Reply?

System by the default could have a feature of highlighting those who opened emails/clicked link and provide you reminders to and a suggestions for follow-up after certain time (some kind of a trigger).

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mass outreach, analytics and reporting, results measurement. Automation processes, email validation and mitigation of risks of wrong email outreach. The time needed to set up the campaign - 5-10 minutes.

What do you like best about Reply?

Super nice solution for outbound agencies as its easy to manage many clients in the dashboard and connect their own CRM systems etc ! Support is super good and solution oriented!

What do you dislike about Reply?

there is a lot of options within the plattform and some workflows are not super intuitive ! But overall its easy to work with the tool as well as the new phone integration is great!

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am an agency and thus need to manage many accounts as well have reporting ability within the tool! This is given by the nice dashboard and is good also to pass onto my reps

"Efficient tool for cold mailing / follow-up campaigns"
What do you like best about Reply?

The tool is intuitive to use, features like A/B Testing are pretty straightforward to set in place and measure, the support team is cool and reactive.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Some features/options are missing, for instance if someone replies to you and Reply doesn't detect it there is no way to log it yourself. AI that analyzes your mail content only supports english. Sequences that are suspended above 15% bounce rate ;-).

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Outbound and awareness, getting our brand to be known by engaging our persona into learning what we do 2) Follow-up, being able to let down/forget about some prospects by engaging them into campaigns waiting for their reply

What do you like best about Reply?

The platform is very complete and user-friendly. It allows you to create multi-channel campaigns with email, SMS, Whatsapp, and LinkedIn tasks. It also has a feature for the email warm-up and lead generation. Their support team is always able to help :) Reply’s product roadmap is full of AI enhancements, predictive targeting, and personalization capabilities.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Although the platform is complete, it still misses a few things. Pipedrive integration could be better, for example you can't sync contact owners with Reply contact owners. They only have people and not organizations which limits in some situations. They should allow creating a database of organizations related to people so that we could apply rules inside an organization, for example:" contact only one person from the same organization per day". Missing conditional steps, for instance, if "linkedin connection accepted" then "send a Linkedin message" if not "send a whatsapp message" LinkedIn automation and warm-up features are paid separately. The navigation menu could be better organized with links from product features and links from settings well separated. They should have admin profiles with permissions related to accounting for example.

It allows you to automate your outreach within multiple platforms. Ideal to create inbound/outbound campaigns. Gives visibility on your campaign's progress. Lead generation LinkedIn automation

What do you like best about Reply?

It automates a hell of a lot of work for outreaching cold prospects. Great email sequence tool with various communication channels, like email, calls, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn connection, etc. I also like their suggestion engine to make my emails and messages more likely to get a response. And the central part is that they do have a free trial, so you can check everything by yourself before deciding to buy.

What do you dislike about Reply?

LinkedIn automation feature is hidden under a paywall. Otherwise, you need to do everything on LinkedIn manually, which is frustrating on a massive prospect scale.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps to automate my cold emailing and follow up with new potential clients. It saves a lot of time by eliminating the manual work of sending emails and connecting with leads on LinkedIn. I also see what's happening to my emails and how prospects react to them.

What do you like best about Reply?

We've tried several lower-cost outbound solutions and continued to be thrilled to discover Reply. Simple interface but many useful features. Great content to self-learn and service has been responsive when we had to ask for some help.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The LinkedIn integration is a big wonky as of this writing. I've gone back to a stand-alone solution for that.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply has significantly improved the effectiveness of our outbound email campaigns while reducing the time and money investment.

"Big Timesaver for Enterprise Sales"
What do you like best about Reply?

Once you get past the somewhat challenging set-up process, Reply is an immensely useful tool for anyone engaged in an enterprise sales effort. The platform allows users to run custom email campaigns much more quickly than they otherwise would in Outlook or GMail and at a far more reasonable price than you would pay for a competitive product such as those offered by Salesforce. Overall, once set up, this product saves a salesperson hours of work per week.

What do you dislike about Reply?

1/ Set-up process is challenging for new users, and you do not get access to a live (customer success) rep from the company to help with set up until you start paying for the platform. 2/ The platform can be a little temperamental at times (in non-mission critical ways); for example, sometimes my email signature will fall off the preview tab of my sequences and I will have to re-paste it before I send the emails 3/ LinkedIn automation product is promising, but it is still not optimized. For example, custom LinkedIn in-mail messages are still a challenge.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply is helping save salespeople hours of work per week in manually typing minor customizations in their emails as part of a sales campaign. In enterprise sales, template, non-customized emails tend to have far less success than personalized, custom emails, but the drawback is that these emails typically take longer to send. Additionally, following up with those who have not yet responded to you is tedious. Reply helps automate these processes with a relatively easy-to-use interface.

"Simple and powerful tool for any size sale team"
What do you like best about Reply?

I really enjoy simplicity of UI, great scheduling options, amazing chrome extension which helps you complete manual tasks and outreach for new leads at Linkedin. And everything with setting up sequences and email templates is also great.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I think HubSport integration is not 10 out 10 at this moment. It got better past couple of years and if you know what to do and dance around - it works just fine. But not up to level with native integrations -but you don't really need any additional tools to make it work. Just some time and effort.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply helps me automate all my inbound sequences and set up outbound campaigns. It's really easy to get new leads from Linkedin with Reply extension directly to my sequence. And outreach capabilities on Euro/US markets are quite good, actually.

"Optimize sales replies with Reply"
What do you like best about Reply?

I enjoy that I can create a limitless number of contact sequences combining a wide variety of different channels. I also like the number of possibilities in the customized fields.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The downside of Reply is one of it's upsides as well: the fact that the software is a standalone sequence builder means that the syncing to a CRM like HubSpot isn't as seamless and feature-rich as it is with the within-CRM sequence builders. However, Reply.io does offer more flexibiltiy than most within-CRM sequences.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply saves time by automating contact sequences while still allowing a high degree of customization in the follow-ups messages. The sequence analytics and AB testing possibilities are great for optimizing mesages.

I appreciate the intuitive way of creating a drip campaign, the ease of sending from multiple emails addresses, and simple (but sufficiently detailed) analytics to understand the success of each campaign.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Compared with Hubspot where the sent campaign emails don't crowd your inbox – on Reply.io all of the emails are sent via your work email and consequently can crowd the mail box.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps me quickly create multiple email campaigns, and 'set and forget' the drip campaign- which is key when bandwidth is tight. It does one thing and does it well. I know exactly where to go, and spend a minimal amount of time on nonproductive work on the platform.

The only thing would be that when you click complete on the Tasks page, it doesn't do the task for you - you have to do this through the Google Extension

What do you like best about Reply?

Customer Service and support are great. Also, they provide a very good value for the money. Clear Roadmap that demonstrates a dedication to improvement. Another great feature is LinkedIn Automation that now could be holistically embedded in th outreach process.

What do you dislike about Reply?

At some instances, the platforms lack features, and you need to get creative around workarounds. Also, there are not too many integrations yet with external vendors. I hope it will improve in the near future.

It helps to run outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients and provides a single pain of glass across all campaigns. It also provides a convenient interface for agencies that run multiple campaigns on behalf of multiple clients.

Their after-sales service/online support is incredible. I've been so impressed with their team.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The integration with Pipedrive does have a lot of bugs, but they're great at actively trying to problem solve and rectify issues.
