Recruitee has really streamlined our recruitment process. For example it automates sending templated emails when candidates flow through the process. Another great feature is the scheduler which allows candidates to pick a meeting slot with interviewers, taking into account the availability of the recruiters.
Honestly there are no downsites to using Recruitee. It has been doing an excellent job for us and we haven't missed any functionality.

Recruitee allows us to save a lot of time in managing our hiring funnel. We got rid of our Sharepoint where all candidates are stored and improved the efficiency of our hiring team. In addition Recruitee supports GDPR compliancy. All employees participate in the hiring process as interviewers and overall satisfaction within the company is very good.
Recruitee has considered everything that is needed to support a large organisation's recruitment needs. It has left nothing to be considered and has transformed our recruitment process across the organisation
Consolidation of data from external sources into a new implementation seemed to be a stumbling block for us but was a limited issue for us to manage in the onboarding process. Since we have started using it we have not had any issues.
We are a rapidly growing international business and sourcing skills are pivotal to our success. We need a reliable system which does not lack in features and processes to support our recruitment initiatives and our growth expectations.
The best part of Recruitee is that you can see all the candidates from a single dashboard. which candidate applied when, how long in the process etc.In terms of processes, the transition is very easy and automatic messages are going
Sometimes Recruitee seems more appropriate for hiring engineers than HR professionals. Very goal oriented. I have a suggestion to avoid damaging the employee branding. For example: When sending a rejection mail to a candidate, you must choose between the dates determined by the system. However, we should be able to create an option ourselves, such as 10 am on the nearest working day.
We are a multinational recruiter. We operate in 5 countries. Thanks to Recruitee, we carry out our ats activities. Thanks to its integrations, we can share many job postings from a single panel.
Recruitee has offered us the opportunity to completely streamline our processes, from a very manual, paper heavy old system to an intutitive ATS that has all the functionality we need for our day-to-day recruitment needs and more. We shopped around other suppliers and are not at all sorry that we chose Recruitee to supply us. The support at Recruitee is second to none, the online resources are really helpful, and for more niche scenarios that aren't covered by them the team picking up live chat requests do so incredibly promptly and are always friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. Having worked in tech prior to third sector, I appreciate the relentlessness of the support role, but they do it with enthusiasm. Particular mentions to Marta and Phillipe who I've spoken to a few times and have both been excellent.
As a UK customer, I would like to see (and have requested via the team) the ability to create our own Equal Opportunities form, as the functionality in place by default is catered towards the American market and is not applicable to our organisation, nor is it customisable. Currently, I have to link applicants to a form created outside of the package to capture EDI data, which isn't ideal. I would like to report on EDI via Recruitee and keep everything within the ATS, rather than have disparate streams of data.
Recruitee is helping us streamline our processes and ensure compliance with GDPR. We are able to fairly shortlist and have clear visibility of decisions made at interview - we love using the "thumbs up/down" icons to show at a glance decisions. This functionality has been well received by members of the team who have used "old fashioned" scoring systems for many years. We have significantly reduced our admin time in posting roles and managing applicants and particularly like the use of which we can offer interview appointments and integrate with video conferencing tools.
Recruitee is erg eenvoudig in gebruik. De software is logisch opgebouwd. Ook al zou je beperkte IT kennis hebben, het is eenvoudig te gebruiken! Het is overzichtelijk, snel en er zijn mooie workflows in te maken!
Al het support gaat per chat of telefonisch. We hebben diverse softwarepakketten die we aan Recruitee willen koppelen, onze consultants willen dan met Recruitee bellen voor afstemmen, dit kan niet.
We kunnen goed zien wie er via welke kanalen gesolliciteerd heeft en hoe hoog de conversie is. We hebben regie op sollicitanten. De workflows zorgen voor een beperkt aantal "menselijke handelingen".
Everything is clear and the customer service give you a nice experience being friendly, kind and they explain it very well.
Can't really find downsides right now at the moment.
Recruitment process + hiring process
I can create as many pools as i need (with each stack/programming language) I can add any tag i want and then search for various combinations of candidate tags I like the synchronization of information to the account from the uploaded CV Ability to create a branch from a comment
When you sort through the pool of candidates and delete an unnecessary candidate, you are thrown to the very beginning of the pool In Qualified candidates, where Adjust columns, I uncheck unnecessary columns every time, and they reappear
Quick search for candidates by various tags Ability to leave comments (thereby interact with other managers inside the recruitee) Ability to store a CV All information about the candidate is clearly visible in the candidate's profile
I like the design and usability of the cards for each candidate, it helps to see all the needed information I also like comfortable boolean search via the tool
I need to set up the main dashboard with needed columns with candidate info each time I enter the tool, but not one time and changing it back when it's needed
I like the option of Fair evaluations, help to stay unbiased
Once you get the hang of it, easy to use and covers all that is required.
The recruiting domain hosting management - we had some issues when using recruitee under our domain from security scanning tools regarding hsts and other like wise configs.

Recruitee is very easy to use. With the possibility to customize the whole tool, we find a certain comfort in our automation, which considerably improves our processes. Moreover, the team is very reactive when we have a question and helps us when we encounter any difficulty!
It's a complete tool, but I think we can improve the automation. Not to mention some RGPD issues that has already been brought up.
Recruitee has helped us above all in centralizing our processes, but also in automation and speed. The big problem in recruiting is the time we give to each candidate; Recruitee has helped us with this problem.
The tool is extremely user friendly. Doesn't take much time to get to grips with it, and is just generally very intuitive and makes candidate management a breeze.
Bugs. It's natural for every SaaS tool, but honestly we've had at least 5+ cases where event schedulers weren't working as intended for HMs and had syncing issues. Also, platform sometimes just lags. It doesn't happen often, but it's always annoying when you're stuck on a loading screen for 5 minutes. Once again to reiterate, these are in no way dealbreakers, it happens with platforms like that and is totally a natural occurence, customer support has been great at helping out when issues came up, and I'm positive that moving forwards one day these issues will be resolved.
Naturally management of candidates. That's what the tool is for, and that's why we use it. Posting roles, having all candidates in one place, automated and templated e-mails, etc.
Friendly UX, possibility for automatizatin recruing routine
Would be great to add vacacy request from hiring managers to recruiters, also possibility to change users' emails by admin
Easy to understand for new users (I don't need to write manual how to use ATS), managing comments, evaluation and scheduling events via one channel, integration with job boards, analitycs from job boards, analytics of requsition.
I like the features, lots of automation, and a nice searching section for candidates. I also like the possibility of jumping between many cars while "surfing" through the system.
The reports section should be improved. Combing two interviews in one "interview" stage by the system is not functioning well. Also, very often, data gets messed up.
For example, the recently implemented option to limit the number of meetings during the day or add buffer time between the meetings. That is super useful, and since I have used a recruitee for more than two years, I have been waiting for this option very much.
