- The flexibility of the product to adjust to your own workflow - The usage of flexible pipelines to define and visualize your recruitment process per job opening - The usage of automatic response mails - The usage of email templates - Several features saving us a lot of time: easy candidate interview scheduling, mailbox integration, zoom integration, candidate sharing, ... - The fact they are adding new features on a regular base - The fact they request feedback from their users on a regular base to improve their product and service - The personal contact with their sales team - The easy to use user interface - The flexible pricing model allows us access to all features we need without paying for and extensive and pricy ATS system
- some smaller missing features such as: - The scheduling of an interview with a recruiter from a pool of recruiters - The integration with multiple zoom accounts for multiple recruiters - The usage of template clauses within the email templates to provide personalized feedback - The detection of duplicate candidates in the system via a report - some smaller issues: - When sending feedback to candidates who've applied for multiple job openings - Some difficulties in creating custom reports
- With recruitee we visualized our complete recruitment process and candidates follow-up very easily - With the evaluation templates we improved the objectivity of our recruitment process among the recruitment team - With recruitee we improved collaboration with external partners via the sharing of candidates profiles - The interview scheduling feature and mail templates are real time and cost-savers for our recruitment team
. Simple, easy to use. . Links to all the critical job sites. . Accessible communication across the business and directly to all applicants. . Good reporting I implemented Recruitee into five start-up tech businesses & it's so easy to switch from one client site to the next.
Not a lot! Even if there is an issue, the support team quickly responds with a solution. My only dislike, which may now be rectified, is not being able to mark candidates as "hired" unless they are tagged to a job!
Ability to hire quickly in a cost-effective manner Simple to provide responses & feedback to all applicants (it's ridiculous when candidates "hear nothing" from some companies!) Instantly shares relevant information with all hiring managers Provides easy reporting on the number of hires over a given period, the time taken to hire and the source of candidates. Instantly identifies & highlights candidates if they previously applied to the company via any source; directly, by an agency or referral
- The ease of searching within the system - Ability to automate processes and set reminders to keep up candidate engagement - Easy to use interface - Ability to share (limited) candidate information to people outside of the application - Scheduler feature for booking interviews - Appreciate how nothing is ever deleted, just archived, so easy to retrieve old jobs or talent pools
- The talent pools and jobs being tied to your subscription cost, this is a bit challenging working within a large organization that may want to make small groups of candidates to track for specialized needs or projects - Feel some of the automations encourage taking the "humanness" out of the recruitment process.
It has been helpful in organizing a huge database of prospective candidates, I also find most of our hiring managers are more willing to embrace this system, so easier to keep feedback on candidates all in one place. Has been really helpful with keeping up with candidate engagement by setting reminders to follow up with an email.
There's a lot I like about Recruitee. The platform itself is very easy to use and gives an abundance of automation in workflows. It's easy to collaborate with your hiring manager and share notes or scorecards. The job page builder, although still under construction, is fun to work with and is straightforward in its use. The Chrome add-on helps you to add candidates to your pipeline within seconds. Since I work for a scale-up we had to scale-up our Recruitee plan twice, it was managed within a day and didn't cost anything extra apart from the extra slots we got. We didn't have to reset the current contract. Also it's very easy to get posted on (free) jobboards for extra visibility.
Recruitee is working hard on improving their platform. Sometimes I feel that some newly released features are not fully developed and have some bugs still. Yet, they are always very open for feedback, and I've got a good connection with our appointed CSM.
With Recruitee we can hire more efficiently and involve the hiring manager in the hiring process. They have a live view of the pipeline, and that way we don't have to update the manager every day. The automation in the workflow saves us a lot of administrative work. The job page builder makes it easy for a non-techy to change your pages. Before, we had a struggle with multi-language posting, but Recruitee fixed this problem as well. There are many reporting possibilities that give good insight for the hiring manager and show from what channels the candidates come from.
Very easy for all users to use, especially if you have a decentralized hiring process. Intuitive to figure out - practically don't need any training to be able to use the system! The GDPR compliance functionality is fantastic. It has amazing calendar integration for setting up meetings and calls.
At the time we had Recruitee, it did not have capability for EEO tracking. It was not possible to separate a question set from the job to create a workaround EEO tracking either. As I understand it, the product has this feature now.
We were still gathering applications by paper and email at the time we implemented Recruitee. It was a very cost-effective solution to acquire the ATS, and people quickly realized the value of the software.
I love the fact i can help my customers build an ATS + Website that does what it needs to do.
I would like some more variants of styling options. Is't all pretty basic. It's build up as a one pager. It misses referral program options It misses a real marketing engine for facebook / Instagram and LinkedIn marketing campaigns It misses a questioneeer for the candidate after applying and a online help chat function
One stop shop for career sites (prices too high in my opinion) Build an ATS that is easy to manage without to much experience needed. Build a low cost Website in no time. The tools allows you to make the recruitment proces a joined task with HR. The app has great value
Intuitive pipeline management Standard dashboard provides good insights, however I always make sure to customise it to Management Requirements which leads to more data driven recruitment
There were some pricing vs function changes last two years, but now it seems they have found the perfect Product Market Fit.
Transforming recruitment processes for clients from gut feeling to data driven Fast and efficient collaboration with hiring manager: more focus on getting people on board instead of administration
1. How easy is it to create custom pipelines for your positions. 2. Good scheduling capabilities 3. Easy way to catalog and filter your talent pools 4. The questionnaires and evaluation forms are also a very important feature
1. They have a sourcing extension to Google Chrome that doesn't work on Linkedin. 2. It's very costly, and the way their billing works, you're normally wasting money because you usually don't use all your job and talent pool slots.
Recruitee helps me manage my recruitment pipeline and avoid using spreadsheets and emails for all my job openings here at the company. It also facilitates communication between all my recruiters.
