Mailerlite has all of the necessary functions for an email service provider and lots of bells and whistles as well. Automations, landing pages, and A/B testing, auto-resend. Have been using the platform for many years and still very happy.

There are not many downsides. One I can think of is certain integrations but with Zapier, this is not a problem. Uploading pictures to use in emails could be faster and linking to outside YouTube videos could be better but not too bad overall.

Mailerlite meets all of my email sending and automation needs. No problems and very good pricing. Much more value than other competitors. I have many landing pages integrated, email lists, automations. All works well.

I've just set up MailerLite for my second blog as I've been so happy with it to my first, after switching from Mailchimp. It's got amazing functionality and is easy to use. I had trouble with a workflow just now and asked for help in the chat. The person responded almost straight away and helped me sort out where I'd gone wrong. I highly recommend it

There isn't anything that I found that I don't like.

I had a glitch in that I was marked for spam but had not sent any emails. Quickly fixed by customer service.

It is extremely easy to use, easy to integrate and easy to create professional campaigns. The analytics are great and it makes it easy to auto schedule.

I accidently selected all of my subscribers and unsubscribed them. It was too easy to make that mistake. A warning before letting that happen would have been useful BUT, I cntacted them stright away and they were able to restore everything within 30 minutes of me reaching out.

The change over from Classic to the new version came with a few hitches. It wasn't 100% clear what needed to be done. But the customer support helped me all the way.

MailerLite is one of the few email marketing tools that lets you send UNLIMITED emails to subscribers to your list. For our business there is a particular brand we own where we have a fairly small list but they are highly engage and during busy seasons it is not unusual for us to send 5-7 emails messages per week to our subscribers. So this pricing structure was a great find and more than halved our monthly email spend.

The downside was that we did simplify some of our automated email flows due to their not being as many options available for customisign these workflows.

Helping to reduce costs in our business as email marketing costs can quickly add up if you go over your monthly limit and start paying per email blast that is being sent out.

Wanted an email marketing tool that is reliable, cost-effective and easy to use.

Great UI that enables us to create excellent forms, automate.emails and group subscribers in very easy way. It is aslo easy to create landing pages with drag and drop feature. Email broadcasting to all subscribers is easy and we able to get a detailed report on the sent,in queue and those rejected ones.Great video tutorials for one to learn email marketing very easily

It's a small thing, but I was a little confused about whether the 'Name' field should ideally be just for first names, or the subscriber's full name.
