This is an intuitive, well-conceived and easy-to-use CRM product with outstanding customer service.
Very little. There are some additional things I would like to see added but LACRM are always responsive to requests and can often find a solution for the business-specific problem you are to solve.
Good team interaction and sharing of information.
They were readily available whenever I had a question and responded quickly, once with custom instructional videos.
The only thing I find annoying is on the mobile version; when you switch between windows, it closes the last file and goes back to the main page.

The UI is very intuitive and easily links to my Mailchimp account. I keep contemporaneous notes there, as well as attach important emails and contact information.
I haven't discovered anything that I would want changed.

Upsides are you can get everything into the program and it helps keep you on top of things and has all your clients info at your fingertips.
I need to schedule regular calls with the support to teach me more of the program's features besides the basics. I know there are more things that would help streamline my business .

We have a water treatment business and have been using Less Annoying CRM for over six years. It is “hands down” the best CRM product I have ever used. It does everything we need and more. We find it very intuitive to use, and it allows us to stay on top of our customers and projects. With emails, notes, documents and history all associated with a contact and company, it is easy to keep on top of our daily communications with our clients. Follow-ups and reminders are a breeze to set up. In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of Less Annoying CRM is their customer support. In today’s world, speaking with a knowledgeable support person is getting harder and harder. With Less Annoying, if they don’t answer the phone when you call, they return the call in a matter of minutes. You will be speaking with a person with intimate knowledge of the product. The Less Annoying phone app is also beneficial. My entire client base is with me when I am away from the office. As you might guess, I couldn’t recommend Less Annoying CRM with anything but the most favorable terms.
When I first started using Less Annoying CRM, there were some areas I felt needed attention, but as they are constantly improving the software, this is no longer the case. They listen to customer input.
It allows me to stay on top of a diverse customer base and associated projects.
We are truly amazed at how easy and intuitive it is to use Less Annoying. The confusion is because it's hard to understand why other platforms have proven to be so difficult for most of our people to use on a regular basis. As we continue to learn to utilize all of the tools of the platform, members of our team expanded their daily use - in the past on other platforms it was difficult to get them to even open it up. While the rest of my team does not miss the tools, I think the one thing that I am hopeful you will add is the connection to the Internet to pull in data about prospective partner companies.

I like being able to record client notes "on the go", I can record updates using my phone and they are instantly included into my client's database.

Less Annoying puts all of my client data in one place, available when I'm on the move and at my fingertips. Easy to access, easy to update and easy to use.
LACRM is easy to use by non-technical users. It allows emails to be automatically posted to customer accounts. It has helpful reminders to follow up. In my opinion, it helps overcome the biggest barrier to CRM systems - getting users to use them.
I least like that I still have to fill our some things.

Well, the price can't be beat. I've looked at other programs to help me track customers, store critical information, and keep me organized. All much more expensive. And for my needs, which are pretty basic, the software is perfect. For those who need more powerful tools to market to customers, those are there, too.

I am terribly disorganized. Very creative, very chaotic with details about everything. LA CRM helps me track the most critical information -- my customer base. Easy to add, edit, access. And there is so much more which I know I haven't tapped into. But for me -- I don't need complex, difficult stuff; I need simple -- I absolutely love this software.
GUI is intuitive, and in general, LACRM is user-friendly...even the invoice is automatically emailed to me, which simplifies my life.
Reporting is limited. Example: The main Opportunities report is not adjustable.
Freedom to export all of my data is refreshing. The Workspace keeps me focused, and the Calendar integration is easy.
It is simple, intuitive and affordable! It provides a platform to keep all your customer communication, details and follow-up.

The only thing I would like to have is the ability to upload content from an excel sheet that merges to existing contacts in the CRM.
