Maybe the difficult to export a form from one account and import it into another

I had the chance to replace my old contact us form in with Jotform services, and i appreciated that a lot because it almost reduced all the frictions users had in the past with my old custom contact us form So for me this was a game changer

I use Jotform for my candidate questionnaires prior to interviews. It's easy to use, for both the creator and the individual filling in the form and provides an efficient interface so I can find my candidates easily. I use it on a daily basis

I wish I could download completed forms directly from the site rather than have a download sent in zip format to my email

Jotform is a really simple to use, complete solition that handles all of our needs. It integrates really easily with our website and all our other marketing and database tools. There is a huge variety of question types - its so versatile and we love it!

There is nothing I dislike about Jotform!

We use it for all our forms. coaching applications and also our custom diagnostic tools we use in our business.

The ability to have text fields and Jotform lets your clients upload files such as images, videos, etc. This is why I chose Jotform. Because I require specific types of info to complete their project, having these custom fields was critical. When someone needs to send you images, videos, etc., you can integrate with Dropbox (or other file-sharing services). This is very powerful!

When testing a form, if you have a lot of fields for them to fill out, you have to essentially complete the entire form. If there were a simpler "sandbox" version for you to test, that would be fantastic. Then again, there may be one, and I just haven't found it yet...

I create a customized end project and product for my clients, unlike anything else in the world. Therefore, they have to send different files, types of files, and numerous pieces of information for me to complete their project. Jotform lets me create the exact form they must complete in order for me to create - and complete - their product.

I really have not found anything that I dislike.

As a wedding officiant, I have the bride and groom fill out a survey about their love story. Having a template I customized on Jotform is a God-sent and helps me speed up the process.

I like how you can tailor the forms to what you are aiming to use them for. The limit for the free account is decent and the paid options are well priced. The option to use a e-sign option on forms is great. Very easy to use and easy to share on other accounts. Customer support is very good as well and very helpful.

The only thing I find unhelpful is the limit of forms if you are looking to use a free account.

Keeping all client requests in one place

I really appreciate the variety of elements you are able to add to a form as well as the design features to suit your individual needs. I also like that you can start a new blank form, import your current form or start with a template. So many options! I've also reached out to the Customer Service team and they have been very helpful with solving some issues I experienced with elements on forms. We use these forms on a daily/weekly basis and we never had an issue implementing the program or integrating it with our current paper forms.

I am not sure that I find anything to dislike about Jotform. One time the email notifications that were set up did not get sent and we missed out for a few days. It was easy enough to login and download/review the submissions.

It is helping us solve the communication needed from field employees to the office staff. It benefits us to not have to chase around paper forms to guys who are at various locations throughout upstate NY.

Jotform simplifies my work and reduces the amount of paper we use. It keeps all completed forms on file and it is so easy to retrieve my forms. It is easy to use both by me and the by the person who receives it. There are so many oprions when starting a form. You can choose between building from scratch, from a template or downloading your own. I love that an email confirmation gets sent to me once someone completed my form. I also appreciate having the option of print the form as it was completed or download it so it looks like my original format.

I wish the free version allowed for more than 5 forms.

It saves parents time as it is easy to use from a phone or a computer. It can be completed from anywhere. It reduces the amount of paper used. It's stored in one place.

The forms are easy to create and the functionality available helps me to create the exact type of form I need for my customers. The embed feature is great for integrating and implement the form on my business website. I will be using jotform alot from now on.

No downsides for me. The email reponse fields can be a little tricky to inut data but thats a small not a major issue.

What I like best about jotform is you can customize your form to become much more appealing so it's not that boring when someone answers the survey form. It is also very easy to use which is really nice since most students need a survey platform for the papers like thesis etc.

The only thing that I dislike about jotform is when you view the response, some are not showing especially when it has a high vote or response to that particular option. I just don't know if there's a button I can fully see all the response.

Me ang my team needs a survey platform for our feasib paper and research, and jotform is indeed a very big help for us. Jotform lets us customize our form to be more pleasing to the eye of those people who will answer our survey. And based on my experience, I didn't had a hard time creating a survey form using this platform.

JotForm is easy to use with lots of templates to help you get started. Customer Service is very helpful (for when you get stuck). Using JotForm increased the return rate of customer information by well over 80%! It made it so much easier for clients - which in turn made it easier for me to move forward with processing the information. Once we started using JotForm it was a seamless implementation of the forms into our everyday routine.

I wish I could print the PDF information directly from the email when someone completes the form. If I could obtain everything without logging in - it would save me a few minutes here or there.

Jotform solves the problem of people not returning the information that we need from them to be able to process the files accordingly. The benefit is that they clients are able to complete it quickly and help me to keep moving with my process.

From plugins to the drag-and-drop editor and everything inbetween, jotform makes it easy to put in place, easy for end users, and easy for admins to gather and analyze data. There are so many templates, it's fast to get started without too much need for creativity.

The flip side of so many features is having so much to learn. It would be nice if some of the plugins and more complex form options had quick tutorials and helps built right in that were more thorough.

Jotform collects all of my new employee data and compiles it to the proper tax and HR forms. No more writing your name 4 and 5 times on orientation day!
