The interface was a little janky when I first signed up, but they have improved it a lot over the recent months, and they are continuing to do so.

get plugged into the video releases and training. As agency owner, you should invest the time in understanding processes to include documenting and creating your own video tutorials.
The only downside is that you have to decide how you are going to use the platform. What I mean is to grow your agency or use it as a service tool.
The phone and email integration was a highlight for us. We were trying to work with Twilio but seemed that the integration was on us now we have a fully integrated dialer and we can resell this feature and create another profit line item.
The most helpful thing about high-level is the support and customer service. Their availability and determination to problem solving is excellent.
What I dislike about high-level is Nothing, yet.

With all of the marketing tools one would need to market any business under one hood...with the ease of useability Highlevel has...any business owner can leverage Highlevel to grow their business! I have built some great automations and workflows for my business!
I have found nothing which I dislike about Highlevel so far, but I can see that it could be a little bit overwhelming to someone who is not used to working with this type of platform but the support is amazing!

Love the customer service, and access to information. Written, video, and it's not hard to get to a live person via live chat or zoom.
The University and the resources - the information is there, but the organization is a bit confusing and can be challenging, especially if you're not familiar with the platform.

There is nothing that I disliked. Everything was great! Providing zoom call to better explain the issue. Everything was resolved. Offering 24/7 zoom option...lol More zoom time is available
They are providing an option to do zoom calls again, which makes it easier to explain the issue. Yes, I feel more productive. No business has not increased yet.
Just everything - every single component, every feature. I am not even sure what to emphasize - contacts (smart lists!), conversations, workflows, funnels, sites, conversations (consolidation of all business communication), etc.
I only dislike the fact that I didn't discover HL a couple of years back. After some thought, I can come up with some minor complaints - for example, calendars don't have overlapping appointment settings, but all the complaints are pretty minor relative to the great features and tremendous benefits HL provides.
HL is solving ALL marketing and organizational problems of small businesses. Using HL is really transformational for business. Obviously, implementing HL is painful (because people hate changes, regardless of how beneficial they are), and takes time, but it takes business to a new level, without any doubts.
