free for many emails and good support, very quickly. Easy to use.
If you get many bounce emails your account enter in manual review and seems that most of the time didnt move from there.
Im getting some old of my clients, back.
You can start to work very easy and work on console or working with your prefer plataform like Acymailing.
Edit as html will be more visual to work
To work with customer is easy and you can comunicate every news to they, You can manage different subaccounts for diferents domains or different customer.
ElasticEmail is definitely a cost-effective email gateway. We daily send a large volume of emails with it, and the overall reliability is pretty good. The customer support response time is also superb.
There are a couple of things that should be improved on ElasticEmail. First of all, the web panel has some features broken sometimes, but they've always been quite fast to fix them each time we've reported them thru the customer support. Second, they should introduce a service to monitor inbox delivery rate (like other competitors do).
We both send transactional and bulk emails, to our registered users.
The fact that there is full control of the mailing list, the fact that is is value for money, the easy access to the interface
No app for ios/android, no clear interface, the fact that there are no clear tutorials for the use of elastic which made us lose time to learn it
We are solving the communication issue with costumers, future costumers, with minimum efford. Also, resolved the payments issue as elastic is very easy with payments
I like feature that allows our team to create a list from existing lists and make powerful queries to create new ones.
No chat support feature for international users.
I want to consolidate all my lists and increase email delivery on newsletters.
- Very customisable - Full-featured API - Good pricing - Decent response time from support team - White label support - Support for SPIF and DKIM authentication, including for white label implementations - Reliable delivery of event webhooks - Support for many sub-accounts
- Poor api. While it is fully featured, it is not technically a REST api, and the documentation is somewhat lacking. It also has limited language support for API libraries. - Poor communication to customers. Breaking changes are sometimes introduced without notification to the customer. Painful to have to scramble to fix an api implementation when the functionality suddenly breaks due to a change that is introduced.
White label email marketing solution, utilising API for facilitation. They also white-label their subscriber management and email-builder interfaces, but we have implemented that manually ourselves for a more custom solution. The sub-account support enables us to silo activity for individual customers.
Price, subaccounts, logs, friendly support.
missing some features for email marketing tool.
a solution for smtp heavy users and reduce workload on conventional email servers.
It has the best price or there as far as I know. It does almost all it needs to do.
There are some bugs. We had some issues, had to open support tickets, some emails sent through SMTP relay were lost.
Used Elastic email API for SMTP relay and tracking.
I use Elastic Email each week for my newsletter. This is simple and we can easily access to the advanced tools.
We don't have the full control to our contact. I can't easily remove a user.
Elastic Email help me for keeping a good design and the stats per campain
The ease of use. It makes for easy tracking of sent and received email.
The amount of time it takes to log on to the system. It is not time efficient.
Email tracking consolidation. I've realized how easy it is to track and record em
Bulk contact upload, discounted pricing, easy integration via APIs
Slow, reports are inadequate, too many bugs in API
Bulk communication to target audience
I was looking for a true alternative of Amaozn SES , once we come through it found much powerful and feature rich at the very similar price . It is One of the most affordable Email Marketing solution in the industry. Their recent updates made the platform automation rich . I love too use autorespnder and detailing reporting system . They provide in dept server logs.
To be honest , I cloud not see anything wrong with ElasticEmail . A false positive campaign trigger will make you to contact Support team and provide valid documents time to time.
We are doing email marketing here . We are able to send out emails to our large database, the recent product update made it awesome , now we are able to re-target only most responding subscribers.
I like the easiness to use custom templates
The fact that is not in my hand to improve the reputation and responsiveness of my list. This cause me stopping of my activity.
Marketing solutions to small and medium businesses
Flexibility within the product was a necessity from the beginning and it is a prime example of why we still use it.
Non ability to actually call customer service. Unless we have missed it...
Reaching our targeted audience and ability to review metric and analyze results.
I liked the that its sign up process wasn't complicated and its platform's userfriendlness was decent.
I found that the emails deliverability was rather slow, so it took a long time for the mail to reach its destination.
None at this time there is currently no benefit for me.
Easy to navigate, but very complicated to set up "server changes" which they say were very simple. NOT.
Way too complicated to setup after free period
Ability to email my customers mass emails without bogging down our servers
Good at helping you maintain a good sending rep
It took way too long to send. From one campaign to the next. We had to wait a tremendous amount of time for the server to be pinged for each outbound email.
We need to send both transnational and email campaigns.
Allows high volume sending at low cost per email
Massive number of bounces and mail tagged as spam even when sending to a highly scrubbed list of colleagues.
None due to the high bounce/spam tag rate
They had a good support. Very easy to set SPF and DKIM. Has a good monitoring/log system. I having no problem with their admin interface.
No warning when your credit is low that impacting the service. The client still able to send email without error/warning in their Mail Transfer Agent, but the emails going nowhere. No warning (to admin) when (one or more) clients blocked/disabled. The policy that impacting service implemented without announcement. However, I believe they will grow with their innovative product.
I use 3rd party SMTP for transaction. Providing a sophisticated server for sending emails.
Their web interface is nice and simple to use. Very intuitive.
Theirsupport is bad to the best. They are only reading the subject and then reply with a can reply - even if your initial support ticket contained all the info requested. They are also having a not so good delivery. Regardless if they are saying that they do monitor their sending IPs against RBL, that is a big fat lie.
It was suppose to be a great mandril replacement. It turns out to be a nightmare. Bottom line, no benefits at all - only wasted hours and money.
